A localização é excelente. O quarto e o ambiente geral são pequenos, mas muito limpos e organizados. Máxima funcionalidade para descansar e conhecer a cidade. Super cortezes em disponibilizar no quarto gratuitamente água, cafeteira e sachês para o preparo de café e outras bebidas.

Não consegui usar o cofre, mas para mim não era tão necessário e acabei não pedindo auxílio. Não tive nenhum problema quanto a isso.

The best thing about this Bourique style hotel was it was very close to the Kings Cross Train station and the Staff was very niice , and they cleaned the rooms daily . The area was very convenient to Restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. From this Hotel, you can easily access St Pancras station where the Eurostar is to Paris and Beyond. the Kings Cross station , you have access to not only the Metro Tube Lines, but also to the National Railway to places like Edinburgh. You can also take the Picadily line from Kings Cross right to Heathrow , or the Timeslink Rail to London Gadwick .

We chose this Hotel because of its proximity to all the Raillines we needed to get around London and the UK , and to Paris if needed . The rooms are tiny , the bathrooms are tiny , and its a older buidling, so there are narrow stairs to most of the room with no Lift access. So this hotel is not for the traveler who need ADA access, have a ton of luggage . This room cost us about $150 a night , you can stay at a Premier Inn in the area with ADA access for $200 a night , or if you want fancy and big rooms, St Pancras hotel is $500 a night. itsyour choice and your call . We found the hotel price fit our needs .

Rooms a bit small

It is near the st. Pancras station. Functional cozy room, but on the smaller side (typical London hotel room). The beds were comfortable, there were a lot of power outlets near the bed, there were even usb-c and 230V outlets. The two windows on the two sides made the room very bright, which made the room bigger a bit. The shower was good and it sealed perfectly so no water could come out to the small bathroom floor. The staff were friendly, check-in happened in seconds.

Small, really small room. The bathroom was on the extreme small side, to be able to sit on the toilet I had to sit down from the side and turn 90 degrees to have my legs under the washbasin. It was also smelly from the cleaning fluids. Very narrow corridor and steep staircase. Security was also a bit of a concern for me with the keys given down at the reception every time we left the hotel.

El hotel es adecuado a categoría y precio. A destacar muy positivamente la limpieza del baño y de la habitación, estaban impecables, y la comodidad de las camas. Muy muy adecuado a lo que necesitábamos, un hotel sencillo pero limpio y bien situado.

Welcomed by friendly staff and given lower floor room we had asked for if possible . Tea tray fully supplied , all very clean and a cooling fan supplied. Excellent for overnight before Eurostar

Everything. Perfect location across from kings cross. St Pancras stations. I rated it 9 only for the reason that it didn't appear to sell alcohol otherwise it would have been 10. Staff so friendly and helpful perfect for our 1 night stay. Our room was ready for us when we arrived at only 10.30am. Cannot say anything negative about this hotel. Room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Not much more I can say. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Noisy - I was on the ground floor and woken up several times by noise coming from inside and outside the hotel.

Ideal location for an early Eurostar, opposite St Pancras, less than 5 mins. Surprisingly quiet. Nothing fancy but everything you need for an overnight. Clean, decent linens and comfortable enough. Wifi.

A very small room, single bed, almost basement though there was a small window, noisy door very close to the noisy doors of 2 other rooms. Pillows could have been better. Fan but no aircon, in hotter weather probably too hot.

The best thing about this hotel is it was very close to the Kings Cross Train and St Pancras station. Lots of restaurants close by . The staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms are very small and there are a lot of narrow stairways to get to your rooms . This hotel is for the young light traveler . If you require ADA facilities , this is not the hotel to stay in . Luckily I am still in good shape at my age , but my wife had difficulties climbing the stairs

Very close to station we needed next morning. 24 hrs reception. Small but well designed room. Tea/ coffee making. Fairly quiet for such a central location. Shower good.

The hotel is one of many small hotels nearby King's Cross / St. Pancras and 2 min away from the station. The check-in was easy, the employees very kind. The stairs are tipically small, also the room but it was very clean and there are definitely smaller rooms in other hotels in this area. There was some free water and it was a quiet room.

The hotel has no air conditioning so it's quite hot in summer, specialy in the upper floors.

Location-lots of things to walk to in the area, close to the underground.

The street it was down was a little shady

Big improvement on room and location in hotel since our visit 10 days before. Clean, situated on the first floor. Like many guests, this is an overnight stop on a journey and, as such, provides a decent night.

Bon hôtel à proximité de la gare St Pancras (Eurostar). Situation idéale pour visiter Londres a pied ou à métro. Restaurants, boutiques à proximité. Bon accueil de l'hôtel et bon rapport qualité et prix. Établissement très propre et personnel sympathique. L'hôtel se situe dans une rue calme a 3min de le vie animée de Londres. Je recommande vivement.

The hotel was down a quiet street directly opposite King’s Cross station and you could leave your bags before check in time and after check out. We were able to leave food items in the fridge as my daughter is on a special diet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were compact but very well planned out and clean.

Wouldn’t suit a person with poor mobility as there is no lift and there are a lot of stairs. As the rooms are quite compact they would be a bit tight for a person who is quite large.

This is my second stay at the hotel. It’s in a fantastic location. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly.

Nothing to dislike, but some of the decor and furnishings are a bit worn.

Ideal location, walking distance from Kings Cross station. Staff let us check in early but if this wasn't possible, we would have been able to drop our luggage off anyway. Room was clean and comfortable, ideal for our needs. Room was quiet, even though it's so close to Kings Cross. The hotel let us leave our bags in storage after we checked out. We enjoyed the rest of the day and picked them up before catching our train home.

Only problems were because I'm tall - the bathroom was small; my feet reached the shelf at the end of the bed, the other bed was enclosed by a wall at each end.

The location was brilliant, the rooms were clean and the bed comfy. Easy check in.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel in Top-Lage! Das Zimmer war wie in London zu erwarten sehr klein, aber es war alles sehr sauber, Wasser und Cookies wurden täglich nachgefüllt und das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einen kleinen Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten, dort haben wir einmal Kaffee getrunken (lecker) und einmal Pizza gegessen, die wir in der Nähe geholt hatten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für ein so gut geführtes Hotel in dieser Lage außerordentlich!

Wonderful reception staff made our stay feel safe and welcoming. Amenities such as coffee and cookies and water were greatly appreciated! Shower was excellent. Room tidy and compact and well-organized. Quiet street just steps from main road at King's Cross. Restaurants around the corner for late-night eats. Our requests and needs were attended to. Thank you Crestfield, we will return.

Our room window opened out to the common courtyard, which was lovely, until a guest sat right outside our window smoking and talking on his phone. We had to close our window, but fortunately, the fan in the room worked well. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The first room had very limited floor space, especially with suitcases on thr floor, and a truly compact bathroom! The second room was perfect in size, with just enough space for belongings and a bathroom you could turn around in.

L' emplacement à deux pas de St Pancras et du métro, l'accueil sympathique. La chambre, petite mais bien équipée et très propre. L'hôtel ne sert pas de petit déjeuner mais met à disposition dans la chambre un plateau avec une bouilloire, des sachets (thé, café, lait, sucre, gâteaux, et 2 carafes d'eau plate et pétillante). Pour mon premier séjour à Londres, c'est une belle découverte !

Attention, l' escalier est étroit, ça peut gêner.

Für Bahnreisende ideal - vis-à-vis von Pancras International in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Frisch renoviert. Geht man ein paar mal um die Ecke findet man Pubs, normale Geschäfte und grüne Plätze.

Have stayed here several times as its ideal for catching the eurostar. V clean, beds v comfy and staff are really helpful. For it's location (just opp King's Cross) I slept soundly

Caution - the stairs are narrow and there is no elevator.

- No power outlet next to the bed - hard to charge phone overnight - No "do not disturb/do not clean" door labels - was surprised to find my room cleaned after the first day - No foot towel or rug in the shower - The rooms are not well sound insulated - you can hear noises from the hallway and neighbouring rooms - The bed was quite short (I’m 185 cm/6ft)

Pas d Ascenceur et les escaliers pour accéder aux étages sont très étroits et raides donc il ne faut pas venir avec une grosse valise ! La chambre est petite, la douche est minuscule. C’est oki pour dépanner une nuit et pour une personne . L hôtel est vieux donc le prix me paraît élever rapport qualité prix !
