La ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitabamos, la habitación muy bonita, pero se oían todos los ruidos de los vecinos y en el techo si llovía.

Struttura in zona centrale a Zhangjiajie: pochi minuti a piedi dal centro dove fare un giro per negozi e la sera, 10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere la montagna Tianmen e 10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere la stazione dei bus dove partono i bus per il parco dí Zhangjiajie. Staff molto accogliente, ti aiutano a prenotare i biglietti se necessario.

The host is very friendly and helped us booking and organizing every trip and was very quick in communicating. The hotel has 4 cuddly dogs which was the highlight of our stay 🥰

Unfortunately, the bed was a relatively hard. In general the hotel is quiet, but if you are sensitive to noise in your sleep, you should ask for a room that is not so exposed to the entry hall. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel to others.

The host is super nice and friendly. They have dogs. So that’s an extra point. They directly helped me with my luggage and asked if I needed something. The location is okay. You can call a didi easily to the surrounding destinations. If you have a tour booked, they usually pick you up within that area. The rooms are detailed and cute like in the pictures.

The room had a slight damp smell and feeling. I would assume since my room did not have a window. I would recommend booking a room with window!

The mattress was a little hard

We had a truly wonderful time at this little gem of a hotel. The owners are very kind and helpful, and helped us greatly with organising a tour of Tianmen Mountain and the National Forest Park. Their dogs are adorable and very friendly. The room was very quaint and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location near two big shopping centres but away enough from all the big touristy areas. Definitely recommend!

The most I like is the owner, he was really helpful, with his orientation we saved a lot of money. The location is really good!!

Nos encantó el trato por parte de los dueños, muy amables y serviciales. Tuvimos un problema de salud debido al exceso de picante en las comidas y nos dejaron salir varias horas más tarde de la habitación sin gasto adicional además de ayudar en lo que pudieron. También hubo un encuentro desagradable con un conductor de DiDi y la dueña del alojamiento salió en nuestra defensa. Puntualizo que es requisito indispensable comunicarse por Booking o WeChat con ellos con antelación para evitar tener una urgencia y encontrar la recepción vacía puesto que no siempre están ahí. También es interesante mencionar que tienen cuatro perretes en la recepción que son una monería y que nos hicieron la estancia más encantadora si cabe. Por último, las camas nos parecieron muy duras en un principio pero dormimos estupendamente.

The hotel is placed in the center of the city. The couple who are running the hotel are very kind and friendly. The hotel looks very cozy. All the rooms are well equipped and comfortable.

Los dueños son muy amables, te ayudan con todo. Tienen cuatro perros adorables. La localización es muy buena, y la habitación es espaciosa y tiene decorado clásico. Nos dieron una habitación superior sin coste.

La cama es bastante dura si no estás acostumbrado. Había alguna especie de ruido blanco que tenía pinta de venir de algún motor o algo encendido durante la noche

Sehr nettes, hilfreiches Personal, bequeme große Betten, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, ruhige Lage, perfekter Auslangspunkt für Tiamen Mountain und den Zhangjiajie Nationalpark. Restaurants und Cafés nicht weit. Kostenloser early Check in war auch möglich. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

Los dueños del hotel son muy queridos. Tiene un ambiente familiar y nos acogieron por la noche cuando llegamos con sus tres perritos que fueron muy lindos. Nos habían dejado la habitación con la calefacción encendida y nos guardaron las maletas después del check-out para irnos de excursión al Tianmen.

Fue un poco complicado encontrar el sitio al principio pero con Amap lo conseguimos y con la ayuda del taxista. El cuarto de baño es un poco incómodo ya que el wc queda junto con la ducha en el mismo sitio y cuando ya está todo mojado, es complicado ir al servicio.

Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari

I loved the interior decoration. I wanted to stay in something more traditional and because we have booked hiking activities we wanted something in a good location. I was extremely positively impressed. Beautiful traditional place and in a very convenient location both close to the airport but also the mountains. The highest value of this place though are the owners. They were extremely helpful, cared for us (called to see what time we arrive and to find us taxis) and in general showed us extreme hospitality. There are those places that you remember after a long time. For sure when it comes to accommodation, this is the place I will remember from China. Highly recommend it, really amazing value for money.

My experience at Flora Hostel (Baidui) was absolutely excellent! From the very beginning, I was extremely well taken care of, and the owners are super kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The room is great — very comfortable, clean, and well organized, which made a big difference after long days of exploring. One of the biggest highlights was that they organized all our tours, always with great recommendations, fair prices, and everything running smoothly, which made the trip much more relaxing. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The hospitality truly makes you feel at home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

La posizione, comodità dei letti, la struttura molto spaziosa e curata

Forse la camera in inverno era leggermente fredda, comunque i piumoni dei letti erano caldi.

I proprietari di questa struttura sono gentilissimi e disponibili a qualsiasi aiuto. Ad accogliervi ci saranno due cagnolini simpaticissimi che sono stati adottati dai proprietari. Le camere sono particolari. Consiglio!

My best recommendations! Really nice place to stay

We were welcomed and treated like family throughout our entire stay. The first night we were taken out for dinner and they continued to help us with absolutely everything and truly made our experience brilliant. The decor has a beautiful traditional Chinese style and the rooms were well kept, extremely clean and comfortable. We cant thank them enough for an amazing holiday

In Zhangjiajie city where there are less tourists. Lots of shops and food options. This area has underground shopping area too. Beautiful decorated rooms set back from the street. Enjoyed the fresh fruit offered by the hostess.

Bed a bit hard

The hotel is beautiful and close to food and shops. It's easy to get transport to national park aswell as public transport. But the best part ate the hosts! They are so friendly and welcoming and helped us book everything to make the most out of our stay!

Rodzinny hotelik w chińskim stylu w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Dostępna pralka i duży taras na którym mogliśmy wysuszyć swoje ubrania. Sam apartament przestronny, osobne sypialnie i wspólne miejsca do wypoczynku.

Personal sehr freundlich und speditiv! Wir mussten auch unsere Wäsche waschen, hatten aber keine Zeit dies selber zu tun, also haben es die Gasgeber übernommen und wollten kein Geld dafür! Wau! Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man rechts aus dem Hotel geht, ist alles gleich vor Ort: Restaurant, Einkaufen, Massage & Entertainment!

Really nothing

The hotel was really nice, clean, cozy and close to the avatar cable car. We spent 3 nights and the lady wo managed it was superb. On our last day we came early to pick up our lagguage heading to the airport while they were preparing dinner and they invited us to join them and try their food. Useless to say it was crazy spicy ahah but still really tasty. They even provided beer, exchanged some music and spoken about our different cultures. Oh, they didn't ask for a penny. Highly raccomend it, even if that wasn't planned at all, it's still one of the best memories we had.

La camera era spaziosa e pulita, perfetta per il nostro breve soggiorno a Zhangjiajie. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, grazie a loro abbiamo prenotato l'escursione al parco nazionale di Zhangjiajie e alla Porta del Paradiso ed è andato tutto perfettamente. Esperienza molto positiva, consiglio vivamente questo posto in cui soggiornare!

Ordine e pulizia della stanza da rivedere.

Posizione centrale. La signora che gestisce l' albergo é molto simpatca, ci ha aiutato nell' acquisto dei biglietti per il parco, organizzare i taxi e andare a mangiare. Camera ampia, hotel curato stilisticamente nei minimi dettagli.

La chambre était très cosy : belle décoration, vue sur le jardin. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins avec nous.

Il manquait peut-être deux chaises dans la chambre.

we got a room with a window facing the inside of the property rather than the outside, but overall it was very comfortable.

This was a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and helped us plan and book tickets for our excursions to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain (via a translation app).

I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili. Ci hanno anche aiutato a prendere i biglietti per la tianmen mountain quando ancora eravamo in Italia (dialogando con loro e facendo tutto tramite Wechat) e ci hanno dato consigli utili su dove andare. La stanza era molto carina! Posizione comoda per raggiungere tianmen ma anche per spostarsi a piedi la sera per andare a cena. Consigliato!!

La proprietaria è stata molto carina nell’accoglierci e farci scegliere tra le stanze che aveva a disposizione. Nel complesso per una notte ci può stare.

Esperienza magnifica,abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti e i proprietari ci hanno organizzato giorno per giorno tutte le attrazioni che volevamo fare e i luoghi da vedere nei minimi dettagli! I proprietari sono una coppia gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, lo consigliamo assolutamente!!

Virkeligt søde værter der er meget hjælpsomme med både booking og planlægning af seværdigheder og alt andet, og sørger for at man når det hele. Derudover er der meget rent og hyggeligt. Stedet er meget flot indrettet og de har 2 søde hunde. Lokationen er perfekt i forhold til både at besøge nationalparken og ligge i centrum.

Det eneste som ikke var perfekt var at vandet i bruseren ikke blev særligt varmt.

Un grupo de 4 personas nos hemos alojado en el hotel durante 3 noches. Días antes de llegar,  el dueño se puso en contacto con nosotros por si necesitábamos cualquier ayuda con el hotel, gestión de entradas a los parques de tianmen y Zhangjiajie... y se ofreció a gestionarnos todo gratuitamente, lo que nos facilitó muchísimo el viaje y la estancia. Además, tanto él como su mujer, además de ser un encanto, son trabajadores y dispuestos a ayudar sin importar el tiempo. Haciéndonos sentir como en casa. El Hotel es cómodo y bonito y merece la pena alojarse allí para ver sus magníficos alrededores.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The location was great, conveniently situated near everything we needed. Public transport, taxis and shopping centres were easily accessible, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.
