Central Park 2Bedroom with Brand NEW BearBricks

Comfort and convenience stay

-

The house was spotless, with a clean and cozy atmosphere that instantly felt welcoming. Security was top-tier, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay, with seamless check-ins and check-outs. Location-wise, it was simply superb! Just minutes away from local hotspots, tempting food spots, and right in the heart of Johor Bahru. Everything was so conveniently accessible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, security, and accessibility in JB.

One thing that could make the stay even better would be adding Muslim-friendly amenities like a prayer mat (sejadah) and a clear indication of the Qiblah direction. It’d be a small touch with a big impact, especially for Muslim guests.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable space.

None.

Terbaikkkkkkk....

I like almost everything about this apartment. The moment we entered, everything was clean and neat. Comfortable sofa and bed. Water dispenser is a bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay given the fact that the location is great. All the eateries and supermarkets are within walking distance.

It would be better if there's a microwave to reheat food.

the stay was perfect simple modern design, always love marbles and ceramic tiles, love the vanity cabinet and platform bed in the master bedroom. Air conditioner and fan was great. Had water dispenser both hot and cold. Disposal bin chute is right outside beside the apartment. There were lots of 24hrs stores, foods, shopping, snacks store around. Will book again👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

need more power supply at room

It’s clean and comfortable. Staff was so helpful

Strategic location.

Toilet a bit smelly & not that clean. Pool area closed during our stay (not informed by owner upfront). Guard told us that notice on pool closure already given to all owners much earlier.

Very very nice house.. the facilities is complete.. the host also the best..👍🏻👍🏻.. will repeat again

Only have a small misunderstood with the security... Someone told like this.. and another one like that . But it's okay .. they just do their duty...😊

The place was bigger than expected and felt very homey

very nice and clean

Very well maintained and clean. Owner/workers very friendly. The place comes with Coway water dispenser. Full kitchen equipment and washing machine. We received welcome snacks and there were play cards.

One of the best homestay..and host was very kind and very responsive.. very2 recommended..i will come again for next trip..

A comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood with cozy beds and some welcome snacks. The Internet and TV work well, and the accommodation is equipped with a washing machine and a hot-and-cold water purifier, which added convenience to our stay.

Registration at the security was slightly troublesome and there was some miscommunication regarding the allotted parking area. However, these issues were quickly resolved.

Easy check in. Place was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable

The unit is very stylish, comfortable and super clean. My family was happy with this charming place, Netflix 😉, coway water ❤️. Tqvm!

The noise due to traffic outside. Still a pleasant stay

Everything, cleanest & spacious apartment with alot of provisions for shower and sleep. Host is very helpful & responsive. Ease in check in. Location is wonderful.

Love tis place. The only setback was only 1 carpark was allocated whereas we came in 2 cars. All other amenities were fairly good. Agent was very good too. Quite immediate response & helpful. Would surely recommend & stay in tis place again.

Nothing in particular except tat we had to park the other car outside the premises & walk some distance to the apartment.

I have to say this. My family had a very good & comfortable stay. The entire unit was very clean and the PIC was very helpful. From helping out with the early check in and late check out. Everything was tip top. Thank you very much. Looking forward to a longer stay in the future.
