It was just a gorgeous room in beautiful location..hidden gem
I couldn't stay longer 😁
In the right location for us on this occasion
The bedroom was a little tired
Pod is clean, has everything that you need, added touches with tea coffee biscuits was nice, lots of toilet rolls and towels ect. Being able to use the spa and the gym was a nice addition, and my partner used the spa which she said was good. Overall a nice stay and good value for money.
I paid for the accommodation in full several days before, and on arrival on check in they took another payment. Having questioned it they said they are refunding but it can take a few days to come back. In the pod all the soaps, washing up liquid were all heavily watered down. There was a wedding on that night so the venue was very busy, we could hear the music from the pod, wasn't a massive issue for us but could be for others. We had breakfast which was nice, however we wasn't sure if this was included and what the cost would be id so as the venue didn't have any costs on, but we found out it did.
The rooms are well designed - we especially enjoyed the outdoor space each room has.
The location was very nice
Nothing
Very good for the weekend stay
Lovely comfortable room. Great restaurant with delicious food. Excellent spa facilities.
The view from the room onto the staff car park wasn’t very nice.
The team were friendly and welcoming. Pool and spa and cafe were great
The access to rooms was through crowded bar area. There were limited bar area seats so impossible to have drink in bar as always full Smell of stale water in bathroom if Great Coum room
Pod accommodation was first class as was the breakfast both for choice and quality
All excellent
How clean it was
Nothing
Friendly and functional and generally quiet apart from when burglar alarm went off in last night
Bed was abit too soft and lack of space in room and basic bathroom setup with no shelves and no step to get in and out of high bath and no draws in room apart from bedside cabinet. A lack of space generally for price of room and lack of furnishings no desk . No fridge . There was a kettle and tea facilities . The spa on site was lovely. There abit of a smell in hallway coming out of our room .
Lovely stay and a beautiful place
Slow service in woodland cafe
The room was lovely the staff were great . We ate in the restaurant which was also great
Service on the evening was good and atmosphere was relaxed.
Our room was in serious need of an update, peeling paint and condensation. Clearly a wasp issue as swarms of them outside of window and three got into room. Wasn’t a spa, more like a pool for family swimming with a dated steam room and sauna.
Not a lot.Room was adequate.
Location is in the midst of permanent caravan/chalet setting. For cost of around £500 for 3 nights BB it was poor value. No hand rails to get out of bath, shower being overhead. Water temperature was temperamental. No service of room, clean towels etc unless you asked for it, so for our 3 night stay we didn’t bother. Breakfast was poor. Small packets of cereals. No fruit. Cooked breakfast was copious and bacon and egg very good but didn’t cater for those preferring yoghurt, fruit muesli etc. Self serving coffee and tea with mugs placed rim down on counter. We ate for just one night in restaurant. I chose this place because it didn’t allow dogs in rooms. One had an image of an inn, perhaps in bygone days before it was surrounded by static homes. No comfort in which to enjoy “ traditional inn “ setting, everything so basic. There is a leisure complex next door with pool but didn’t use.Sorry this is a negative review. The accommodation may appeal to others but was wide of the mark for us.
Great location in the Yorkshire dales. Use of swimming pool. Restaurant and bar on site
Severe stomach ache for a week after one night stay (ate in on site restaurant), mentioned to staff on checking out.
The pod we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious.
The pub in the property was very expensive and it is more far than preferred to Skipton town.
Room was excellent - comfortable beds , nicely furnished and very clean. Breakfast also excellent and served quickly . A very good location for walking and exploring the area.
Nothing. All perfect.
The location was spectacular. Beautiful scenery and views of nature.
Our cabin was a bit shabby and run down. It was clean, just not very slightly.
Beautiful location

Great location The gym staff were amazing 👏 The pods were in a great location.
The pods have a skylight in the ceiling which wasn't a blackout blind!!! The window curtains are blackout but dont really do the job as are not long enough and light floods in! Hence, as soon as suns up, your up! So don't expect a lie in!!! Sham we as lovely spot, but wouldn't go back!
The room was lovely and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant. The food was decent. Good options for breakfast.
Breakfast was 8-9.30 which felt early and we had to be out of the room by 10. None of the tables were cleared at breakfast so eating amongst all the dirty tables wasn’t the best.
Location. Plenty of parking spaces. Ideal for dogs even in the restaurant. Camping. Pool and leisure facilities good and gym. Restaurant meals good and reasonable cost.
No fresh fruit at breakfast, very poor selection. Ie. Yoghurt, continental selection, pastries. Having a better room at a high price point would have expected room service daily without requesting it. No bottled water , tissues, or more selection of toiletries. Room overpriced.
Great place very clean food amazing
The towels provided by the leisure part were very small, would recommend to take own towels. Plus the steam room benches were going rotten in places
Stayed in one of the cabins, loved the room and how quiet and private it was
The space was a bit small but still fine
Had a lovely room with a sharex seating area, which was in an enclosed area. Pool area - lovely pool. Food - reasonably priced.
Limited menu. If staying a few days, the menu isn't varied enough. Other than that, we're booked in to return again shortly.
Beautiful location . High spec accomodation . Friendly staff
Location, facilities ie pool, Spa, restaurants and parking facilities
Thought bedrooms were a bit small but clean and fresh
Excellent food and a comfortable bed.
Breakfasts fab. Filled us up all day. Staff very friendly and surroundings pristine
Location / setting in a beautiful part of the country. The building is lovely with lots of character. Very clean, comfortable and staff were friendly. Spa was very good, evening meal was superb, plenty of options, good quality food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was fantastic, really good quality food! Would highly recommend!
Could do with usb points in room.
This was a small cabin with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a holiday home development full of other cabins. We appreciated being able to do laundry while we were there but didn't get a chance to take advantage of the restaurant or bar. The kids enjoyed the pool the one night we were able to use it. It was very comfortable as a family to have the space and the full kitchen. I wish we had been able to stay there longer so we could have enjoyed more of what it had to offer and relax in the nice surroundings.
Sometimes the staff didn't seem to know all the details of what was offered, but the manager intervened with the right information and was helpful. For example, they didn't know about the laundry details/availability. The soap and shampoo in the bathrooms were an odd consistency, like they had been watered down. If we had stayed longer, we would have needed to buy our own. The bedding was too heavy for the warm weather (no AC) so some lighter blankets would have been nice.
Immaculate
Nothing all perfect
On arrival, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help throughout our stay. The accomodation was spotless and had everything you needed to enjoy and have a comfortable stay. It is a great location.
There isn't anything we didn't like.
We were surprised by the location of the hotel no mention was made that it was situated on a residential mobile home park whilst this was not a problem for us we found it strange that it hadn’t been mentioned in the initial description of the location, the food was very nice, varied and reasonably priced the staff are lovely and very helpful . The whole property appears spotlessly clean. Our room had outside space we found that very pleasant, comfortable and quiet. Convenient free parking.
We found the bed uncomfortable, the mattress and pillows were quite thin and soft. The mattress was on a wooden frame which had lethal supports at bottom which were difficult to avoid in the dark, contact was painful. unfortunately they were unable to supply alternative pillows. We were there in a heat wave and the hotel is not air-conditioned we were supplied with a fan.

The nook accommodation was very small and really only suitable for couple of days. We mentioned this to the manager and he offered us a larger lodge for the first 4 nights
The staff were amazing - could not have been more helpful. The quality of the food served was also fantastic - thank you. The bed was extremely comfortable.
No fridge in any of the rooms apparently. No phone either - what happens in an emergency? Our room had a very low beam / ceiling just above the main mirror in the room - we must have bumped our heads on it at least 10 times in 3 days. Please put some sort of warning there. Spa could do with an outside area.
It’s located in a beautiful area of the Yorkshire Dales
Nothing to report. All good.
Booked a girly night away with my best friend with the aim of walking the Malham cove route. First time staying in a glamping pod & I absolutely loved it. Pod was perfect, clean, comfortable & in a sweet little wooded area where it felt very private. The location is stunning & my friend & I had a wonderful overnight stay. We had dinner & breakfast & food was exceptional. Staff friendly & welcoming. Love the onsite leisure facilities. We were actually gutted we had only booked to stay one night & we are already planning our next visit. Definitely would recommend.
Nothing.
The spa, sauna and steam room were included in our stay and food was really good!
stunning accommodation. Fabulous food. Good staff.
Ok
Evening meal an service not great
Everything
The slope top of the stairs
The breakfast is beautiful , the staff are so lovely and the pool is so clean . There are even deers to watch in the early evenings , it’s a beautiful place to be with a great pub and atmosphere.
One small thing could be the pillows are little soft/used but that’s not a complaint ! More of a suggestion.
Lovely location great walking. Leisure facilities very good. Food was generally good especially evening meals.
Bed wasn't great mattress much too soft. Room not cleaned unless you ask for it? Not what I would expect in a hotel and checkout at 10 is a bit early by hotel standards. Breakfast was a bit variable some food looked reheated rather than freshly made.
The Gamekeepers inn was just perfect it met our expectation in full.
Quiet and relaxing location, lovely leisure facility on site. Friendly staff. Small property so never felt busy. Great breakfast and evening meal also good.
Ground floor with patio doors so felt slightly overlooked and you can’t leave a door open for fresh air overnight.
Lovely room, nice and quiet. Staff were good. We had to leave a day early due to some bad news about a friend. They said they would try and get us a refund for the final night… not heard anything yet so we presume this was not possible? Nice bar and drinks.
A bit pricey to be honest.
It was beautiful and set in the most perfect place
Nothing everything was perfect
Lovely accommodation, peaceful setting, great location for exploring the dales and friendly staff
The restaurant was excellent as where the staff.
I booked a room and was given a Pod. It was a last minute booking therefore acceptable
This hotel is in a great location, has excellent staff, decent rooms and the spa facilities are a huge bonus. It is on the grounds of a small caravan/holiday lodge park but that doesn't detract from its charm. Would definitely go back.
Our room was lovely. Food excellent.

Very helpful staff
Large clean room, plenty of storage. Small area to sit out under the trees was a nice touch. Staff pleasant and meals good. You need to book as the restaurant is small for the amount of people on site
The check in time is 3pm yet check out at 10am. I would have liked to have a swim before breakfast but breakfast ended at 9.30 which was rather early if you want a relaxing weekend. Also, dogs allowed in restaurant area not kept to a particular place . My partner has allergies so this was an issue as there were a lot of dogs
Very clean pod with full amenities. Bar and restaurant were also great we had amazing food both dinner and breakfast, staff were lovely we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful grounds with lots of lovely walks and only 5 min drive into Grassington so very accessible for exploring. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend
It was very clean, the location was great and staff were friendly. Food was also nice
The shower didn’t work properly. Kept going hot and cold. Also the toilet wasn’t flushing properly either.
Nice lodge with great facilities at hand , lovely views of hills and peaceful location. Staff helpful and accommodating food great in pub and nice gym, pool and coffee shop.
Nothing
Stayed in the Pod. Comfortable clean and spacious. Beautiful scenery set in amazing grounds.
Great breakfast Pool and sauna facilities
Room was on the small side but clean and warm - maybe too warm
We used the spa which was relaxing, bar service in spa area was excellent. We all had a evening meal which was lovely. The chef even came out to sing Happy Birthday 🎂 which a lovely touch.

More than anything else, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and comfy. Of course, it depends on what you're looking for but we had a great couple of nights here.
The room we stayed in was a bit of a tight squeeze but actually at the end of the day it was a comfortable place to sleep and that's what's the most important thing.
Nice clean room, great breakfast
Location in middle of two caravan parks, this was not clear on write up
Lovely lodge with a view of the hills. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Restaurant on site was a bonus.
Un lugar super tranquilo, cerca de paisajes maravillosos. El spa es pequeño pero funcionla
clean, cosy, comfy, adequate size spa facilities, breakfast, staff, location
noise from event next door (didn’t bother us but may bother others) limited places to eat nearby if not using hotel’s restaurant
Beautiful room with a balcony. So much space and in a perfect location. Staff are always so friendly and never change ever yet!
We love everything
Great pool and steam room. The restaurant food is fantastic and the bedroom was clean and a good coffee maker. It was a really nice stay thank you
So beautiful and really clean, plenty of heat in it, comfortable bed and very cosy, friendly place

Lovely location ideal to explore. The inn had great choice of menu and drinks were competitively priced.
More lights are needed on the way from thebinn to the pods.
Great location, good breakfast
Welcome from the staff was mixed: some good, others less so (asking for payment for a surprise welcome gift arranged for someone while they are standing there to check in!!)
It was good to have pool/sauna/steam room available after a day's walking. The location was very good for getting out and about.
Nothing really - we'd be happy to rebook and recommend.
We found the food very good and the staff were very helpful and polite. Both the evening meal and breakfast matched our expectations. There was plenty of choice and everything was served hot. We were moved to another room as the heating was not working in the original room, this was not a problem for the hotel.
The bottom "step" which is not a step is carpeted and this was confusing. The dining room was a little cold when we arrived and fortunately a heater was quickly switched on. We felt the wine was overpriced.
Lovely location and the food was really good. Room was beautiful and we had a lovely relaxing afternoon having lunch and then going in the spa.
Average stay and average hotel needs a good refurb. Experience could have been better.
Lovely location
Would have loved a more traditional pub area
The staff were friendly and the food was nice. The room was comfortable. Good selection at breakfast and served quickly.
Quite unorganised at the spa, we didn’t know what was happening, we got put in the room of relaxation with no further direction. The room of relaxation was so cold I had to use my coat as a blanket, other users also commented on this. I did try to turn on the radiator but it didn’t do anything. We had booked a treatment and wanted to use the pool facilities also, we were told we couldn’t have a robe or flip flops as we hadn’t booked a spa day, however we were staying at gamekeepers inn and nothing was provided for us which we didn’t find acceptable to be honest, there wasn’t even a gown in the room. The floor in the ladies changing rooms was disgusting and filthy and I had to walk on it barefoot. We don’t feel the experience was worth the money and we are glad we didn’t waste the money on a spa day, it isn’t really a place for a proper relaxing spa day! We haven’t had the best experience and have decided we definitely won’t be back to the spa. There wasn’t much privacy at the back of our room as there was a little road and people are walking past, we had to keep the curtain closed a lot as people could see right into your room. Also there is no soundproofing in the rooms at all, next door to us there was a baby screaming most of the night and morning it actually felt like it was in the room with us, so we had an appalling nights sleep and were up half of the night!
