Utensils/cutleries were not clean. I had to wash and clean the rack/drawers. Leak under the sink. Takes awhile before the host replies on our messages

Comfy beds, spacious rooms, quick and responsive host. Complete kitchen tools and the place is very homey. Okay for a quick staycation. Place is also very quiet.

Some of the appliances are faulty. Masters bedroom AC didnt cool at first but it became okay on the 2nd day. The stove sometimes heats fast, sometimes it takes a long time to cook. Kitchen sink clogged twice. The etxra blanket has stains due to use perohaps but it's clean.

The location is great. The unit is clean and spacious enough. We esp. loved the beds -so comfy! My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening after walking around manila on a hot day. We'd like to book it again the next time we go back to the Philippines.

We really enjoyed staying sa unit. Sobrang cozy ng place, kumpleto lahat sa gamit and all. Sobrang linis din. Will rebook!!🤞

Location and Facilities. The host gave us free of charge for the 2 kids (not listed as guests)

No update from the host/property owner. I had to keep following up which only then I will get an update. Host only confirmed the guests count when we arrived. She said they charge extra for the kids (2) - first time I encountered extra fees for kids, although I actually did not listed them as guests - that's on me.

The new year fireworks is visible from the balcony.

The building is approximately 1 km away from the nearest Greenbelt mall, just for your infornation. While the unit layout matches the photos, the wall paint and overall decoration are completely different from what was advertised. Additionally, there were maintenance issues, including a non-working TV (despite my repeated request for assistance from the host) and smelly bathroom pipes, which negatively affected our stay. Overall, the unit did not meet expectations based on the listing. ​

Spacious and comfortable. Place is clean and with hot water for shower. Kitchen utensils are all clean. The price point is great for its location. Nearby marts are available. I highly appreciate the host’s quick response. I booked almost 12 mn because of power outage while in a terrible storm. Had a really long and tiring day from ER with my kid’s fracture that required a cast. I also need to work after. She is so kind to reach out and provided a comfortable place to stay for my family. ❤️

L'appartement est plutôt grand

Certaine équipement devrai etre réparé. Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant ce qui laisse la lumière rentré très tôt le matin. Le tuyau d'évacuation de la machine a laver est complètement détruit et il refuse de le changer de ce fait il y a de l'eau partout sur le balcon lorsque on utilise la machine a laver.

マカティの中心エリアまで徒歩で15分程で行ける立地。 高層ビルの上層階で、夜景はとても美しい。 アパートメントとしての設備の充実感。そしてフォローの丁寧さ（洗濯機が壊れていたのだが、対策を依頼すると翌朝にスタッフが洗濯物を取りに来て夕方に畳んで届けてくれた） テーブルと椅子が5客あり、家族で団らんも出来たのは素晴らしい。 自分が宿泊した部屋は最上階でした。掲載写真とは違いましたが、基本的には満足しています。

これはクレームというより提案です。 キッチンの排水から悪臭が逆流する。排水トラップが壊れているかもしれないので直したほうがいい。カーテンの遮光はかなりプア。夜明けとともに目が覚める生活に変わるメリットもあるが… 包丁の切れはかなり悪い。研ぎ棒があるといい（今回は別の包丁の背を使って少し研ぎましたが） 小さいベッドルームのエアコンが不調。電子音が1分おきになり、温度などがコントロールされているかわからなかった。 宿泊日前にした質問が帰ってこない。アパートメントへの宿泊として質問に返事がないとかなり心配になる。

I like the place, it’s inconvenient and very close for everything.

There is some things needs to fixed when I arrived.Aircon is not working both two rooms, a few drawers need’s to fixed , lights in kitchen, a bulbs in dinning area needs to change it’s broken. Kitchen covered needs to fixed , at least some extra bidding and pillows for changing the bedroom and should check the unit before the guest arrives not when the guest arrives found out both aircon not working. I phone the owner and reported what’s the problem in unit and the next day they sort it out the Aircon .Thanks to Maam Via the next day fixed it the Aircon.

I specifically requested a quiet room but the noise from the ventilation and the roads rocked me for two nights. This old apartment doesn’t feature any modern furniture or soundproof windows. The only positive things were the location of the flat and the friendliness of the staff.

Spacious and comfortable to stay. Safe and clean everything you need is inside the unit. The owner is very accomodating she answer immediately all my messages. Thank you maam, appreciate much.

The size of the room, it's spacious enough for my family.

I think we were at the smoking floor so when you go out of the room it's smelly. But you cant smell smoke when you're inside the room.

It was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Owner was very accessible, and apartment staff was polite. Overall, very satisfied. Washing machine availability in the facility. Good WiFi. AC was very good.

No hair dryer. Stove was dirty. Maybe better blankets

Location. That is the only saving grace.

The aircon was leaking heavily when we arrived, the floor in front of the bathroom has water dripping from the leak. They surely knew about the leak as they put a plastic trash bin to colect the leaking water. At a certain point, we had to turn off the AC as the water is starting to spread where the bed is and we had to empty the container frequently. We ended up leaving and only 1 friend stayed there for 1 night instead of using it for 2 nights. A unit like that should NOT be rented. It is NOT FAIR. We were there for an event and wanted to relax, not clean an apartment.

The location! The unit is nice and good for up to 3 people and maube a child. And the security guards and staff at the reception are nice. Clean enough, basic stuff provided.

We had to buy a set of batteries coz the aircon remote stopped working on the 2nd day.

The strong A/C and WI-Fi connection.

Toilet key wasn’t left in the room, so we couldn’t use the toiler for two hours.

The state in which it was. Doors of the various cabinets with broken hinges. The cooking stove was dirty and rusty (the use of the correct product would resolve the situation), the shower box is filthy with water limescale covering the glass. Again it suffice to use the right cleaning product. The fridge was missing the door of the ice-cooler box and a thick layer of ice formed, no one had never cleaned it.

The apartment was just right and located in an excellent area of Makati. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests.

the beds were a bit small for a couple. Additionally, the curtains in one of the bedrooms couldn't be fully closed due to an automatic hydraulic door closer.

Me and my family had a very comfortable stay and everything is just a minute away. Very convenient.

The property is a spacious modern one-bedroom condo in a residential block. The management is obviously used to short term lets as they have a dedicated sign-in system at the reception in the lobby. Once we found the condo, we found the door unlocked (and left it the same way when we left) so we never met any owner or agent. The condo had a bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, and a double bed in the lounge, as well as two settees and a dining table and chairs. There was a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave and a washing machine.

Unfortunately, the plug on the microwave did not fit the socket! We couldn't find any programmes on the TV. There were no instructions. A very minor problem: My partner stupidly bought a bottle of wine with a cork instead of one with a screw cap but there was no corkscrew!

Microwave and water jug not working

Space is comfortable enough for three people. Bea was nice and helped us with check in. Our schedule worked with the street parking so we didn’t have to pay for her private parking spot. We were very content with access to the outdoor pool.

Photos on bookings did not look like the room we stayed in. Definitely too much furniture to get around the room. It’s one bedroom not two, so expect to sleep side by side beds. And be prepared to text or email your ID information in order for check in, despite Bookings warning about sharing personal info.

Appartment well located. Cosy, quiet, clean. Shared swimming pool for free. But closed on Monday for weekly cleaning.

It would be great to mention in the description that swimming pool is not accessible on Mondays. We only spent one night and it was a Monday so kids couldn't enjoy the pool during the heat wave. Fortunately we took a dip early the next day before catching our flight.

Walking distance to Greenbelt and close to cafes, coffee shops and convenience stores.

It’s a nice building in a safe location. It’s a good place to stay for a night on your way somewhere else in the Philippines.

The laundry machine didn’t really work, and there was no dryer. The small hanging rack was full when we arrived with sheets and towels. The kitchen is very basic - missing lots of essential if you want to cook (which we did) and it is dark. The couch doesn’t actually pull out into a bed, it’s just a couch. The futon is a single and really not comfortable. I asked for help with the washing machine but it never came. The apartment really only sleeps 4.

Location is good. Room is comfortable. Checkin process is smooth

Very central to everything

The accommodation comfortably fit a group of 4 adults.I like the colors used to paint every room. The decor spoke of meticulous selection to add ambiance to the accommodation.

I couldn' t think of anything I dislike.

Two bedrooms (main bedroom was adequately spaced), TV with Netflix available, Washing machine available. Location is a very short walk east of Greenbelt mall

Internet was choppy when restarting Netflix, bathroom was small, kitchenette was also small (the refrigerator and microwave had to share a single electrical outlet). One of the couches had a broken armrest covered up, Dining table was cramped with extra couch next to it
