Emplacement dans un quartier animé. Salon agréable. Possibilité de faire laver ses vêtements.

Très cher. Peu d'équipement en cuisine. Aucune flexibilité de l'établissement par rapport à nos demandes. 3 chambres dont deux très petites avec vue sur un mur. Globalement déçus.

The staff are nice and helpful. Very suitable for families or friends.

Excellent location just behind exit 4 of the Gangnam Shinbundang line. Don't need to wander far off for food, especially late night joints. Unit was clean, spacious, beds and pillows very comfy. Fully equipped kitchen in our unit, so we cooked meals, made tea (they've got very nice tea and a selection of flavors/aromas that you can get from the reception). It's a tight alley, so if you're Uber-ing or taking a cab, best to get on or hop off quickly so that traffic flow is not held up. Plus point: elevators, not stairs.

Location is good and close to metro, but it has gone downhill since we stayed last year. The property is clean and one of the only properties that is fairly central in Seoul to accommodate large groups.

The largest suite in the property only has one shower and two toilets (for 5-6 people) so it's not ideal. The large hot tub is more of a gimmick and form over function, as it takes forever to fill, and they insist on using their own bath bombs, which you have to purchase at a premium from them. You can no longer do your own laundry. They provide a discretionary service, which is one bag of laundry daily done at a super high-temperature wash and tumble dry cycle. The results is colour mixing and shrinkage, plus we lost a couple of items.

Beautiful room and friendly, accommodating staff. I love how if you walked by this place outside you could miss it completely but it’s really a hidden gem at a relatively affordable price. When you check in they greet you with tea of your choice free of charge. There may be no gym but one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel was for the spa bath which was huge and did not disappoint. However, will note that it took an hour to fill up the tub completely so just something to keep in mind and I’m not sure if it was just the room I was in but the water for the tub didn’t get very hot it was only lukewarm. Would have been better if it was able to be hotter! Other than that, very clean and relaxing stay. Would stay here again and recommend others to stay here too.

Our room was not what was depicted in the picture and what we thought we booked - 2 tiny rooms with beds where we had to climb over each other. Room was new and had nice finishes but was not the suite we thought we booked and paid for

Its situated near many restaurants, very convenient. Approximately 7minutes walk to subway station.

No airport limousine bus stop.

Check-in當下房間有水災問題(樓上房客讓泡澡池水溢流,導致樓下客廳跟浴室的天花板如瀑布一般....所幸飯店人員在我們外出晚餐時解決問題並收拾環境. 除了這個突發狀況,飯店地點及房間設計都讓人滿意.

今回選択した部屋にはシャワーが1つしかなく、6人だったので時間がかかってしまった。 近くにチムジルバンもあったので、並行して使いました。

Room is clean and very comfortable stay! Front desk staffs are very friendly. There is only one lift but didn’t have to wait very long during our stay. Clean washing machine and dryer at level 11 too.

スタッフも優しく清潔なホテルでした。グループで利用しましたが広いお部屋で日光もよく入り明るい室内でしたので快適でした。アメニティも揃っていて立地も良かったです。

Poorly run, look elsewhere We booked 5 nights in June with 6 people (aged in 30s, 60s, and 80s). While the location is good and the beds/baths are comfortable enough, we hit multiple issues. On the Thursday before our Sunday check-in, we were told the elevator would be out of service until Monday. We let them know that 2 of our party were arriving Monday and were not capable of climbing stairs, and they said they hoped it would be in service Monday 16:00, so we took a chance and didn’t rebook another hotel. Our room was on the seventh floor which was a challenge for the 65 and below crowd, but we were able to tolerate it for one day. On Tuesday morning we awoke to puddles in the living room (water had rained down on our elder relative in the night) and the lights were not working. We notified them at 8am, but got no response until 10am. It turns out that the overflow drain for the tub upstairs was either not installed correctly or was not working, and water had gotten into some improper wiring in the ceiling and shorted our lights, as well as killing the power to the coffee shop downstairs. They blamed the upstairs guest and set about drying everything with towels, but by 7pm had still not managed to get the lights back on. After we chastised them, they finally came up and managed to disconnect the section of the lights that were shorting out, allowing the breaker to be reset and some of the lights to come back on. Lacked hot water. The elevator broke so you had to walk 9 floors with luggage. Couldn’t use the spa because they said it had a leak.

The corridor area was super smelly… Staff not helpful Check out time was 11am we were late and agreed to pay extra 40000 won to extend the room till 11:30am, however the cleaning staff got in our room around 11:10am without noticing us. All our suitcases and valuable items were inside the room. The front desk girl was super rude. The only good thing about this hotel is the excellent location

Overall, everything is great but the room not much space to put luggage. Location with lots of eateries and walking mins to station. Only one shower area and two toilets. The pool is in front of the kitchen and TV to relax.

UH Suite位於地鐵江南站，4號出口處有上下手扶梯，相鄰出口也有電梯，對於托運大型行李進出沒有問題，地鐵至飯店步行約5分鐘，且飯店周遭有很多好喝的咖啡廳，生活機能相當便利！ 飯店的招牌不明顯，入口處也有點小，飯店大廳位於大樓的地下一樓，電梯內無標示，建議飯店能夠於電梯內標示，第一次到訪的旅客比較好尋找喔～ UH飯店最大的優點是室內空間寬敞（此次入住3房2衛浴的房型），因為是新飯店，每間房間都很乾淨舒適，地點與室內空間是這間飯店最大的優點，也是下次會考慮入住的主要因素。 不過，此次連續入住3晚發現一些小缺點，若飯店未來能夠改善，就太棒了！ 1. 此次入住飯店的最大房型，室內雖然有廚房，但是無洗衣機，連公共空間也沒有洗衣機，對於連續多天入住，有洗衣需求的旅客很不方便。 2. 室內空調雖然為分離式冷氣機，但是似乎沒有暖氣功能，1月入住晚間覺得冷。 3. 因為連續入住，連續2天早上11點跟10點都有清潔人員持續敲門後，直接開門入內打掃環境，因為小朋友睡比較晚，所以相當困擾，建議飯店可以提供請勿打擾跟清潔房間等掛牌，這樣就不會造成雙方困擾了！ 4. 房間內會放置一張公告表，內容條列許多違規罰款的內容，感受上覺得是沒有溫度，較冷冰冰的飯店體驗。 5. 客廳內雖然有很大的浴池，但是完全沒有這邊布簾，需要很親近的家人才有辦法使用，同時，水流速度緩慢，水溫大約只有溫熱，對於喜歡有點熱度，或是冬天想要暖和身體，是無法達成的，或許比較適合夏天當戲水池？

It was a lovely spacious property. The spa is really just a big bath but was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The property is very conveniently located near gangnam station and the airport bus station. We could easily walk to the many shops and restaurants around gangnam. We had a great time

2度目の宿泊で、今回は1月で寒さが心配でしたが、一面床暖房で暖かく、ぐっすり眠れ快適すぎました！

Everything was good and acceptable. No complains at all :)

This place is phenomenal. I stayed with my family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us and all our luggages ! The apartment is the perfect mix of luxury and convenience. Staff Ivy and Chae Yeon were particularly helpful! I loved that they knew we were coming, took all my questions and kept in contact the entire time!

There is no hook whatsoever in the bathrooms or the bedrooms. A bit inconvenient when taking a shower. Should hang some hooks on the wall!

とても綺麗で清潔な室内で快適に過ごせました。駅からも近くて電車移動する人は便利だと思います。スタッフの人がいない時もLINEで問い合わせればすぐに返信をくれるのですぐ解決できました。

Staffs are extremely attentive and frindly. Loved the way contacted me via whatsapp and always available to support us before/during the stay.

its not what we did not like - but what I think could improve is : allocating treash bin/tissue in each bedroom. I had to go to bathroom or living room to find bins.

Can’t believe there is room without spa. The marketing is so misleading. The toilet sink and shower doesn’t drain properly and water boiler doesn’t work. Location is bad. Will definitely never come back again.

New hotel, so everything is new. Rooms are clean. Having a living room is great when travelling with friends or family. Value for money, but I believe you can find similar places in Myeongdong. Location is good, as near to the train station and a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. But for 1st timers to Seoul, Gangnam is not a good area as a base, as a lot of the sightseeing are too far away.

No daily housekeeping services should have been mentioned so that guests are more well informed. Housekeeping is only available once every 4 days. Other wise, they only empty the trash and you also need to inform them that you need change of towels. For a 2 bedroom unit, I think it would have been nice to have a box of tissue paper in every room and in the living room. We only had 1 tissue box in the whole unit. Rooms are really small, unable to fit 2 check in luggage. We ended up keeping out luggage in the living room. I didn't like the fact that they only provide free airport transfer after you showed them that you have written good reviews. Reviews, whether good or bad, should be accepted.

It is newly open and very clean. The location is great. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are very nice and will contact before check-in to check the details.

The bed is a little bit too small for 2 persons. The air conditioner is loud. The extractor fans of the shower room and the toilet are also loud. You need to turn everything off otherwise they are very annoying at night!

신규 숙소인것 같아요. 모든게 새것이고, 깔끔합니다. 거실도 넓어서 많은 인원들이 모여서 수다 떨기 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하시고 뭔가 엄청 도움을 주시려고 하는 태도가 좋아보였습니다. 프론트가 지하에 있다는 점이 특이사항 정도? 그 외엔 다 만족하고 갑니다.

I stayed here with some friends from abroad, and we were super satisfied. It’s really close to Gangnam Station, so getting around was super easy. There’s also a small kitchen, which made it convenient to heat up convenience store food or quick meals. The view isn’t anything special—no fancy building views. But all my friends loved the place, so I feel like I made a great choice with this booking. Thanks!

오픈한지 얼마 안돼서 깨끗하고 아파트 같은 긴 복도에 3bay 형태 룸이라 신기했어요. 내부도 깔끔하게 잘 꾸며져있고 간단한 조리가 가능하도록 시설도 갖춰져 있어 편리합니다. 다만 내부에서 새 건물 냄새가 많이 나고 프론트 옆 바가 아직 오픈 전인 점은 아쉬웠어요.
