I'd like to give special recognition to Salome. During our stay, Salome took care of us exceptionally well, the kind of service you don't experience every day. Always smiling, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay went smoothly. Every request was taken seriously and handled quickly, all with a warm, authentic attitude.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. I also liked that there are no stairs to the rooms and the elevator connects directly to the floors, which is very convenient when travelling with luggage. The hotel also kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out and wait in the lobby at night until our sleeper bus departure, which was very helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good selection.

The downsides were the small room window, which was not as big as I expected from the pictures, and the bathroom was quite small. There is no separate shower area or partition between the shower and sink, only a curtain, so the bathroom floor gets quite wet. But for a one-night stay, it was still perfectly fine. Also, prepare cash if possible, as card payments come with an additional charge, which is common in Vietnam.

The check in was easy and swift. The staff here are amazing, extremely kind and ready to help. I specify Salome; she's kind, ready to help and will go miles to ensure everything is convenient for the guests. Peter was extremely helpful in booking a taxi ride for me, and very attentive to my requests. The staff here are the highlight; they're what would make me book this hotel again in the future.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und waren jederzeit zur Stelle. Vor allem Salome war immer sehr hilfsbereit und darauf bedacht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde die Tür aufgehalten, wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen (von Salome :) ). Wir haben Essstäbchen und eine Kofferwaage zur Verfügung bekommen, Frühstück mit aufs Zimmer, weil ich zur Essenszeit einen Termin hatte und wir durften unser Gepäck noch über den ganzen Tag stehen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Najbardziej podobała nam się przestrzeń czystość i wygodne łóżka. Śniadanie też było pyszne. Personel spisał się wzorowo. Na pewno kiedyś to jeszcze wrócimy. Salome była wspaniała, wszystko wytlumaczyła i pomogła nam podczas pobytu udzielała wszystkich niezbędnych informacji. Bardzo dziękujemy.

A un tiro de piedra de todo lo imprescindible en Hanoi, con un personal muy atento y que me atendió de lujo desde el primer momento. Un día por una excursión tenía prisa y May, una de las compañeras y el equipo me preparó en cinco minutos un desayuno para llevar. La habitación era cómoda, fresca y tenía todo lo necesario para descansar. Totalmente recomendable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — A truly wonderful stay We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, but I would especially like to mention Anna (Xuyen), who was absolutely amazing. ❤️ From breakfast onwards, Anna was always so attentive and genuinely caring, making sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Her kindness and warmth really made a difference and made our stay even more special. One moment on our last day perfectly showed us how thoughtful and helpful the hotel team is. We were running late for the airport because my partner was still at the barber and the appointment had taken much longer than expected. The hotel immediately arranged a car to come directly to the barber shop, with our luggage already inside the car, so that we could leave straight from there. This was such an incredible gesture and saved us a lot of stress. Everything was wonderful: the hospitality, the staff, the kindness and the attention to detail. We genuinely felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. A well-deserved 10/10! Thank you so much to the entire team, and especially to Anna (Xuyen), for making our stay so memorable. ❤️ We will definitely return to Vietnam, and we truly hope to meet Anna again one day!

- The room without the window was too small but it was cozy - beds were good - Breakfast options were nice - The receptionist Anna was too nice and accommodating, she also gave us a free gift on our checkout.

- We felt that the staff (apart from Anna) weren't too accommodating when it comes to the mode of payment, looks like they have a strict hotel policy for everything. - Didn't like the way they were upselling the room with a window to us on a price, usually if hotels have a better room available they provide the upgrade without any cost, lot of upselling was happing regarding multiple things.

Xuyen (Anna) is really really cute and friendly. She gave us a gift when we left. She organized us a taxi to our yoga class.

Everything We really enjoyed our stay at Legend Golden Palace Hotel. The hotel is clean, bright, comfortable, and very well maintained. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, but Anna deserves a special mention. She was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed and assisting us whenever we had questions or requests. We also really appreciated the hotel’s help in arranging a birthday surprise for my cousin. They went above and beyond to make the occasion special, and it was such a lovely touch that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

My experience at this hotel was excellent, and I highly recommend it! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and ATMs nearby. Despite the lively area, the room was very quiet at night, with no noise from music or traffic. The room was well air-conditioned and had everything we needed, including plenty of shampoo, shower gel, and personal amenities. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of both sweet and savory options. If you are going to Ninh Binh, I recommend the 7:30 AM limousine arranged by the hotel. It takes about 2.5 hours to reach Tam Coc from the hotel. Breakfast starts at 6:45 AM, so you can easily enjoy breakfast before leaving. A special thanks to ANNA, from the hotel staff, for her valuable help in organizing our trip. Highly recommended, 10/10!

The breakfast options were very limited, and the breakfast area was quite small. Unfortunately, the food did not look particularly appetising. The hotel itself feels quite old and outdated, especially the bathroom, which could benefit from some renovation and modernisatio.

Llegamos temprano y nos ofrecieron un uprated y early check-in por 15€. Teniendo en cuenta este importe y lo que pagamos por la reserva ha sido la habitación mas cara de nuestro viaje y el hotel lamentablemente no lo vale. A las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, el baño es pequeño y muy incómodo, la ducha no tiene plato y queda todo mojado. La limpieza tampoco es su punto fuerte.

Struttura bellissima, unica la mia camera era tutta in legno piccola, con un arredamento etnico locale molto chic e accogliente di piccole dimensioni ma sufficienti per stare poche notti ad Hanoi, molto profumato..stanza caratteristica piccola ma molto pulita con un piccolo balconcino che affaccia sui tetti di abitazioni popolari, ovviamente essendo nell’old Quarter

I bar mtender del rooftop mi sono sembrati abbastanza presuntuosi e maleducati. Non mi è piaciuto il loro modo….rispetto a tutti i vietnamiti che ho incontrato in Vietnam negli hotel durante il mio viaggio loro sono stati un po’ antipatici, poca scelta di vini, nessun tipo di vino con bollicine mi sembra strano visto che il Vietnam ha la baguette come panino tipico visto la ex dominazione francese non avere uno champagne o altro per la clientela internazionale, quando ho chiesto di che uve fosse il vino bianco che mi ha dato, il barman sapeva neanche rispondere, ed era l’unico vino bianco che avevano non parliamo di un menu di 100 vini bianchi per cui se ti chiedo se è un Savignone o uno chardonnay, tu non sai rispondere ha dovuto leggere sull’etichetta, questo è il suo lavoro almeno deve essere preparato,mi hanno accolto freddamente, erano le 10:20 di sera alle 11 chiudevano erano scocciati, il resto del personale stava lì su un tavolo accanto che mangiava e si faceva gli affari suoi. Scommetto che mi hanno anche preso in giro, perché ridevano. Ho chiesto loro se mi potevano fare una foto ed erano scocciati,vorrei ricordare loro che lavorano sempre in un hotel e dovrebbero essere sempre gentili e cordiali con i loro ospiti, soprattutto quelli che viaggiano da soli.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sehr nahe an der Sltstadt. Anna von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

De meer dan uitstekende service en behulpzaamheid van vooral Anna (receptioniste) van dit hotel. Het gaf ons een gevoel van plezierig thuiskomen. Niets was te veel gevraagd voor haar om het goed te laten verlopen.

Het ontbijt: De koffie slaat de steunzolen uit je schoenen (voor Europeanen veel te sterk) en het geserveerde brood was oud (hard). Dus, een verbeterpunt.

Trato del personal, sobre todo de MAY y ANNA. El desayuno abundante, variado y muy rico. Habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. En pleno centro. Hotel muy silencioso, a pesar de estar en el centro, no se escucha ningún ruido. Muchas opciones para hacer excursiones por la ciudad, y otras zonas de Vietnam. A pesar de salir a la.noche nuestro vuelo, después del check-out, nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el hotel sin ningún problema hasta salir al aeropuerto por la tarde.

I arrived in the middle of the night from Hai Giang and reception was open and greeted me kindly. Breakfast was yummy too. Anna was very helpful helping me check out and helped get me on my bus after check out, she is awesome, this hotel has friendly staff.
