Reviewed Jun 19, 2025It is totally unethical to advertise services that you do not provide. Only when you get to the apartment, there is a different set of rules. NO DAILY CLEANING AS ADVERTISED, THE HOST ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE WASHING MACHINE, YET THEY CAN'T FIX IT, THEY TELL YOU TO PAY R32 per kg TO HAVE LAUNDRY DONE IN THE BUILDING. A SAFE IS MANDITORY, ALL IT NEEDS TO WORK IS BATTERIES, YET AGAIN AN INCONVENIENCE. OVERALL A VERY DISPLEASING EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025Unfortunately the sliding doors in the living room did not lock, as well as the ones in the bedroom . I phoned the host, and he's response was yes I know but it's safe. We live in South Africa I mean really! Needless to say, we booked another place to sleep and left the apartment... I'm very very disappointed, I don't know how someone can advertise a place, take the money for the rental and know the doors don't lock... and then tell me it's safe... also the aircon in the living room didn't work.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t informed about the roof top pool not working and only Fri around 4 we came to know the pool on the 2nd floor must make a booking to enter. The sliding doors don’t even Lock. On the website all this wasn’t mention when we made booking

The washer didn't work, that was the main reason we chose that place, since we were staying for two weeks. The a/c didn't work fuses kept tripping in the fuse panel. The staff was abrasive and had so many rules, I don't think I will stay there again...I didn't feel welcomed by the staff, I felt like they catered to the residents that lived there and the weekly guests were a problem...

One of the bathrooms had a strong urine odour. The shower drain could use a cleanup, as there was a stench while showering.
