Everything was great! Staff - Hakan bey was very helpful and kind! Would definitely choose this place again! Location is good also. They also have a terrace with view to SultanAhmet mosque!

The location is great, the owner is nice although he doesn’t know any English we could communicate just fine via Google Translate. We got to check out late with additional 20€.

Amazing, kind and helpful staff, the room was comfortable. Many supermarkets, great restaurants and parks around. Transportation was close.

Отличный отель! Очень понравилось расположение — всё необходимое находится рядом, а до основных достопримечательностей можно легко добраться пешком. Номер был чистый и уютный, персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый. В целом осталась довольна проживанием и с удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова. Рекомендую!

Il quartiere era molto carino ma le strade per arrivarci un po' faticose (salite e discese).

Il primo giorno con la scusa del bagno rotto ci ha messo a dormire in un'altra struttura abbastanza fatiscente. Se non saremmo tornati a il giorno dopo a chiedere se avesse sistemato il bagno,ci avrebbe lasciato là per i due giorni a seguire !

Everything is clear and the service is really good. They always answer the phone when you need them. The rooms are in excellent condition!

The owner were so helpful and also property is close to everything.

There was a mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and also the doorframe was moving every time we tried to close the door. If you are over 180cm tall I don’t know if there will be possible to sit on the toilet bc space between sink and toilet is such a small. Also there was a mold on the ceiling in the bedroom.

I was moved into another sister business as there were problems with the floor I was meant to stay. I think it was smaller and it had no balcony

It was old and dirty. Small insects at times. My adapter didnt work (socket was faulty) but they offered me one. You can hear when someone flushes cause of the shower drain. And the water doesn’t stay hot that long

L'emplacement est parfait Meilleur rapport qualité prix de tout istanbul. L'hotel est tres propre et tres fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est très gentil,très arrangeant et le sejour devient tres agréable grâce a lui et son établissement Vous pouvez aller aux principaux monuments a pieds car c est tout proche. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous reviendrons chez lui

Very good location, we were able to visit all different parts of Istanbul and still be able to come back here easily. Only a ten minute walk to the metro which was very useful and many restaurants and shops nearby

The bathroom could have been a bit better but other than that we had no issues with the property. The whole room was clean as well as the toilet

Camera piccola e poco funzionale con biancheria molto vecchia

Hotelul este, per total, decent. Camera a fost curată, aerul condiționat a funcționat bine, baia a fost decentă, iar curățenia se făcea zilnic. Locația este destul de bună, relativ aproape de principalele puncte de interes. Pentru 4 nopți, raportul calitate-preț este foarte bun. Problema majoră a fost zgomotul. În prima noapte, până în jurul orei 3:00 dimineața, a fost un zgomot constant pe holuri: uși trântite, oameni vorbind, persoane urcând și coborând scările și zgomote puternice care se auzeau foarte clar în cameră. La un moment dat, zgomotul a fost atât de puternic încât am avut impresia că cineva mută mobilă între etaje. Din păcate, nu a fost doar o situație izolată. Același lucru s-a repetat și în nopțile 2 și 3. Înțeleg perfect că un hotel găzduiește turiști și că unii dintre ei pot fi gălăgioși, însă aici nivelul zgomotului a fost pur și simplu prea mare. Izolația fonică pare să fie foarte slabă, iar hotelul nu pare să aibă nicio măsură pentru a limita zgomotul pe timpul nopții. Realist vorbind, am dormit foarte puțin în aceste nopți, iar pentru mine acesta este un minus major pentru o cazare, indiferent cât de bun este raportul calitate-preț. Dacă hotelul ar rezolva problema izolării fonice sau ar impune mai strict liniștea pe timpul nopții, experiența ar fi mult mai bună. În forma actuală, îl recomand doar celor care nu sunt deranjați de zgomot sau care pot dormi în orice condiții.

Fine price for the room, in the center but quite far from public transport, be prepared to walk

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

It is in a small local area, yet 5 minutes walking to busy touristy places. The room was big enough for 2, the bathroom a bit smaller but was still okay.

Absolut totul a fost foarte curat și îngrijit, veneam când voiam plecăm când voiam, ba chiar am mai cerut o noapte în plus pentru peisaje și tot, este foarte aproape de orice, de mare bazar de orice terase, nota 10 pentru gazde și curățenie zilnică. mai jos am pus terasele din aproprierea cazări! parcarea este inclusă

La amabilidad del anfitrión y la excelente relación calidad precio. Al lado hay muchos restaurantes y comercios. La habitación tenia aire acondicionado, que es un plus si visitas Turquía en verano

Quizás podrían remodelar el techo del baño, era lo único que se veía algo antiguo. La almohada un poco dura, pero depende de los gustos.

Wifi not always reliable, didn’t affect my stay.

The stay was extremely disappointing. There wasn't even a single blanket in the room. There was no soap, toothbrush, or toothpaste provided. The only toiletry available was shampoo, and even that had to be requested several times before we received it. The safe in the room didn't work, so I had to carry all my important documents with me throughout the trip, which was both inconvenient and unsafe. The toilet paper rolls were half-used by the previous guests, which was unacceptable. We also requested an additional room, but we were given one that was in much worse condition and charged a high price for it. The room was so bad that we didn't even use it, yet we still had to pay the full amount. To make matters worse, the toilet flush in that room was broken as well. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

El personal muy atento y amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar para lo que hiciera falta y con una sonrisa. Además, una terraza en la parte superior donde se puede disfrutar de unas buenas vistas a la mezquita de Sultanahmet. Una estancia maravillosa!!

AVOID! SCAM!

We turned up and got told there was a “leak”. We don’t know if this was true or not. But they moved us to a completely different building like a 10 minute walk away. They said it was their mistake and this other room would make up for it, with it being bigger. Well it did not make up for it AT ALL. We ended up in a room we did not book. It was disgraceful and very disappointing. There was black mold everywhere in the bathroom. The bed had stains left right and centre. The view was of a landfill. The quality in general was not a liveable standard. When we complained they cancelled the booking saying we never turned up just to get out of refunding us. We had to leave and take the loss :( Angry is an understatement!

Нас замучали крутые склоны…

Останавливалась в отеле на 4 дня в июне 2026 года. Номер оказался просторным и чистым. Уборка проводилась каждый день. Персонал на ресепшене был очень приветливым и помог заказать такси до аэропорта, угощал вкусным турецким кофе и чаем. Хороший сигнал Wi-Fi. В целом, соотношение цены и качества отличное, рекомендую этот отель для отдыха и деловых поездок. Прекрасный вид с терассы на крыше, особенно ночью. Спасибо, я ещё приеду.

Приветливый персонал. Мы приехали рано. Наши сумки положили в камеру хранения и занесли в комнату к тому времени, как мы вернулись ко времени заселения. Хороший напор в душе, есть горячая вода, кондиционер работает.

Был шампунь, но не было мыла. В душевой кабинке не было одной дверцы, поэтому вода протекала. Был чайник, но не было чайных пакетиков. Было довольно шумно так как плохая звукоизоляция. Полочка над раковиной в душе очень неудобная: расположена низко над раковиной. Руки помыть можно, а умыться и почистить зубы нормально нельзя, приходится изгибаться чтоб добраться лицом до раковины и не удариться лбом. Места в туалете мало, но мы справились, хоть я и высокий (185 см).

Posizionata in luogo strategico, pulito e proprietario molto accogliente e disponibile.

Bien situé. Calme.

Il n'y avait personne quand nous sommes arrivés. La porte était fermée. Nous venions d'arriver en Turquie, nous n'avions pas internet. On a du attendre qu'un autre client arrive pour qu'il contacte le gérant qui a fini par venir. Il ne parle pas anglais mais ça n'a pas posé de soucis. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas au début, elle a été réparée au bout de 2 jours. Hygiène passable.

Хочу поделится своими впечатлениями об отеле Hagia Itene Old City. Я прожила в отеле с 14по 23 июня 2026г.Отель находится в потрясающем месте. Отель очень чистый,постельное и полотенца белые и чистые. Меня встретил очень приветливый и потрясающий хозяин отеля. Проводил в номер,сразу показал где находится супермаркет,оказалось 3-5 минут от отеля. Цены в супермаркете по сравнению с Польшей, очень дешёвые. Очень много ресторанчиков,блюда в ресторанах очень вкусные и не дорого.Море видно с терассы отеля, мечеть Сулейманию ,тоже видно с терассы. Все в пешей доступности. До моря пешком 10-15 минут,надо выйти до трассы(это 5 минут,как вышли с отдела,сразу направо ,немного проходите прямо до маленького туннеля и вы уже на трассе) поворачиваете налево и идете до пешеходного перехода,ререходите на другую сторону дороги и вы на море😉👍. Гранд базар находится в 20 минутах ходьбы,это очень близко. Пройдите до супермаркета,по правой стороне находится небольшой парк,проходите через него и поднимаетесь вверх до трамвайных путей и вы на Гранд базаре. Однозначно всем рекомендую именно этот отель. Супер,супер,супер и отель и месторасположение.👍🔥Когда приеду в следующий раз,то сниму номер только в этом отеле. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить и передать большой привет хозяину отеля и девушке которая наводила чистоту в номерах,благодарю за предоставленный комфорт и уют. Excellent location, near the historical centre. Great price. Great Turkish breakfast buffet available nearby. Good bed. Nice staff.

No siphon in the bathroom, leading to smell. This requires to sleep with the window open. The open window ensures you do not to miss the calls for prayer at 22h40 and 04h20. If you miss the call, the seagulls do not and start chatting. The chatting birds make sleeping more challenging.

Находится в центре, очень приятный район. С одной стороны море, с другой тихие улочки и рестораны. Хозяин сильно помог, оставил наши вещи в последний день до вечера. Номер чистый, но может стоило бы чуть освежить покрасить стены, в остальном все хорошо. Видела отзыв на Гугл картах с фото клопа постельного, испугалась, весь отпуск их боялась, но их не было. Я бы точно заметила, так у меня ужасная аллергия на их укусы За свою цену место приятное!

El caballero que nos recibió fue muy agradable, a pesar de que no hablaba nada de inglés ocupó traductor para poder realizar el check in sin problemas, fue atento, rápido y muy buena onda. La habitación estaba muy limpia, tenía hervidor, refrigerador, tv y todo cómodo

El baño estaba limpio y entregada amenitis, lo único malo es que era demasiado pequeño el baño, lavarse los dientes era imposible hacerlo frente el espejo

Il y avait des araignées et une fourmilière dans mon studio… De plus, le mur de la chambre était moisi ce qui fait que des gouttes tombaient du plafond… La salle de bain, le plafond était également moisi. Très mal isolé. On entend les bruits des voisins à n’importe quelle heure de la nuit…

Недорогой вариант, чтобы просто переночевать. Тусить в номере вряд ли захочется. В целом, что заявлено, то и получите. Кондиционер и холодильник работали. Насекомых не было. Ночью тихо.

Воду в душе приходилось пропускать несколько минут, чтобы пошла тёплая. Персонал ни по-русски, ни по-английски "не бумбум", но "на пальцах" объясниться можно. Если вы выйдете из номера ночью и захлопните дверь, то... я вам сочувствую. Никого нет. Кнопку вызова персонала на ресепшене присобачить стоило бы.

Локация и персонал очень хорошие. Когда возникали вопросы, то решались быстро. Уборка делалась. Матрас удобный. Место тихое и в дступности от главных достопримечательностей.

Небольшие проблемы в душевой, но для меня это не было критично.

L’emplacement et le prix

LE BRUIT, le monsieur à la réception est très gentil et plutôt accueillant mais il HURLE du matin au soir quand il est là, très dérangeant le matin. Je comprends le fait qu’il ne fasse que son métier mais plus d’une fois il m’a réveillé. Les murs sont très fins, on entend tout le moindre bruit autour. La femme de ménage a des horaires étranges, elle fait le ménage un peu quand elle veut, pas dérangeant mais assez perturbant. Énormément de bruit et un sommeil très perturbé pour ma part, merci RedBull. Pas de volets, rideaux pas très opaque, lumière du jour dans le visage.

L'hébergement était très propre, j'ai réservé sur booking et j'ai eu très peur en arrivant car les notes sur les autres plateformes étaient tout à fait différentes. L'accueil est un peu austère car le propriétaire ne parle pas du tout Anglais, mais au final il est très sympathique. La chambre était nickel, très confortable et avec un balcon agréable dans une rue piétonne donc aucun bruit de circulation. J'ai pu faire beaucoup de choses à pied autour de l'hôtel car nous sommes directement dans la vieille ville. Donc finalement aucun regret :)

Faible isolation sonore, on entend plutôt bien les allers et venus des autres résidents de l'hôtel.

The room is good, but the responsible do not speal English so was very hard to find and arrive to the place. The Google location is wrong. The cleaning lady that helped speaking English. Leaks a litle bit water from the box to the bathroom. The owner didn't give the air conditioning remote control. The climate was agreeable but 1 day need the AC. The stairs of the building is in wood so in the 1st floor is very noisy when clients are going up and down to the upper floors. In general, is a nice play.

The location is amazing, it's a 5 min walk to 2 metro stations, plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The room itself is very clean, the balcony is amazing. Hakan ( the man in control) is very nice, very helpful and really sweet, he showed me around the area, told me where to buy things for best price, always offered help, and a plenty of amazing Turkish tea :)) Will go back there soon after I finish my north and south turkey tour.

Gar nichts hat mir an der Unterkunft gefallen

Alles. Das Klo war sehr dreckig und die Wände waren sehr alt und gebrochen. Außerdem waren Insekten auf der Bettwäsche zu sehen. Ich hatte einen extremen Juckreiz für zwei Tage, aufgrund der unhygienischen Bettwäsche und die lebenden Insekten !!

Está muy bien ubicado. Esta cerca de la estación de metro y de autobuses. Cerca de la plaza Kardiga.Muchos lugares para comer. . Me tocó una linda habitación con balcón en el 2do piso por escalera.
