They said they would pick me up from the airport but didn’t show, had to get a taxi instead. Also said they had booked ha long bay cruise tour however no mention so did this myself. Loud in the evenings

Proximity-wise. The property is a few walks away to the Train Street and Old Quarter. The owner/host of the property is very accommodating. She helped us with our concerns as regard tour packages to avail during our trip in Hanoi. She also upgraded our room and allowed us early check-in. Our stay with the property was really a great experince. She even gave us Vietnamese coffee as souvenir/pasalubong. Highly recommended property!

the staff were lovely and the location was perfect for everything, you can walk everywhere or get a grab easily too.

unfortunately like many other recent reviews, the room was not as we expected. we got upgraded from the room with the external bathroom to one with a bathroom, however we did not realise that this room did not have any windows or natural light making it very difficult to spend time at the hotel aside from when sleeping. the room was relatively clean but the bathroom ceiling was a bit mouldy, and as there is no proper ventilation in there you can understand why. we also were confused finding the place as it has a different name out the front of the reception!

Die Lage und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sind super! Wir haben sogar ohne Nachfrage ein Upgrade erhalten und ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad bekommen! Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich!

Leider war das WLAN nicht so toll aber das war nicht weiter schlimm...

We had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It is well-located. Everything is clean. Breakfast is included and good; drinks are available for purchase there. They help you if you need anything. We would stay here again.

Perfum's est très efficace pour nous renseigner. Elle nous a bien aidé pour programmer la suite de notre voyage vers le nord. La situation de l'hôtel est très pratique aussi. Notre chambre était grande et confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, frigo, bouilloire. Nous sommes restés 1 semaine et si nous devions revenir sur Hanoï sans hésiter nous reprendrions une chambre ici. Le petit déjeuner était parfait également

Я путешественник не привередливый, меня устроило абсолютно все. А главное для меня это чистая постель, горячий душ, кондиционер и хороший интернет и это все было. Плюс ещё к этому всему ещё и замечательные вкусные завтраки! В пешей доступности множество достопримечательностей.Рекомендую!!!

Die Gastgeber des Homestay sind alle sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

La localisation du lieu le rendait très agréable. Le personnel était très gentil, à l’écoute et présent en cas de problème.

La vétusté des chambres (moisissure au plafond, et sur les joints de la salle de bain, mur décrépi, odeur dans la salle de bain), la nuisance dans la chambre (la rue est passante à tout moment de la journée).

La posizione è strategica se si vogliono visitare le principali attrazioni di Hanoi come l’old quarter o la train Street! Il personale è stato gentile, ci ha accolto con un tè e un piatto di frutta fresca e ci ha organizzato il trasporto dall’aeroporto al nostro arrivo ad un prezzo ragionevole.

La struttura si presenta in condizioni di scarsa manutenzione. In particolare, la stanza che ci è stata assegnata aveva muffa sulle pareti, cavi scoperti, la testiera del letto sporca di vernice e una finestra che non si poteva ne aprire né chiudere, con una sorta di tenda impossibile da gestire. Inoltre, il soffitto sopra la doccia risulta “staccato” creando il pertugio perfetto per muffa e umidità. Forse andrebbero aggiornate le foto per renderle più vicine alla situazione attuale della struttura 🥲

Really helpful and lovely staff and owner - couldn't be more helpful! They run their own tour items as well for the local area if you need day trips planning. It felt like staying with friends instead of just a hotel. They are doing work to the property in places so don't expect a western style lobby etc, but everything was clean, well presented and functioned perfectly. Really recommend the location in the old quarter for access to excellent restaurants and tourist locations too!

Это семейный отель, мы познакомились не только с персоналом, но и с очаровательным котом (по которому потом легко было найти адрес, он спал на пороге) и собакой хозяев. Завтраки подаются по меню, готовят при вас в соседней кухне, быстро и вкусно. Кофе отличный. Номер был на 4 этаже, дизайн немного уставший, вид с балкона на соседнее здание (отель в самом центре старого города, до train street 5 минут пешком, до Озера возвращенного меча и ночного рынка минут 15). В отеле также помогут организовать экскурсию. В номере кондиционер и вентилятор.

Сложно найти отель - вывеска не на улице, а в глубине переулка; вход через экскурсионное агенство. В ванной комнате душ старается утопить всю комнату - нет разделения на ванную и туалет/кабину.

Està ben situat a un carrer paral.lel al carrer del tren. Hi han cafeteries al voltant per esmorzar i bugaderia. Ens van oferir fruita a l'arribar. Ens van gestionar el bus cap a Ha Long.

La recepció és caòtica amb maletes de clients acumulades. No té ascensor.

The host was lovely very kind to my kids and attentive offering us drinks and fruit as well as helping carry our cases to the room

Arrived at the property and left within 12 hours, sadly it was not a good experience. Originally we were meant to be on the 4th floor but we were moved to the 3rd. After you walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor the humidity and heat hits. Once we got into our room and this is really where it all started. Mould covered walls, curtains, the smell and the room was just damp in the air. The mould has sadly been painted over and there are patches of “furry” mould on the ceiling. So much so we all struggled to breathe and my wife left at 7am because she couldn’t stay any longer. The host allowed us to cancel and pay for one night. We left the next morning.

The rooms are okay and spacious. It is located in a quiet street but still in a walking distance to attractions. The owner woman was super kind and helpful for everything you need. She always greets you with a smile and asks if you need anything or how your day was. She even let me check out a little later. And I was hungry while checking out and I asked if they serve lunch so I can pay and eat. She just offered me from their own food for free. This is the kindest gesture of a host that I will never forget.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra – blisko Train Street, niedaleko jest też market, więc na krótkie zwiedzanie to miejsce idealne. Śniadanie zawierało dodatkowe owoce, a na powitanie otrzymaliśmy bezpłatny napój oraz owocowy poczęstunek, co po podróży było bardzo miłym gestem. Właścicielka podarowała nam również prezent na odjaz i załatwiła tańszy transport na lotnisko. W pokoju była lodóweczka i czajnik.

Hotel, jak się okazało, jest rozłożony na kilka budynków znajdujących się obok siebie. Ponieważ byliśmy dużą grupą i chcieliśmy być razem, zaproponowano nam pokoje bliżej siebie. Finalnie jednak nie było to dla nas korzystne w porównaniu do tego, co pierwotnie zamówiliśmy. Dwa pokoje były w sumie OK, ale trzeci nie miał okna, za to wentylacja zaciągała zapachy z kuchni. Łazienki widziały już zdecydowanie lepsze czasy, ale były w niej szczoteczki i mydełka, więc na krótki pobyt da radę. Zapewne w obiekcie jest sporo pokoi w różnym standardzie, ale te otrzymane przez nas mogłyby być lepsze.

Staff and value for money was amazing!! The hostess could not have been nicer and even upgraded our room for free. The stay includes breakfast of fruit coffee or tea and also a main (eg eggs, pancakes etc). Location is brilliant only a 10/15min walk to the very center of the old town (lake)

La limpieza, no hubo servicio de habitaciones. No limpiaron, no quitaron la basura, no dejaron papel higiénico y no cambiaron las toallas. Las fotos no se adecuaban a la realidad, hay mucha diferencia entre lo que vimos en las fotos y la realidad. El desayuno es muy escaso. Contratamos con la dueña del hostal el traslado a otra zona de Vietnam y nos dijo inicialmente que a las 9 de la mañana. La noche antes de marcharnos le tuvimos que escribir para confirmar la hora y resulta que nos la había cambiado a las 15:00 sin consultarnos ni avisarnos. Da la impresión que una vez que cobra, le da igual lo que haya acordado con sus clientes. Por último, nos preguntó varias veces si le habíamos pagado la estancia y los distintos servicios. Os recomiendo pedir un recibo porque es un descontrol y te hace sentir como si tú le debieras algo.

Un très beau séjour, le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous. Très très serviable. Très bien situé. Ne vous fiez pas à la devanture car les chambres sont très belles, grandes et agréables. Très bonne Clim. Je conseille. Nous étions une famille de 5 avec ados.

Super endroit, à proximité immédiate du quartier du train et des vieux quartiers de Hanoi. Les personnels de l'hôtel sont vraiment très accueillants et serviables, aux petits soins. Vraiment super rapport qualité-prix.

Conveniently located, clean rooms, and good communication. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me book transport to my next destination and even packed me a to go breakfast! Super kind and welcoming, a great start to my Vietnam trip.

Oteli bulmakta zorlandık yeri çok net belli olmuyor. Maalesef kötü bir deneyimim oldu. İlk gün saat akşam altı civarında geldik çok da yorgunduk tuttuğumuz odanın balkonu ve penceresi vardı ancak iç avluya baktığını karanlık olduğunu bize daha iyi bir oda vermek istediğini söyledi. İlk gece çatı katında bir odada kalmayı kabul edersek diğer iki gün caddeye bakan ferah bir odaya geçireceğini ve odanın da istediğimiz saatte hazır olacağını söyledi. Kabul etmek zorunda kaldık çünkü elinde oda olmadığı çok belliydi bizde çok aç ve yorgunduk. Çatı katındaki oda toz içindeydi içerde çalışanların eşyaları vardı. aynı zamanda tuvelet ve banyonun dışarda alt katta olduğu bir odaydı. Hamileyim ve gece sık tuvalete kalkıyorum gece tuvalete gitme stresinden uyumakta zorlandım. Ertesi gün de sabah yedide odayı değiştirmek için uyandık ancak oda hazır değildi ve bize on iki gibi verildi. Aynı zamanda yine penceresi duvara bakan ışık almayan bir odaydı. Yani tuttuğumuz odanın bize o gün verilmemesi dışında bir gecemiz de çöp oldu.

Perfume est une pépite 😍 ainsi que toutes les filles qui travaillent à l'hôtel! Tellement gentille et prévenante avec tous ses clients. Elle nous a organisé nos trips à Sapa et à la baie d"Halong de façon personnalisée à notre écoute. Elle a fait faire du scooter aux enfants, nous a aidé pour réserver des bus. On a eu la super chambre familiale. A 5 c'était parfait. Petit déjeuner délicieux tous les matins. Et en + la guesthouse est située à 5 minutes de la rue du train ! Incroyable tout ça au même endroit. On recommande +++
