È stato un bellissimo giorno. Riad bellissimo, la camera anche se non grandissima molto carina e dotata di tutto ciò che ci serviva. Staff molto gentile e simpatico sempre pronto ad aiutarci nei nostri problemi e sempre disponibile per consigli ecc. posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Super approvato

L’accueil irréprochable. Personnel très souriant et soucieux du service. Il y a toujours quelqu’un pour s’occuper de vous.

Les lits très durs. Le bruit autour des chambres. Les petits déjeuner sont toujours les mêmes et un peu gras.

Personnel extraordinaire en commençant par le gérant Mohamed un vrai rayon de soleil qui diffuse les rayons à toute son équipe Abdoul le maître du service du petit dej et la cuisinière qui nous prépare des petits mets marocains délicieux Mohamed le pro des cocktails Les femmes de ménage également aux petits soins et j en oublié certainement. Le riad est très bien situé tout peut se visiter à pied.

Quelques + à apporter un éclairage plus adapté pour le maquillage des dames.. Et une bouilloire pour les petites tisanes du soir ou le thé café en journée.

O alojamento é incrível , muito limpo e cuidado. Os pequenos almoços são muito bons , tem uma óptima localização e o melhor de tudo são os funcionários. O gerente Mohamed é incrível!! Prestável, muito educado, divertido e ajuda com tudo mesmo, fez- nos sentir em casa.

Niets viel ons tegen, de kamers zijn wel aan de kleine kant maar aangezien je er alleen slaapt maakt het niet zoveel uit.

L'espace dans les petites chambres est très très réduit. La salle de bain est très étroite. La terrasse est agréable avec son tout petit bassin mais elle est petite au regard du nombre de chambres et de clients.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of the old medina, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They even surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday, which was a very thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. It was extremely small, and the window did not face outside but instead opened into the interior of the hotel, so it felt as if there was almost no window at all. The bathroom was also incredibly cramped—you could barely turn around inside. The shower head could not be fixed in place and had to be held by hand the entire time while showering. Another significant issue was the air conditioning, which was positioned directly opposite the bed. It blew cold air onto the bed all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, while the excellent location and wonderful staff deserve recognition, the room’s design and facilities made my stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the overall accommodation experience was quite poor.

Accueil et chambre, vraiment TOP. Dès le début nous avons été bercé dans l'ambiance marocaine grâce à la gentillesse du personnel du Riad. Pour notre première fois, ce Riad nous a bien séduit. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est copieux, délicieux et diversifié.

Obliger les clients à acheter l’eau du riad à 30 dirhams LA bouteille, tout en leur interdisant d’apporter de l’eau achetée à l’extérieur, est une pratique que je trouve difficilement correct et abusif…

Excellent service ! Toutes l'équipe est au petit soin très sympa et avec beaucoup de conseils précieux pour profiter de la médina. Très bon emplacement.

Am saddened to say , please don't book or accept bottom floor 4 . It was dirty, and l was asked each day if l would room done , lucky if made was in no joke 3 mins the room was dirty.

Sorry to say not much . The staff were lovely but . I sent booking.com concerns over and over the video and picture proof. The riad did not get back to them. They chose to blank myself and booking.com. l had flee bits . Before the hotel says different, l have medical proof of this . The floors were passed being dirty. I ask for a discount. With no response, which is rude .

Le personnel était adorable, Mohammed a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur la ville. Des petits produits uniques de salle de bain sont offerts, une odeur extraordinaire qu’on est heureux de pouvoir ramener à la maison. Les chambres sont belles et propres, et si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit, il y a toujours quelqu’un pour nous aider.

Helpful staff. Anything was no problem to arrange. For me, the ideal location of the Riad within walking distance of the center. Good breakfast. The smaller rooms were not a problem. The cool pool was a ideal on hot days.

We had a wonderful stay. Medi and Mohammed were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were an absolute credit to the riad. The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered excellent value for money. Another huge plus was the location—being only a 2-minute walk from where taxis can easily pick you up made getting around so convenient, especially in the summer heat when long walks are unbearable.

The only small downside was when we arrived at around 2 a.m. after travelling. We were very hungry and ordered food from a takeaway, but we were told outside food wasn’t allowed. I completely understand that every property has its own rules, but perhaps an exception could be considered for guests arriving very late at night when most restaurants are closed.

Добрый день, мы снимали на 4 ночи этот отель, бронировали заранее за два месяца, авиакомпания перенесла наш вылет на сутки, мы предупредили об этом отель за 8 дней до заезда, мы им сказали что будем на следующий день так как наш рейс перенесли, мы попросили либо сдвинуть наши проживание на один день если есть возможность, либо за 1 сутки вернуть нам деньги. Отель нам сказал если за 7 дней вы предупреждаете то мы возвращаем вам деньги у нас было даже целых 8 дней, на что деньги нам не вернули, нас просто кинули, причём эти правила отель сказал нам сам, не мы их устанавливали, но день так никто и не вернул. Отвечали мне по смс в вотцапе с трудом, приходилось ждать, писать по несколько раз, не советую ехать в такое место, нас просто обманули(

È stato il primo e l'ultimo riad di un tour di due settimane in Marocco e quello in cui ci siamo sentite accolte con maggiore cordialità. La struttura è bellissima, impeccabilmente pulita, arredata con gusto. La posizione, in una viuzza della medina, è lontana dal caos del centro, da cui dista solo una decina di minuti a piedi e altrettanti da un parcheggio privato (circa 10 euro al giorno). La colazione è varia e di eccellente qualità. Anche la cena, servita sotto la tettoia sul tetto, vicino a una piccola e gradevole piscina, è da provare. Cosa ci ha incantate? La rispettosa e cordiale disponibilità dello staff. Super raccomandato.

A localização, muito boa! Os funcionários todos muito simpáticos e prestativos! O restaurante no Riade serve muito bem! Adorámos as excursões que reservamos no Riade, eles trataram de tudo! Muito limpo, mudaram as roupas no quarto todos os dias! Volto, sem dúvida alguma para o mesmo local! Apesar de estar 40 graus de temperatura, no Riade não se sentia e os quartos correspondem às temperaturas com ar condicionado!

Achei o colchão da cama muito duro, mas confortável! Os quartos com janelas para a rua, pouca insonorização!

Very calm and a smaller riad, in a residential area which seemed quieter and far removed from the chaos of the medina. Amazing staff and a wonderful chef, a fantastic dinner on the rooftop terrace. Lovely small rooftop plunge pool which was nice and warm as it was shallow.

La pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni, la gentilezza dello staff.

L'hotel come da foto si presenta molto piacevole alla vista, hanno indubbiamente un buon gusto estetico ma per giustificare le 4stelle e il costo presente su booking a mio avviso serve ben altro. Lo staff é veramente gentile ma una volta dentro la percezione cambia, piscine spente la sera e sporca in terrazza, il filtraggio viene acceso a discrezione dello staff e non durante l'intera fascia di apertura. Bagno in camera ESTREMAMENTE piccolo, per asciugarsi dopo una doccia é necessario uscire dal bagno. Colazione basica, piatti caldi serviti ghiacciati e addirittura le uova serve chiederle, in Riad ben più modesti abbiamo gustato colazioni di gran lunga più abbondanti. Ma la cosa peggiore é stata l'esperienza spa, premesso che per spa si intende una piccola stanza con due lettini e una stanza hammam molto piccola, abbiamo prenotato due trattamenti con una pessima esperienza per la competenza di chi l'ha fatto ma anche per le indicazioni fornite dallo staff che non conoscevano le caratteristiche dei servizi e ci hanno dato indicazioni inventate e non rispettate ovviamente durante il trattamento, rimborsandoci solo 1/4 della somma chiestaci. Dispiace dare una valutazione negativa ma è il prezzo da pagare quando si danno alte aspettative e si disattendono.

The thing that impressed me the most was the kindness of the staff! Mohammed was a very good host, always ready to help with anything that we needed and with information about the medina. The location was perfect, near the main atractions, and acessible via main roads without the need to walk through sketchy roads. It was a great experience, definitely a place to comeback to!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout s’est très bien déroulé et nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par Souhail, qui a été très professionnel, attentionné et toujours disponible. Son accueil chaleureux a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !

Lovely property and excellent staff. The walk was about 20 mins to get to any of the main attractions so not too bad! The rooms were homey and tidy, with daily housekeeping.

There was mould on the tiles, which can be unavoidable without adequate ventilation! Also a few hairs in the bathroom on arrival.

The property is stunning. The staff are amazing and very attentive, so friendly and the location is perfect. Can’t stress enough how great ALL of the staff are. The spa is great too.

There is no alcohol license so you can’t consume any alcohol. The bed was well used and hard, the shower could have been better. It’s very noisy and the cleaner makes ALOT of noise when cleaning which makes it hard to relax at all. A small few tweeks could really take this property to the next level.

Gostei de tudo no geral

Riad meraviglioso. Bello e accogliente, con genuina anima marocchina. Pulitissimo e molto curato, si trova a 7 minuti da un comodo parcheggio a pagamento (circa 10 euro al giorno) e 12 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. La zona è tranquilla e sicura. Sono con mia figlia e non ci siamo mai sentite in difficoltà. Oltre ai tanti dettagli belli ed eleganti, il riad ha due bellissime vasche, una all'accoglienza e una sul tetto (bellissima vista sulla medina), dove si fa colazione, ma anche pranzo e cena. La cucina è eccellente. Le camere sono confortevoli, letti perfetti, biancheria linda, aria condizionata, bagno pulito. Oltre a tutto questo, il vero segreto del riad è il personale che ci lavora: dall'accoglienza alla cucina al servizio a tavola, sono tutti meravigliosamente gentili, attenti agli ospiti, sorridenti e di cuore. Non mancano mai di dedicare tempo a offrire consigli e suggerimenti utilissimi. Assolutamente consigliato.

Muhammed ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er erklärt alles sehr klar und ist um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt. Und er hat immmer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf der hübschen Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool kann man gemütlich frühstücken und auch sonst essen. Auch eine wohltuende Massage ist empfehlenswert. Das Zentrum mit allen Läden, Restaurants und Marktständen ist in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Beautiful traditional riad with a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Marrakech.

La salle de bain Hyper trop petite 😔 une personne forte ne peut y rentrer 😔 les portes se pliant à l’intérieur 🤔🤔 le meuble qui nous touche les genoux lorsque l’on est assis sur les WC😔 manque de parasols et de chaises longues tout en haut où se trouve la petite piscine 😔 l’état des chaises longues - les matelas de dessus qui collent et ne sont pas nettoyés- les tables non plus - les linges les mêmes que le jour d’avant 😔- et au petit déjeuner quand on demande de l’eau comme boisson on nous la facture 😔 il n’y a jamais de fruits 😔 et ils servent une «  salade de chou rouge mélangée avec je ne sais quoi «  hygiéniquement et aspect bizarre attention à la «  tourista » - des améliorations dans ces domaines là remonteront leur quote c’est sûr 👍🏼🌹

Tutto! Siamo stati accolti con the marrocchino in questo splendido posto, che è davvero uguale alle foto. Lo staff veramente molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad aiutare, abbiamo potuto fare il check in molto prima dell’orario stabilito (ma comunque ci avevano detto che in caso avrebbero tenuto i nostri bagagli senza problemi). Cibo tipico veramente buono. Camera pulita e molto carina.

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber liebevoll und schön gestaltet. Das Personal ist so freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der kleine Pool im Erdgeschoß ist die perfekte Abkühlung nach einem heißen Tag. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können das Yacouta Riad von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Nous avions une petite chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec une fenêtre donnant sur le « hall » du Riad

Ce Riad est familial, convival, très propre, authentique et parfait pour un séjour au sein de la Médina! Nous y avons séjourné avec mon amie durant 5 jours et nous avons particulièrement été touchées et impactées par la gentillesse du personnel : Mohammed, Brahim, Souhail, Said et bien d'autres. Leurs conseils, sourires, dévotion et acceuil ont rendu notre séjour tout simplement parfait!! Les petit-déjeuners proposés sont copieux et variés, nous nous sommes régalées. De plus, nous avons réalisé un cours de cuisine au sein du Riad avec les chefs et c'était exceptionnel! Nous avons adoré et parmi le grand nombre d'activités et de visites que nous avons fait à Marrakech, ce moment fait sincèrement parti de nos préférés. On recommande a 100% le Riad Yacouta et nous espérons avoir l'opportunité d'y séjourner à nouveau!

Fantastic location, close to everything. The staff were all so welcoming and we were given a fantastic introduction to the area including a map and advice about where to and where not to visit. The hamman was the most relaxing experience I have ever had.

The entire team is very friendly and helpful. Muhamed was an excellent host — super welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, with a great eye for detail. Breakfast is really good, with a varied selection that changes from day to day. In terms of location, the Riad sits in a very peaceful area with no through traffic, though it is close to a school, which makes it quite busy during the day. It is also about a 15-minute walk from the main square. The Riad itself is in great condition, very clean, and the double rooms are very spacious.

The smaller rooms are extremely compact and offer very little storage space for clothes and personal belongings.

Riad più bello in cui abbiamo avuto modo di alloggiare durante il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech. Ci hanno accolti un profumo inebriante di fiori d'arancio e Mohamed con una gentilezza e simpatia unici. Ci ha offerto thè alla menta, biscotti e ci ha raccontato tutto il necessario per visitare la città. Le stanze sono tutte più o meno uguali , molto curate e abbastanza pulite (ahimè i bagni di tutti i Riad sarebbero da rivedere ). Terrazza con piscina (piccola) utile a rilassarsi dal caos della città, posizione fuori dalla medina.

Personalmente ho preferito altri Riad nella medina per sentirmi più vicino a tutto, ma stiamo parlando di una 20 di Min da Medrasa ben Youssef o piazza jemaa El fna. Sarebbe stato tutto bello, finché la sera non abbiamo scoperto che non è possibile pagare con carta la cena, consigliandoci di andare a prelevare. Onestamente l'ultima sera a Marrakech era la nostra ultima intenzione cambiare altri soldi. Dopo aver controbattuto, magicamente è comparso il POS. Altra nota negativa, avevamo il volo alle 10.30, abbiamo chiesto di fare colazione presto prima di andare in aereoporto. Ci hanno risposto che non era possibile prima delle 8.30. al massimo ci avevano anticipato alle 8.15 (mettendo le mani avanti che chi si occupava della colazione avrebbe potuto fare tardi). Hanno proposto la colazione take away, abbiamo accettato. Nel sacchetto abbiamo trovato un succo di arancia , un msemen, un baghrir e un pezzetto di torta. Ok, ma consiglio, dato che offrite questo servizio, di aggiungere almeno una marmellata monoporzione... È un po' dura ingerire a secco queste cose😅

Petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne (jus d'orange coupé à l'eau par exemple), chambre bruyante côté derb, et mauvaise expérience au spa (hygiène douteuse, personnel manquant de professionnalisme (écoute des vidéos très fort sur le portable pendant que nous sommes dans le hammam, oubli d'une partie du corps pour le masque, produits utilisés périmés...)

Situato a due passi dai Souk e,a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza Jemaa el Fnaa, Riad ,molto bello,in ottima posizione ,ben tenuto ,con una colazione sempre diversa ,e dove tutto lo staff era super disponibile sempre ,a tutte le ore . Un ringraziamento doveroso lo devo fare a Mohammed ,Asahm,e Brahim .. Per la vostra pazienza ,per il vostro calore e ,per la vostra gentilezza . Spero di tornare presto a Marrakech . Grazie

La cordialità dello staff, i colori che regalano un'atmosfera di pace e l'arredamento curato. La struttura è all'interno della Medina, vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse ma non immersa nel caos di Fnaa.

Solamente essendo 1.90m ho trovato la camera un po piccola, soprattutto il bagno.
