Bel Appartement meublé avec Piscine, l'hivernage à Marrakech

Très bel appartement, excellemment bien situé, parfaitement bien équipé. Très propre et très fonctionnel. Silencieux et sous surveillance H24. Extérieurs très propres et piscine fort agréable (+ de 40° lors de notre séjour). Le personnel de l'immeuble est agréable et gentil (tout comme les locataires félins -). Très belle prestation qui à moins de 5 minutes de la médina passe en tête de notre liste de préférence. Hâte d'y revenir continuer de pour découvrir ce merveilleux pays.

L’appartement était à mes attentes et il se situe à côté du centre commercial Mara Mall et restaurant y’a tout à proximité 2 mn à pied.

Juste la salle de bain est un peu petit pour une personne costaud, ça pourrait être gênant .

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Le logement est magnifique, très bien décoré et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout est parfaitement conforme aux photos. La résidence est idéalement située, à proximité de la médina et des principaux lieux à visiter, avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants et centres commerciaux à côté, ainsi que tout près du jardin de la Ménara. Elle est aussi très sécurisée et dispose d’une belle piscine. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et le service est impeccable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech.

The apartment is large and well equipped. Location is great next to Manara Mall, its shops and restaurants, while still being within walking distance of the Medina. Quality of sleep is great, with blinds blocking out lights, quiet surroundings and a firm but comfortable extra large bed. Host was proactive in giving checking in details and ensuring everything was ok. Would happily return !

If you are visiting Marrakech, you will have a good location here. Very green, clean, with a nice pool. Reception is always available and friendly. Supermarket Carrefour open till late 5 minutes away. Taxi in front of Menara Mall is always available. Close by a nice park with atlas mountains view and a lot of nice hotels and bars. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Marrakesh. It was extremely comfortable and, most importantly for me, spotlessly clean — which was a huge plus as I’m very particular about cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was crisp and freshly cleaned, making for a great night’s sleep. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen appliances to toiletries, which made our stay very easy and convenient. The host also provided a local contact who was always available and happy to answer any questions we had, which we really appreciated. As the weather was cold and rainy during our stay, it was great to have a heating function — the apartment was lovely and warm throughout. The location is excellent: just a minute’s walk from Menara Mall, with taxis readily available right outside. The Medina and souks are about a 35–40 minute walk away, which we chose to do as we enjoy walking, and along the way we passed many interesting buildings and beautiful scenery. Overall, this is a spacious, well-located, and very well-maintained apartment. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Heel fijn, groot appartement. Je kan je auto veilig in de parkeergarage parkeren. Eerst meldt je je bij de beveiliging en daarna mag je doorrijden en krijg je de sleutel van het appartement. Om de hoek zit een groot winkelcentrum (Menara Mall) en je kan lopend naar de Medina, ongeveer een half uurtje. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen.

The managers at the property ensured that we could check in at the time of our arrival , ensuring a smooth transition from airport to apartment with no hanging around which was greatly appreciated.

Clean, comfortable appartment. There was a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived together with a couple of coffee pods and some cleaning products. Plenty of loo paper and shower gels etc too. Aircon and wifi both worked. Was able to communicate with the owner via Whatsapp once we'd got wifi and she was very pleasant. Good location for big Carrefour supermarket (which sells alcohol, incidentally), restaurants and even walking distance to the medina. Swimming pool and surrounds are very comfortable (though pool is only 1 metre deep).

The address on Booking.com only directs you to an 8km stretch of road. You need the name of the block to know more precisely where you are going (Residence Babylone) We did get this via a message beforehand but crucially we weren't told which block (No.2). It took 2 phone calls by security guards to establish where we should be! The balcony looks onto a service road for the hotel next door so no view, but you can still sit out there comfortably enough.

😀 the location was a plus for the whole trip!! We didn’t have to drive at all!!! The apartment is situated in a very safe neighbourhood and was extra large, clean !! I highly recommend this place!! The owner and Fadwa were very responsive and very friendly !!

Clean and comfortable apartment Located about 30 minutes walk from city centre but restaurants and cafes in locality

Good location, away from the busy main road but still close to shops and restaurants.

TV signal kept cutting out, despite multiple resets, so barely able to watch it for more than a few minutes at a time. Noisy neighbour in flat above always 2-3 am, despite an imposed overnight quiet period. Politely asking to keep the noise down didn't achieve anything.

Very large rooms. Very clean. Safe and quiet. Security men in the office on the ground floor. Help with Wi-Fi set up available through WhatsApp, although I would have preferred the password to be listed on a card. Too cold for a swim but nice garden. Very close to cafes and large Carrefour.

A bit further from the Medina than I realised. A good 25 minute walk. The bus stops are difficult to locate and buses don’t always stop when you signal. Taxis tend to overcharge tourists. Not the fault of the accommodation but worth noting! Shower room was a bit cramped.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very large clean and had a great moden feel with some traditional touches. I would highly recommend this apartment. Both the owner and the owners representative were responsive to any inquiries and reliable at all times.

The apartment was really nice, well furnished and clean. The location is superb, 2 min from Menara Mall, very safe and high end area.
