La atención de todo el personal. Especialmente de la recepcionista Abee. Cama muy cómoda, instalaciones limpias y buena ubicación. El desayuno correcto y variado. Hemos quedado tan contentos que ahora estamos en Sapa y habíamos reservado a la vuelta a Hanoi otro hotel diferente por si la experiencia era mala pero ha sido tan buena que hemos anulado la reserva del otro hotel y vamos a repetir en este.

Por poner un pero quizá la iluminación en el baño es mejorable porque en el espejo no te ves bien.

...We did a three-week tour of Northern Vietnam, starting from Hanoi. The Q Boutique Hotel was our last hotel. All the hotels we stayed at were located in the Old Town and were great. The Q Boutique was even better. The friendliness of all the staff, no matter who it was, was unique. The rooms are excellent, clean, cozy, and beyond standard; despite being on a main road, they were quiet. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, and if it does, 'you will be helped.' The location is unique, right in the Old Town, with very good transport connections. If we come back to Hanoi, we will book a room there.

Fabulous hospitality. Clean Rooms and Great location to hop in anywhere in the city. Alice Receptionist guided us very well to go around to city. Definitely Recommended if you are visiting Hanoi. All staff is very polite.

The q boutique hotel was very easy to access being on the edge of the old town area however although on a main road near a busy bridge the room was very quiet at night. I occasionally heard people in the corridor but not enough noise to ever wake me from my sleep in a very comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets . The bathroom was also very good and cleaned excellently every day. The reception staff were always friendly and I think I only opened the front door once their door guys are very alert. The breakfast is on level 9 and has a wonderful view across the river the staff there were able to explain what some of the buildings i could see were. What i thought was a sports stadium turned out to be the war museum. The restaurant is also a bar where during happy hour i ran up a million dong bar bill. I can say that Bob the barman makes excellent cocktails especially the Q signature cocktail. I asked if they had fresh mint for the mojito Bob checked said yes then made me two very nice mojitos with baccardi rum. It was lovely having a drink on the roof deck until driven inside by a monsoon storm while watching Bob furiously bring in the cushions and covering the furniture, he is a very hard-working and polite young man and a very good bar man 👨. I can definitely recommend staying at q boutique hotel.

When I arrived at 1 am the night shift had Locked the front door and I had to knock loudly to wake them that was the only drama I had while staying there. It didn't stop me extending my stay to one week.

En la calle tienes muchos cafés y restaurantes pero la habitación es muy silenciosa y tranquila ,la cama más cómoda que tuvimos en todo el viaje.Un punto a favor la terraza en la azotea para el desayuno

Personnel très accueillant et serviable idéalement placé dans le vieux quartier. Petit déjeuner très complet et bon. Spéciale dédicace pour Abee qui a géré notre séjour et même nos excursions en dehors de Hanoï !

Une petite salle de fitness serait la cerise sur le gâteau... C'est un détail.

Very comfortable stay, the restaurant staff were very welcoming and kind, which made the stay even better. Room was very clean.

There is no sound isolation so you wake up with the traffic. Bring earplugs!

Abee, the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. She really made us feel welcome in Vietnam. All the other staff was also super kind and helpful! It was clean and the breakfast buffet was very delicious.

The staff were amazing. My friend was very sick when she arrived and the staff were so kind, checking to make sure she was okay, taking her soup and soothing teas free of charge. We stayed over Christmas and they had a little gathering in the lobby on Christmas Day and gave each of us a present. The hotel was very conveniently located, with lots to see within walking distance.

My stay at the Q boutique hotel was just great. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and with a modern fit, the staff kind and always helpful, and breakfast abundant with a good variety of options. I stayed for 3 nights, and really felt looked after and taken care of. Definitely recommended!

Great boutique hotel at the edge of the old quarter, this location was perfect, because it was a little quieter and still writhing 5 minutes walking of the centre. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.

We tried booking a taxi through the hotel, but they only had expensive options. We ended up booking one ourselves for cheaper. They were open and honest about it though, which was good.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war rundum gut! Wir hatten einen tollen Service und uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und haben alles Mögliche getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Es gab morgens Frühstück, das sehr reichhaltig war und eine große Auswahl hatte. Es gab eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Größe und ausreichend Platz. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Wir würden definitiv noch einmal das Hotel buchen und waren etwas traurig, dass wir schon abreisen mussten.

Very friendly staff always making sure to take care of our needs. We checked out early before breakfast, but the staff provided a takeaway bag of food. We stayed over Christmas, and the hotel provided a complimentary buffet spread on Christmas Eve which was a very pleasant surprise. The food was delicious. We very much appreciate the hard work and effort that the staff and team put into it!

We paid for an airport transfer in cash to the reception but forgot to ask for a receipt. Would have been helpful for both parties if one was issued, just in case.

The Restaurant staff were truly the highlight of my stay- always so helpful and courteous. A special mention goes to QA who consistently welcomed me with a warm smile and was always helpful and courteous, both at room service and in the restaurant. LOCHA - was also incredibly helpful and well conversant in English. Whether at the Restaurant or at reception, he assisted me greatly and made everything so much easier. The biggest compliment goes to BOB from the Restaurant. Bob genuinely has the qualities of a future Restaurant Manager. Bob takes sincere interest in his guests and has extensive knowledge of the menu. Something as simple as Ma'am can I warm.your croissants?" elevated the entire experience. He even perfected my perfectly brewed cup of strong tea daily with such care. His communication skills in English are excellent. Bob is truly an asset to your hotel.

Wow wow wow. What a fabulous boutique hotel. From the amazing staff that were the friendliest I have ever stuck anywhere around the world to the lovely comfortable little rooms and the location in Hanoi at the beginning of the old quarters was perfect. Wouldn’t it be amazing to send some of the staff from the Q Boutique to different hotels around the world to really show others how to really make quests feel special. Of course it would never happen in the real world but that’s what I thought honestly. Total 5 stars from me

This was my favorite hotel during my 3 week trip through Vietnam. Small but clean rooms. Great location on the edge of the old quarter that made for easy walking to various sites and restaurants throughout the City. At the same time, it was a very convenient location for shuttle and bus pickup. Breakfast was great as was happy hour at the rooftop restaurant. The highlight was the staff. Abee made sure all of our tours, shuttles, laundry, etc… were taken care of and went smoothly. All the restaurant/bar staff were friendly and attentive (notably Bob!).

Naprosto vynikající pobyt. Luxusní snídaně na prosluněné terase. Extrémně milý a snaživý personál. Lokalita velmi dobrá. Pokoje krásné, útulné a čisté. Po příjezdu na nás čekalo občerstvení v podobě čerstvého ovoce. Každy den balená voda zdarma. Wifi absolutně bez problému. Až pojedu příště do Hanoje, vím kde budu bydlet 👌

Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Abee helped me sort out everything from transportation to tours.

Not only the facilities and location, but breakfast was delicious and the staff were all pleasant and kind. Especially Abee at the reception desk was very helpful, assisting us with tour issues and providing great support.

This is the perfect place to stay in the old quarter in Hanoi. The rooms are very nice and relatively modern. Like most hotels in older buildings the room is just about average is size but the rest makes up for everything. The staff is out of this world nice and helpful, great breakfast with a view at the top a great bonus. Last but not least is the location just at the east end of the old quarter, just a few minutes to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and the lake. An absolute recommend!

I found the price very high on booking compared to the price if I would book it last minute or if I just spontaneously go there. Also the hotel is right in front of a busy road, didn’t bother me with earplugs

Everything about this hotel is excellent! I have been in quite a few hotels in Hanoi and this beats every one of them. Everything is perfectly clean, beds are comfortable and the service from staff is just second to none. To the manager: your staff are a compete credit to you and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family if they stay in Hanoi in the future. Thank you

Stayed in this hotel recently in Hanoi -- The location was great as it is very central. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Especially on our last day when we checked out but did not leave Hanoi, we were able to leave our bags for the day and when waiting for our bus, we were able to stay in the reception. Alice was very helpful during this time! The room was lovely and neat and despite being near a busy road, the room was peaceful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Hanoi :)

Unfassbar freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und achtet auf sämtliche Details. Europa kann sich in Sachen Hospitality eine dicke Scheibe abschieben. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Location was good.

We lost our personal valuable item at the room and reported it to the management. Although some efforts were taken to check we believe they were not exhaustive and didn’t go all the way. We left the hotel feeling cheated and recommend that future guests reconsider staying here. On the same note , the rates are also the same as other 4-star hotels in town, with less facilities. Rooms are far smaller than standard hotels in the same price range.

We were greeted to Hanoi with a seamless airport transfer and Abee the receptionist was super lovely from the moment we checked in. They even gave us a free room upgrade with complimentry fruit and water. The hotel itself is in a prime location right on the edge of the Old Quarter with heaps to explore nearby. All of the windows are soundproof which helps being nearby a busy street, and the views are spectacular from the rooftop bar. The rooms are spacious and super clean, with a newly renovated feel. Definitely recommend this to couples or small family's looking for a cost effective hotel in a great location!

It was a relatively newly renovated hotel opened Oct 2024, our room was cleaned daily and beds made up with fresh towels. Front desk Abee was friendly and very helpful. 👌🏻 Special mention to Tung in the breakfast/dining staff who’s exceptionally pleasant to which we had fun conversations about Hanoi and life In general 😉 The breakfast buffet though simple has nice selections : Asian, western and daily fresh fruits and yogurt 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. The fresh juices was always outstanding. Overall this hotel is highly recommended from our own experience . Everything is walking distance to eateries , night market, Hoan Kiem Lake.

Absolutely the best so far in Hanoi! Alice and Lily were fantastic! Breakfast was a small area but they made the best of it. Variety at breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I appreciate all the work the staff workers do everyday. They are surely a 11!

La chica de la recepción super maja desde antes de llegar incluso, la habitación una pasada, el colchón y las almohadas super cómodas, el desayuno estupendo, el mejor hotel hasta ahora en el viaje. Super céntrico, andando a todos los sitios de interés en menos de 10 min.Nos dejaron dejar las maletas después del check in, El chico que abre la puerta nos ayudó a coger el grab al aeropuerto, el personal amabilísimo.Muy muy recomendable.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and even upgraded my room for no extra cost!! This was such a lovely surprise and my room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, and the room service was great! The breakfast is amazing with lots of variety. The location was also incredibly convenient. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place, I would love to stay again :)

A little too close to Beer street for me! As made navigating walking around surrounding streets very chaotic with bikes and crowds. Quite a step to the Lake and other tourist attractions but easy with Grab taxi.

Good location in Old Qarter , walking distance to all Hanoi attractions , lots of restaurants around . Clean . comfortable room , super polite and helpful staff. Really good breakfast served in the restaurant on top floor plus big terrace outside . Good bar on the evening.
