The property is set in a wonderful location in Tufnell Park, 9 mins walk to tube, or 12 mins to Kentish Town. Leafy street in residential district. The details for checking in were great.

The property was faultless but the room was too small for 2 adults. 1m2 space outside the bed for 2 people to negotiate, it was quite warm for our stay and as it had no A/C the room was very stuffy, the bathroom facilities and kitchen were great. Otherwise was lovely and the hosts were very responsive.

I really liked the high level of cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel.

Not only did I like the high level of cleanliness but also the location of the hotel, which I found very convenient in regard to my business and spare time in Central London.

It was very quiet, bed was really comfortable, and staff would answer to my messages really quick. I've stayed here before and I like the area, it's very quiet and not far from bus stops, tube, and supermarkets ❤️

Great location. Excellent value. Everything was very clean. Facilities such as kitchen and bathroom decent. Check in was nice and simple with no fiddly key box.

La cama muy comoda, disponia de bastante luz para una ventana de esas medidas y la ventilacion ayudaba a dormir, como ultimo recurso el ventilador solucionaba cualquier problema de calor. El espacio al fin es el que es y por lo que se puede encontrar y esperar estaba todo muy bien. Yo diria que es ideal solamente para dormir ya que la cocina esta un poco limitada al no estar los fogones operativos. El baño estaba bien equipado, lo mejor es no tener que compartirlo como en otros hospedajes.

Limitaciones si quieres cocinar, solo el horno y el micro estan opertivos.

Lovely location, quiet neighbourhood. Ease of access with codes provided. Good sized room with ensuite. Spotlessly clean, ensuite had soap, shampoos and conditioner. Hairdryer in roomy wardrobe. Plenty of space in wardrobe. Fan in room if needed. Fold down table and chair also tv. Kitchen with all facilities.

No tea facilities in room, however room next to kitchen with plenty of tea coffee etc.

It was easy to access and ideal for an overnight stay

The rooms were small and close together so could hear through walls very easily but it didn’t bother us too much, and there seemed to be some dirt on the bedsheets but was otherwise very clean and comfortable

Camera piccola ma pulita e funzionale. Quartiere carino e tranquillo. Ottima posizione, in 10 min è possibile raggiungere la metro a piedi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità risponde in tempi brevi.

the hobs were not usable so the kitchen where useless altough it was big and clean. I booked this place for the kitchen but in the end i could not use it. bad sound insulation, you can hear everything through the walls, terrible for sleeping the room was small and and the door is very heavy too expensive for what i expected

Quite location, large house converted into rooms. Well located and easy access for tube, walking etc. The bed was comfy, great water pressure in the shower and the room was clean. The rooms are small but serviceable and fine for a nights stay

Sink and shower tray was cracked. But what was really annoying was the toilet seat was so loose, in the small bathroom space it made it difficult to use the toilet, this would surely have been noticed by the person who last cleaned the toilet. Also not the hotels fault, we had really noisy females in the room next door (ground floor), in late and up early no consideration for anyone else with regards voice volume. So if this happens then it does take away from the experience as the rooms are close together with thin adjoining walls.

The rooms are tiny, and you can hardly get in there. Also, the kitchen wasn't very well stocked. There were no disposable coffee cups on the second day. We had to reuse them

The Location was excellent and the room very clean. It had a nice view and everything was in good working order.

It was a bit cramped, but cleanliness and functionality made up for that

The walls must be quite thin… one can easily hear people getting in and out of their rooms.

The door after the front door was really squeaky,if I had had a room next to the main door that would have been enoying. The front door lock wasn't very receptive to touch.

The listing announces a full appartment whereas it actually is a room and a shared kitchen (One for 3 rooms). Not an issue but good to know. However, there is a fire alarm light that lit the whole room at night and makes it very hard to sleep properly. After contacting the management, nothing was done for this.

Great location, good to have kitchen facilities and washing machine. Nice clean room overlooking the garden and quite quiet too.

The room needs a lamp of some sort. We couldn't get the telly working.

Great stay for the money. Easy access to tube station. Quiet location. Lovely and clean. I used the kitchen and that was clean and well equipped too. Hosts communication re door access codes was great. Highly recommended

Room whilst small was perfectly fine and very clean, feel like is a new concept that they need to improve on

Door code worked for the main door, no room number mentioned on the booking had to ring them you get through to a 3rd party. Once I found out my room number the code didn't work then set off all the alarms. Rang again they said its being doing that all day. They gave me 2 more number which worked in the end said they would email me the number as I had used so many numbers at that point. Wifi didn't work no room number emailed which meant I could not leave my room to use the kitchen. Ordered a pizza in the end but had to leave my suitcase in the door as I still had not been given a code. Rang again 2 hours later all sorted. laminated flooring throughout do noise is a problem, 3 girls came home late had a giggle in the kitchen opposite my room which was very loud. I let it go then then continued this in the their room till 4am did knock their door to request they keep it down. Shame the bed and room are comfortable but the rest is almost like a hostel - good price but not if your staying mid week for work.

Great location and brilliant value for money! Although I didn't see a member of staff, checking in/out was very easy, as was getting in and out of the building. I felt very safe, and the area was very quiet, enabling me to get a good night's sleep after spending all day in busy Camden. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room was a little cramped, but for the price and the fact I was only there a few days, it was fine.
