Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war geräumig mit sehr großem Bad. Wir haben die private Poolvilla sehr genossen. Das Frühstück wird direkt in der Villa serviert. Es steht ein kostenloser Wasserspender zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist abseits von Ubud und damit relativ ruhig.

Si necesitáis transporte y/o guía turístico contar con él. La villa estaba increible, tener en cuenta que esta en plenos campos de arroz por lo que hay humedades.

We absolutely CANNOT recommend this property and honestly do not understand how it received such positive reviews. We ended up leaving 5 days early because the reality was completely different from what was advertised online. The villa had numerous issues, including mould in the bathroom, damp spots, cracks in the walls, doors and windows that would not close properly, and a damaged bed. These are not minor imperfections but serious structural problems that cannot be ignored. The mould and overall lack of cleanliness were so bad that we did not even feel comfortable showering there. That alone says everything about the condition of this place. The bathroom was not properly sealed and had multiple openings that allowed geckos and lizards to enter easily, making us feel extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was also far from hygienic, which is why we never once had breakfast at the property. We simply did not trust the cleanliness standards. There was no proper reception or professional management. It seemed that two young girls were left to run the property, which did not feel professional at all and certainly did not provide the level of service you would expect. On top of that, we were repeatedly asked where we were going every time we left the villa, which felt strange and uncomfortable. Leaving early was the only option for us. This was not a matter of needing a better cleaning service or dealing with minor inconveniences, but of structural issues and a general lack of hygiene that could not simply be fixed. This accommodation had a very negative impact on our trip, and we strongly advise other travellers to avoid it.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful views, excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place.

Alle dyr har fri tilgang til innsiden av villaen. Det er ikke en tett villa, altså åpning under veggene. Dørene er heller ikke tette. Det var blant annet haugevis av maur inne og ute. Det var også et hjem for 3 (mulig fler) gekkoer.

Absolutely beautiful! The staff were so warm and kind, very attentive and quick to respond to messages and food orders. The room was stunning and everything was so clean. Very modern bathroom with rainforesty vibes. We only stayed for one night but made good use of the lovely pool. We also had a floating breakfast included in our booking - so nice!! Would definitely come back. Thank you!

My only small criticism is that it’s quite far from everything but if you like natural, rice terrace surroundings away from the busy city, then this would be perfect for you.

The staffs were very nice. Especially "Kada" she is very helpful and kind. Rest staffs were also very helpful. They arranged a scoopy, taxi for tours. The mujair Nyat Nyat with fried fish and Balinese spices is very good. Highly recommended. Vegetarian Cap cay is also nice. Overally privacy and view, location, weather everything was very nice. They made our bed everyday, cleaning was very nice. We ate at home, and also at reception restaurant, which has a very good view. Highly recommended this place. The value for money is good we feel.

One thing can be improved, more vegetarian options in breakfast.

Terrible view across to sn atrocious adjacent resort that is uglier than sin and so amazingly non-Balinese! This design would be butt ugly anywhere in the world! Also, thecroom needs a small sofa or lounge chair to watch TV from.

We absolutely loved staying here. Very quiet area, super friendly staff, great breakfast, they helped us with everything we needed. Don't hesitate to book your stay here.

Le service du staff est incroyable de A a Z. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30, ils nous attendaient avec le sourire, disponibilité record par whatsapp et toujours disponible pour aider. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain (avec bain et douche top) Pour le reste, tout est nickel, chambre clean, accès facile, bonne localisation entre Ubud et les rizières de Tegalang (un grab en 5 min max) 15 min vers Ubud (5EUR), 10 min vers Tegalang (2,5EUR) Floating breakfast bien et complet. Commande de nourriture possible auprès des propriétaires. Wifi efficace. Essuis changés chaque jour, eau potable à disposition, cuisine équipée juste comme il faut. Bref, nous n'avons globalement manqué de rien. Si nous revenons à Bali, aucun doute que nous passerons par Van Sheva.

- 2 nouvelles villas en construction qui font un peu de bruit mais ça n'a pas du tout impacté notre séjour et elles ont l'air magnifiques (Allez y!) - Un peu de bruit quand il pleut avec le toit de la salle de bain, pas de la faute des propriétaires, il a énormément plu pendant la nuit. En temps normal, aucun problème.

Lo staff gentile e disponibile sempre! Li ho adorati! La casa è molto carina, si vede che è costruita di recente e gli interni sono piuttosto spaziosi. La piscina privata è un plus, ma l'acqua era fredda.. Peccato perché avremmo voluto sfruttarla un po' di più. La pulizia è ok

La posizione resta un po' lontana dal centro di ubud, circa 30 minuti in auto ma dipende sempre dal traffico. Comunque lo sapevamo, quindi non è stata una sorpresa

Es sieht leider nicht mehr aus, wie auf den Bildern. Direkt hinter den beiden Villas wurde ein riesiges Haus gebaut mit einer großen Trennmauer, sehr hässlich. Daneben werden weitere Villas gebaut, Baulätm, abends feiern die Einheimischen auf der Baustelle. Frühstück ist ok, billigste Aufbackcroissant. Pool war sehr schmutzig.

Location was Amazing. Tegallang, Ubud Market, Ubud Palace, Monkey Forest, All nearby. Staff was very polite and helpful. They tried to make our stay comfortable.

Rice fields were soak in water, so no greenery as shown in pictures on booking.com

Wonderful villa. The villa team was kind, helpful and greeted us with a smile every time we saw them. The villa is located in an amazing quiet location away from hustle and bustle of Ubud centre. Every morning it was magical waking up and looking at the lush green rice fields. You can also have a brekkie or dinner delivered by the team to your villa kitchen. Overall, hidden gem!

Really nice Villa in Ubud, it’s nestled in the middle of rice field and the scenery is just amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The really helped us solve all of our requests and requirements. The restaurant at the villa was decent and had very fair prices

It’s a bit far from everything so not a lot of restaurants close by.. As you are in the middle of rice field there are a lot of insects. The staff came and poisoned the surrounding at our request though.

The service! Staff (oming) were super friendly 100/100. Ordered food & floating breakfast was nice too. Mango juice was yummy.

There were a LOT of flies on the first night. Probably a rainy season thing. I went in December. So take note if you’re scared of flies. Maybe they should try to seal up the gap below the door and the gap in the roof of the toilet. If not for the flies, this would have been definitely a 10/10

Everything, the property and everyone that works there is beautiful. The location was great it was away from the busy areas and surrounded by rice fields, but not too far away from anything, it was easy for us to navigate to and from on scooters. The food was delicious too!

I like it very much. The villa was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent. Service and the location was very good. I got help with almost everything. The villa was beautiful. It was peaceful. I really had a nice time here. I did not want to leave or I could have stayed longer.

Just maybe difficult sometimes when there's language barrier or they cannot fully understand what I really asked for. Also currently, it can be noisy during the day because of the construction at the neighbor. But for sure won't be a problem later on.

The location was quite unique but a bit of a walk. Overall there were useful facilities and it was quite clean. The staff/owner were exceptional and so kind. They really stood out to us.

The hot water would run out quite fast (after about 8 minutes).

It’s a 10/10 property, super new, everything was brand new and fresh, clean. The bathroom is beautiful with open shower. Beds were clean. The pool was really good. Best part is the owner and staff. I got viral fever when I was there and the owner took care of me like my mother. She went and bought me medicines, she took me to the hospital and stayed beside me, her son and husband drove us to the hospital despite having a family wedding the same day.. Just how kind can people be🥲 Thank God we were staying with them.. I will visit them whenever I am in Bali as we have found a family with them❤️

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The villa was very tidy and felt like a home. It was great to have a private villa in the middle of rice fields.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful villa, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest hospitality from the staff " speciall Ms. Lasmini" The service was impeccable, and the people went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The villa itself was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views. We felt completely at home. If you're looking for a place to unwind and be treated like royalty, this villa is an absolute gem.

The place is really nice and clean same as in the picture, warm welcome host and very helpful to assist us upon stay, breakfast is also very good and yummy, we enjoy very much our stay and definitely will coming back here again
