Comfy bed. Nice staff. Could checkout at midday.

The lower ground floors are dark in a morning but nothing having the light on doesn't solve.

Staff was friendly, location is near underground, buses and trains. Excellent pub is near by as well as supermarket. Hotel is on older side and small but it was clean and it has lift.

There should be few hooks on room walls for jackets and bathroom walls for chlotes.

The room was smell of damp The bathroom has block sewage and does not look like it been cleaned up before we arrive.

Great location for travelling on the Eurostar. Excellent value for money.

Csendes kis utcában van a szálloda, közel a King's Cross állomáshoz, ahonnan nagyon jó közlekedés indult minden felé. A szoba kicsi és a tusoló is, de ez éppen elég arra, hogy a napi csavargás után tisztába tedd magad és bezuhanj az ágyba. A szobánk patyolat tiszta volt. Különleges kérésemnek is eleget tettek, mert járást segítő rollátorral érkeztem és földszinti szobát kaptam.

Sajnos nem tudtuk kinyitni az ablakot, pedig szerettünk volna egy kicsit szellőztetni.

Det fanns absolut ingen luft i rummet, det var fruktansvärt kvavt och instängt. Vi hade öppet fönster och fläkt men ingen vidare skillnad. Väldigt slitet rum över lag.

Tot. El personal molt mal educat, les instalacions velles i brutes, el llit es molt incòmode. Tampoc tenen gel de bany, ens vam haver de rentar el cos amb xampú. A més, en el nostre cas, la pica del lavabo estava embossada i ens van dir que “no podien fer res per arreglar-ho”. I tan amples. Terrible… no ho recomano ni al meu pitjor enemic.

La posizione vicino a varie linee di metro e treno. Ci sono anche bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Strada tranquilla di notte.

Not very clean, very old facilities, leaking shower. After two nights, found itchy marks on legs and arms, after coming home, consulted with a nurse, turns out it was bed bug bites. Not a nice ending to a holiday. No response from the hotel either.

The shower sewer was clogged for first day, after talking with the staff, we have moved to another room.

Thank you very much for my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the property is a little dated, everything was well maintained: there were no unpleasant smells, the bed linen was fresh and clean, and the overall experience was pleasant. The location is excellent, very close to King’s Cross Station, which was extremely convenient for me. A special thank you to the staff for handling a very unusual and uncomfortable situation so professionally. A man who had been following me and trying to approach me came to the reception at around 4–5 a.m., claimed that he was my friend, and tried to get access to my room. The staff did not let him in or allow him to reach my room, even though they had no way of knowing at the time that he was actually a stranger to me. I’m especially grateful for this, as their professionalism and respect for guests’ privacy made me feel safe. Thank you very much to the reception staff for taking security seriously.

The property is a little dated, but everything was well maintained

Vše působilo velmi čistě, povlečení koupelna i ručníky. Skvělá poloha a moc milý a ochotný personál s recepcí 24/7 což nám vemi usnadnilo check in.

Situated near Kings Cross and St Pancras stations, this location is convenient for further travel and accessing the underground to discover London. The staff at reception are friendly, and there's a space available to store your luggage before you can check into your room.

The room is quite small, featuring a double bed pushed against the wall with the radiator located at the head of the bed, which may not be practical for use in colder conditions. The bathroom facilities are basic.

Good location, did the job for a night. Bag storage was handy.

Floors were very creaky and loud outside room. Pillows were rock solid.

Our room was unbelievably hot. The room and bathroom we had was quite poor, whole place needs a complete referb. Only redeeming feature was it had a bed and a shower.

Very convenient location, within walking distance of St Pancras Station, with plenty of restaurants, shops and public transport nearby.

The room was very small with limited space, especially with luggage. The shower head was loose and difficult to adjust, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. There were also no laundry facilities available.

The closest and wall had wet marks and mold.

It was central, lots of pubs and eateries around, two streets down in the right, a variety of types of eateries! Shower had wonderful pressure! Room basic but comfortable, clean, towels and bed sheets!

A bit too much traffic noise, window blocked it out a bit! But you are in London it was survivable! We were at the front of the building back probably better! Would only stay here for shorter visits! For the price it is value for money!

Bit rough round the corners, needs tidying up in places.

Not enough space in the bedroom, nothing to sit on other than the bed, window needed propping up as it kept dropping. Shelf in bathroom would be good.

It was close to king cross and staff were friendly

The glasses in the room were all dirty, no sound proofing I could here everyone all night. Single glazed windows, make sure to lock as ours was unlocked on ground floor. Mirror was filthy covered in scratches, it honestly felt like I took a trip back in time to 2003. The hotel is so outdated, the carpets in hallway all stretched to bits and floor not even level. I get its london so its expensive etc but this is without a doubt the worse hotel I've stayed in. I'm sure one of the tv channels was broadcasting Churchills speech. This place needed renovated 15 years ago.

We only stayed for one night, was exactly what we needed to just lay our heads down. The guy on arrival was very helpful and lovely. Advised us there was always someone on reception. The rooms are very basic but again it was exactly what we needed for one night. The beds were comfy. There was a smart tv with all the apps you could want. Was clean and felt safe. We noticed how quiet it was through the night as well. We have stayed in other places in London and it has been noisy with people and cars etc. this hotel did not have that problem so was perfect.

Location was perfect, rooms clean, bed was comfortable. Room was a bit dated but the was a lot cheaper than other hotels and it was only for one night. Not sure if there is a option for breakfast but there are plenty of place to eat in the area. Overall it was great for what we needed. Would book again if need a one nights stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located and is a great choice if you want to explore central London on foot or by bus, especially for an evening or night-time walk through the city. The hotel itself feels quite typically English. staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Overall, a practical and well-located option for a short stay in London, but the rooms would benefit from some updating.

Cleanliness was rather average, however, and the carpets in particular are in urgent need of replacement with something more modern and hygienic. The bed was far too wobbly and unstable, which made it difficult for two people to sleep comfortably in the same bed.

Very noisy could hear people in next room talking and banging around the traffic outside was very noisy and room was so hot you couldn’t even open window because of noise had to use shower to fill jug as basin not big enough and toilet door was hard to close as it was ready to fall off runners

Long wait before chap at reception acknowledged we were standing there. Needed tea or coffee and kettle and supplies were in room but long life milk portions all sour. Took to show reception chap and he got replacement milk portions but likewise all floated on surface and sour. Tiny room and generally poor. Bed OK.

It is a good hotel. The desk is manned & the staff were friendly and helpful. We were on top floor, under the roof. Window opened wide. Bath/shower space compact, the shower small for a big person. (I'm not.) Location excellent for St Pancras. Quiet.

But in spite of window being open, it was hot. We've had hot weather & building mass must have heated. How well is roof insulated? No cross ventilation possible with corridor & rooms either side.

La ubicación es perfecta!! La estación más cercana ( a unas pocas cuadras) conectaba varias líneas de metro y el tren. Comodisimo para ir a todos lados! Todos los días hubo servicio de habitación, las instalaciones eran cómodas, todo muy limpio y cuidado. El personal, muy amable.

It was sooo noisy I couldn’t sleep. Not from street noise, the rooms are not insulated and the people above me sounded like they were moving furniture until after midnight! Have to stay in my usual hustle, I thought my book a private room I would be able to sleep since I had a very early departure the next morning as it was, I feel like I wasted my money

The room was very clean. It was a very warm night but there were fans provided in the room. The staff were available and friendly. The location for travelling by train was excellent.

Great location for St Pancras International. Very friendly and helpful staff. Left luggage facility (at own risk).

With four of us in the room it was difficult to use the two fans provided so that everyone benefitted so it was a bit warm but the weather isn't within the control of the hotel.

Extremely hot with no ventilation. Bed & pillows were not comfy & the bathroom was very small & hard to move around in. There was a bit of noise from the hallway but once the other guest were in their room it was better.

The room felt quite warm even when it wasn't a hot weather and the air felt very dry so I found myslef struggling with cough and not being able to fall asleep - not sure if ac would solve this but you can feel the lack of it at times.

Basin plug broken/ didn't empty. Everywhere tired. Outside tatty and rubbish in doorway. Having to clamber out of the bed as it was tight against wall very poor.

The location was good with easy accessibility to the city.

I didn't like as there is no fridge (not even a table top), to preserve fruits or meals as the hotel does not provide meals. This makes a long stay impossible.

It is very close to the station. And the bathroom is big with a good shower (nothing except towels and shampoo is provided).

The guy at the reception who welcomed us seemed annoyed. (The man the next morning, when we checked out was kind tho.) Noise level is high, and not only for the traffic outside but also for the guests, probably it is also because the wooden floor makes a lot of noise. Room is old and not so welcoming. They offer a drop off for the luggage but in the property you find papers saying they wouldn't be held accountable for any stolen object.

Room was on small side and needed a bit of attention .Carpets in corridors were worn and a bit scruffy.

Lo escogimos por la ubicación muy cerca de King's Cross para coger el Eurostar. Hotel sencillo con todo para una estancia corta. Esta limpio y dispone de ascensor. La ducha esta bien.

La ventana no se podia cerrar y habia mucho ruido por la noche de coches, motos, ambulancias. Te despierta varias veces por la noche.

Room was nice and clean with shower and toilet. I had tea and coffee available, but not breakfast. Good location, very handy for local shops. Also bus and train services close by.

For the reasonable price I paid, I have nothing to complain about.

Staff were really nice and accomodating, helped us with fans and we could leave the key with them when one of us was getting in later. The location was fantastic, very close to Kings Cross/St. Pancras and pubs and restaurants. Baggage storage was really helpful too.

The heat was stifling, the window only opened a quarter of the way and the heat made it very difficult to be in the room. The bathroom also had no fans so being in there was unbearable. The room was also dirty, the bathroom and the towels were covered in hair and the bedsheets didn’t seem very clean. The shower was also very old and unreliable and the water temperature wasn’t great. Pretty expensive for what we got.

Está bien que tenga recepción 24 horas, y que puedas dejar el equipaje. La ubicación no está mal y tiene algunos pequeños descuentos para espectáculos o un pub cercano. El personal de limpieza me pareció rápido y eficiente.

Un poco lo que dicen las reseñas. El baño era un poco pequeño y salía poca presión de la ducha. El mobiliario y el edificio están un poco viejos. Pero todo dentro de un orden.
