Mooi en goed hotel. Gelijk naast het strand.

De verkopers die op het strand rondlopen. Om de minuut wordt je aangesproken om iets te kopen. Dit is komt niet ten goede van de hotel. Je komt hier om te relaxen en niet te irriteren aan die irritant verkopers.

Location, very near other the establishments and restaurants

Pool is not child friendly especially for kids 5 yr old and below. Beach is not so clean with many algae and other trash. Also staff is not readily available to assist during breakfast and the food has a lot of room for improvement and replenishment of some dish takes a long time.

Luck of communication i requested a Ocean view room but we were put in the room with no ocean view the biggest disappointment when we pay for ocean view

The staff is polite, and the breakfast is good. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.

From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., musicians played terrible music outside our windows.

We do liked the location of the hotel and the sorroundings.

The shower on our room is was not great. It's a little rubbish because it was not powerful and it was low flow. Kindly check it. 😊

A good location across from the beach and near restaurants and bars.

Way overpriced for what it was. I was given a room overlooking the dirt employees parking lot and apparent garbage heap the room looked like it was last decorated in 1975. It was nothing like what was represented in the photos. The breakfast was just okay, and often they don’t clear tables very quickly so there are dirty dishes everywhere. A couple times there were no coffee cups (or coffee).

Staff friendly, good service, good position

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen für maximal bis zu drei Nächten. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Besonders hilfsbereit war der junge Bademeister, der mich mit einem heißen Essig Bad versorgt hatte, nachdem ich auf einen Seeigel getreten bin.😊👍🏽

Es war gut, dass wir kein Zimmer direkt mit Meereszugang hatten da es draußen sehr laut ist und schon fast Ballermann Feeling besitzt. Sprich viele Chinesen die laut sitzen essen sprechen und trinken zusätzlich Schmuckverkäufer, die dich alle 2 m ansprechen.

Our breakfast are included during our stay. The food was nice and they have different choices in a buffet way.

If you have a neighbors who are talking loudly you can hear them from your room.

Staff are excellent. Very outstanding service and polite.

Our room’s airco is not that working, still hot inside the room. But on our last 2 days they move us in other room 3 days after we complain to the reception. Action was not that quick, if we did not ask for transfer to other room, there will be ni solution.

Staff were helpful and friendlily and the location is good.

Room facing the beach was a little too loud, no elevator and there was no hot water

Clean and great staff

shower head did not work, had first shower we had to use the bottom faucet in the shower by bending over to our waist to get clean. Main power in room shut off in the middle of the night for the room. Got very warm in there, refrigerator did not work due to another circuit breaker. The next morning we called the from desk and reported problems. Staff was there quickly to start working on the problems which were resolved a couple hours later. Staff was courteous and appologetic while fixing.

Location is great. Property clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious.

No window in the room. No chairs in the room with legs, only cushions on the floor.

The location is the biggest plus for this property.

1) Stray dog in the lobby. 2) Inattentive waiters at the restaurant. 3) Red Ants & mosquitoes in room 4) Broken toilet flush. They have bidet and no jet spray.

Very close to the beach

I got a large queen room. It was great and spacious. I stayed in a small twin room the first night. It was good, but a bit cramped for me. You are right on the beach in the middle of everything. All food and drinks were great. The staff was so kind. I felt so thankful for them. I’d recommend this place to anyone

Most of the staff are really lovely, location is perfect, rooms are very comfortable, pools are great.

The bar on the beach often unmanned and have to wait a long time to be served. The food at the buffet for dinner was very underwhelming (but breakfast was ok.
