The Sails One Bedroom Apartment

Gostei muito da localizacao e o panorama do hotel..Espaço de fora na areao do lazer muito lindo e tranquilo. Com acesso a praia logo ali, o canal por ali...tudo incrivel. O apartamento é bom, minimamente confortável.

Nao gostei do arcondicionado da area do open spaice ali no quarto, bem barrulhento que não conseguia dormir com ele ligado. Nao gostei daquele modelo de cortinado ( são precianas) e elas não estão conforme. Deixam espaços abertos e permitem a entrada de luz ao amanhecer, prejudicando o descanso. Por isso acordava mais cedo do que devia. Sugiro a troca para cortinas black out mesmo. O partamento tem baratas por todo lado..até no guardaroupa achei barratinhas. Na cozimha, etc.... Tirando tudo isso o partamento não é mau.

It was beautiful 😍. It was so convenient since we were going to the Nelson Mandela Cruise terminal. It is also very close to UShaka Marine

The setup of the bed in the living room, like a studio apartment, and the photos on the ad is for a different unit, which is on the seventh floor, l was disappointed because l thought l was booking Room G711, 14 Timeball Boulevard, 4069 Durban, South Africa as per my confirmation but. I was given G511

It had everything I expected

Bedding ws not changed on Saturday n it ws not cleaned, then the blinds were broken they didn't close to my satisfaction. The previous guests were smoking inside the apartment so wen I checked in it ws smelling tobacco all over

I was a charged for high amount for a room and I was given a cheaper place to stay which I did t choose that

"This apartment was such a snug and homely space, I felt right at home. The decor and layout were perfect for a cozy stay. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot at The point waterfront.

I did not like getting the wrong key after following all the instructions given on how to get the key. After doing all those instructions, you find that the key is just hidden somewhere

The bed was broken, and it makes a sounds even when you turn around to face the other direction. The wardrobe and cupboards are also broken.

the way the host handled the almost looked like a double booking, yet it was not just that the other peopled mixed the dates, just one call to the host he came to the apartment and made sure the other people vacate the apartment, made it clean again and withing the short space of time we were accommodate, after all we had travelled long distance and needed time to rest.

there was a person who had already checked in @ our apartment apparently, they had mixed the dates with our check in dates, and they had already occupied the apartment

The apartment is lovely, beautiful furniture, tranquil space and safe building. I'd like to suggest you get coasters to protect the furniture from water marks. Also there's a cockroach problem, maybe get an exterminator. Apart from those two pointers, the place is absolutely lovely.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and the area was safe. The MSC cruise ship terminal is a stone throw away. Ushaka is within walking distance

We really enjoyed our stay it central to everything we needed will come back again.

There was only one key for entering , so I had to wait outside for my mom to come back ,so I may enter too, Otherwise that is not a complain ,but what can be improved for future use.

I wasn’t happy with the staff that works there, they all have this bad attitude… when you asking them something, its like you worrying them, from the day we checked in, those guys from the reception are couldn’t even attend to us…. Then we had a problem with the pool, we booked the pool but its was locked there, we couldn’t go in… And when checking out , the guys from the reception …. I said to him” hi sir i am here to check out…..” that guy just looked at me and said….”phindisela ukhiye la owuthathe khona” …. Please change oe train your staff… i even took a pic of that girl , she was just standing and don’t want to be bothered.

It was self catering, we prepared our breakfast but we were provided all the kitchen utensils. The place is safe there are security guards all over the place and also the place is quiet with beautiful views. Every thing was clean.

The security in the entire building was good.

The bed was so hard like a rock , the safe was not working, and we had to drive around with our valuables. This is for the apartment G711. The rooftop swimming pools were dirty

Didnt have breakfast, the room was clean and the main area aircon was great!

Reception staff had ZERO people skills and couldnt speak well. Keys in the "lock box" were not locked at all and anyone could have taken them out. The roof was flooding, the floor was wet, the staff at reception were NOT helpful at all! The one barely understood English, let alone managed to answer anything. The room aircon blew warm air all night, the shower and basin drained so slowly - showring was like a combo of bathing nd showring, there was no coffee , only some stale tea bags
