El personal y la ubicación es excelente para visitar el parque. Nos ayudaron con los traslados y fueron encantadores

Accueil très sympathique et Alex était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. L’hôtel est tout petit et sans prétention, ce qui nous a beaucoup plu. Par des sentiers, on peut profiter des installations des autres hôtels, comme les restaurants et piscines. on se sentait au milieu de la jungle, au son des perroquets et des singes hurleurs. La faune et la flore sont magnifiques

Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. L'hotel est bien situé. Nous avons apprécié l'accès à la piscine du restaurant voisin et le petit déjeuner. Ce séjour permet une deconnection totale.

Le prix des bouteilles d'eau trop élevé.

Las habitaciones estilo indígena muy lindas algo sencillo pero agradable para mí gusto excelente natural justo lo que quería . El mapa que le facilitan los administradores es genial no tuve que pagar guía para ir a cañaveral,picinita, arrecifes, piscina, arenillas y Cabo San Juan. Una experiencia increíble.mis próximas vacaciones serán nuevamente en este lugar porque quede enamorada.

No me gustó 😔 que el tiempo se pasó muy rápido lo bueno no demora. Les recomiendo dos o tres noches para disfrutar toda esta hermosura de naturaleza 🏞️

Estoy muy contenta con mi experiencia dentro del parque tayrono esto no tiene comparación es una muy tranquilo dormir en un lugar con tanta naturaleza muy sencillo las instalaciones estilo indígena pero linda y la comidas muy deliciosas. de verdad encantada se lo recomiendo y lo que más me gustó es que esta dentro del parque tayrona eso me ayudó mucho ya que pude ir a todas las playas con un mapa que me compartió el propietario el señor Alex le agradezco mucho por su atención y a nalvis por estar atenta a mi.

Solo una sugerencia para mejorar colocar un espejo en el baño del resto todo cumplió mi espectativas

Bueno,ya he estado alejoda en ese hostal es mi segunda vez y me ha gustado mucho por eso volví ya que me gustó mucho sus instalaciones muy cómodo todo, la habitación muy bonita ,es un lugar muy maravilloso para descansar, tiene mucha naturaleza es relajante para descansar el personal muy atentos y amable siempre pendiente de lo que necesitaba es un lugar donde verás la naturaleza en su esplendor. muy bonita la experiencia a las personas que nos gusta la naturaleza y ver los animales es muy recomendable el hostal se lo recomiendo muchas gracias a su propietario el señor Alex muy amable y a nalvis por la atención

Le cadre car le parque Tayrona est très beau. L’accueil et le service, gâche ce lieu et cette expérience.

Le descriptif de la chambre est mensonger. Nous faisons un tour du monde en famille, sacs au dos et c’est la fin de notre périple. Pour dire que nous en avons fait des hôtels, camping et autres hébergements. Nous ne nous attendions pas à un grand confort mais au moins à ce que nous pensions avoir réservé selon l’annonce. L’hôtel ne nous a pas fourni la chambre réservée. Il nous a dit que celle réservé était attribué alors que nous l’avons réservée il y 2 mois et demi. Nous avons exigé la chambre réservée mais ils nous ont dit que c’était pas possible. Il nous ont attribués une petite chambre collée à la réception et ouverte sur la réception! Il ont proposé de rembourser la différence de prix. Nous avons refusé au début mais il était tard et nous n’avons pas eu d’autre choix que d’accepter. Le lendemain il nous dit qu’on pouvait déménager dans notre chambre mais la nouvelle chambre ne correspond toujours pas à celle réservée sur booking. La deuxième Chambre n’avait que 2 lits simples et un lit double (celle réservée devait en avoir 5 lits) pas de frigo, pas de table ni chaises en terrasse, pas de moustiquaire. La chambre était petite alors que dans le descriptif elle devait faire 16 m2. Le gérant ne nous a remboursé que 30000 COP (8 euros) le jour du départ. Selon lui la différence entre le prix de la première nuit. Je trouve que c’est scandaleux pour le prix des 2 nuits payées. Pour le même tarif, je suis sur qu’il y a mieux. Il semble que plusieurs hôtels et restaurants de ce coté du parc appartiennent à une même famille. Le restaurant est fermé les midis !!! On ne le sait qu’une fois sur place. La cuisine est bonne mais l’accueil est très sec et froid. Le manque de concurrence semble nuire à la qualité. Alors évitez cet établissement !

Die Ventilatoren sind super stark, selbst auf Stufe 1. musste sie zwischendurch nachts ausstellen. Ich könnte mir vorstellen das die Privathäuser schick sind, aber das Personal hat während meines Aufenthalt selbst drin geschlafen.

Ich hatte das „neue“ Dreier Zimmer was nach oben komplett offen war. Kein moskitonetz vorhanden. Erst nach Diskussion wurde mir eins gegeben, dieses hatte aber so viele Löcher das ich mir beheben dieser kaum nach kam. In den Ecken und auch vor der Tür war es extrem schmutzig überall tote Käfer und dreck. Das ich komplett zerstochen aufgewacht war fast klar. Kein Upgrade dafür hat das Personal in den Familien Hütten mitsamt Hund geschlafen. Ich war der einzige Gast u musste zum Essen ins Nachbar Hotel. Es es 10 Tage vor Schließung des Parks war es verweist u keiner hat sich Mühe gegeben. Herbe Enttäuschung. Viel zu überteuert bei mehr als 30,-€ eur mit geteiltem Bad.

La ubicación perfecta dentro del parque del Tayrona en plena naturaleza y la terraza que bordeaba toda la cabañita con una vistas increíbles! El desayuno estaba delicioso y la amabilidad del personal.

La cabañita era para 4 personas, sin embargo, solo tenían mosquitera para la cama doble, la literas no tenía mosquitera. Además, los colchones de las literas eran muy duros, por lo que todo ello dificultó un buen descanso.

El personal y el servicio muy amables, ya que tuvimos un problema con el vuelo y se adaptaron a las circunstancias. La comida excepcional. El entorno y las vistas muy bonitas. Había dos ventiladores en la habitación y se agradecían mucho.

Había algún bicho en la habitación pero es comprensible por el espacio en el que está. Los colchones de las camas eran muy duros.

This is an awesome family-run little spot, right inside the park. We were SO GRATEFUL to be inside the park when it unexpectedly shut down! We had a whole day with the park and beaches almost entirely to ourselves, and we were set since we were already in :) Simple accommodations, clean, yummy food that you're so grateful to have hot and ready for you when you're back from a long day of trekking! Cabo San Juan is about 2.5-3hr hike (40m of that is just the part on the road, which you can grab the collectivo bus for), and the closest beach is La Piscinita, a 1hr hike (again, just 20m once you're at the parking lot). Don't miss the "9 Piedras" mindful jungle walk by the entrance as well, it is one of the local indigenous (the Kogui) tribes' orientation (with signs in Spanish) to some of the meaningful formations.

The fans were strong but still def a little warm in the room! Honestly, given it's the jungle, it was way less hot than we expected (and Santa Marta was wayyy hotter). No warm/hot water, but you don't really need it with the hot days. The next door property of his brother also has a little pool you can dunk in and some pool you can play!

El alojamiento está super prolijo, limpio, cómodo. Lo mejor de todo es la vista que tienen las cabañitas, realmente hermoso despertarse viendo tanto verde, las montañas y los guacamayos.

No es cerca de las playas, hay que ir en van primero y luego hacer una buena caminata, pero vale la pena quedarse dentro del parque

We were received by a very friendly family that went out of their way to make our stay in the park comfortable and special. Every day they took our order for dinner so that when we came from our day of hiking in the park, a warm and delicious meal would await us. The location of this hotel is a little off the main road that leads to the entrance of the park, in the middle of a forested area. There are two ways to reach it from the main road. In the morning breakfast is served and the hotel is visited by Macaws that are not at all afraid of humans and curiously come to the restaurant area and sometimes even climb up to sit on your shoulder. A unique experience! Macaws are known for returning to the same spots often, especially to eat something, so chances are high you will see some up close at this hotel. The room was a little stone building with a bathroom ensuite. All quite basic, and without airconditioning. With the flat roof it gets very hot inside. There are fans to keep you a bit cooler at night and over the couple bed was a mosquito net to protect from biting insects. As we spent all our daytime hiking and exploring the park, the basic room suited our needs to just sleep and therefore met our expectations. We left very early to take a flight elsewhere. For a little fee the owner and his son brought us and our luggage by motorcycle to the entrance of the park so we could catch the bus to Santa Marta there. It is possible to walk to the entrance but it is a good 1-1,5km and with suitcases not the most comfortable way. All in all, we had a great stay in this wonderful park and great accommodation. Wholeheartedly recommended! P.s.: the wall plugs at the terrace in front of the hut are a very useful and smart addition! We sat outside till late because of the heat inside. It allowed us to charge our equipment. Also the WIFI worked perfectly in and outside the room. P.p.s.: Take a picture of the park map that hangs in the restaurant area.

There are two ways to reach the hotel from the main road. Upon arrival at the park, the driver of the collectivo dropped us at the second one. There was a sign saying El Eden, but a little further on that road there was no sign to take a left turn. We struggled a little to find it at first and asked two people working at other accommodations for directions. A little sign upon the crossroad would have helped a lot to find it more easily. The room could be greatly upgraded in level of comfort with an airconditioning unit. Due to the flat roof it was very very warm inside. Much hotter than outside. We knew beforehand that there would be no airconditioning, so it is not a complaint. More a recommendation to easily upgrade the level of comfort in the room.

Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Der Parkeintritt wurde für uns organisiert, womit wir super viel Zeit gespart haben. Es gab leckeres Essen vor Ort. Die Zimmer waren super. Mit Ventilator völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Uns wurde sogar bei der weiterfahrt nach Cartagena geholfen

Todo fue excelente. La atención de los propietarios hizo nuestra estadía más agradable. Este lugar es hermoso y la estadía fue increíble.

Las vistas son increíbles, el amanecer es muy bonito y hay muchísimos pájaros y otros animales, pudimos ver tucanes y guacamayos. El personal es muy amable.

La habitación es muy sencilla, la cama bastante justa para dos personas. Hay muchísimos insectos, pero es de esperar estando rodeado de tanta naturaleza, solo para que lo sepan. El desayuno fueron huevos revueltos y pan, podrían añadir un jugo o algo de fruta.. Está a 15 minutos andando de la entrada del parque y a 1 hora andando del parqueadero donde empieza la ruta a cabo san Juan.

El lugar esta a 15 minutos de la entrada al parque.. se disfruta de la tranquilidad del lugar. Son muy atentos. La naturaleza se vive a flor de piel.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Park, vom Eingang El Zaino gelangt man mit dem Bus-Shuttle zum Hotel. Von der Straße sind es 2 Min. zu laufen. Die Hütten sind neu, hervorragend ausgestattet, mit sehr guten Lüftern, Moskitonetzen usw. Die Inhaberin kocht, und das macht sie sehr liebevoll und gut. Der Inhaber kümmert sich um alles. Da man im Nationalpark übernachtet, kann kurzfristig der Strom ausfallen. Das Team tut aber alles, um das schnell wieder in Gang zu bringen. Wir hatten ein Schlüsselbund vergessen, und die Inhaber sind zum Eingang des Parks El Zaino gefahren, um uns bei der Rückfahrt den Schlüssel zu bringen! Das war so hilfsbereit und super nett. Die Hütten liegen inmitten der Natur am Eingang des Parks. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und konnten die Wanderungen durch den Tayrona-Park bestens genießen. Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Bungalows gemietet. Schauen Sie auf den Bildern, wie liebevoll und hochwertig die Ausstattung ist!

El personal es muy majo y amable; la comida está buena. El entorno es muy bonito y la cabaña es sencilla pero está muy bien. Empezaron hace poco, por lo que aún faltán detalles a mejorar, pero en general muy bien para vivir la aventura en el Tayrona.

Tutto! Si tratta di una piccola struttura dentro il parco, aperta da meno di un anno in una posizione immersa nel verde e ben curata. La abitazione capanna era deliziosa e spaziosa. La cucina del ristorante sana e genuina. Mi hanno anche proposto un servizio di massaggi eccellente di cui ho usufruito: rigenerante dopo la fatica nel parco. Armando, uno dei gestori, un uomo di una gentilezza immensa. È stato un piacere chiacchierare con lui. Grazie El Eden!

Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit Tolle Lage im Park, man hatte Blicke über den Regenwald und man war schnell ganz vorne! Gute Privatsphäre da jeder Bungalow einzeln steht Zimmer mit Ventilatoren und Moskitonetzen ausgestattet Essen wurde immer lecker frisch gekocht Wir würden es weiterempfehlen!

The property is inside the park which is very convenient, the walk from the main road to the hostal is about 5 minutes but if you take the motorcycle taxi, it will take you to the door of the hostal. The is very tasty and prepare right there. Beds were comfortable and the overall property is well maintained.

The AC was not working but Maribel and Yuri brought us 2 fans that were enough to keep us cool during the night.

Las vistas desde mi cabaña, en medio de la selva

Petit bungalow basique mais fonctionnel, dans un joli cadre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique

Un peu loin des plages, il faut prendre une navette qui rapproche du sentier et ensuite marcher 2 heures sur un sentier agréable. Ce n’est pas vraiment un problème quand on le sait.

In the middle of the jungle, with wonderful surroundings. Quiet and peaceful, mainly after a busy city! If you like walking, it’s your place. But you can take a bus, too.

Staff were so friendly and kind, hostal is located in the tayrona national park though you should arrive before 3pmso you can get tickets for the entrance and check in. In our case we could not get on time so the host helped us to get in. Once we checked in the host recommended beuatuful beaches to go.

We were a couple and we booked a room for 2, though we got a room for 5,too many beds, breakfast simple and we asked for some fruits. Also, some bath stuff were broken (hand basin). They should include more information in booking about entrance condition, such us please arrive before 3pm.

Un lugar increíble en el medio del bosque, vegetación exuberante con plantas de frutos tropicales y sonido de diversos pájaros. Nalbis una cocinera de lujo, nos preparó unos platos muy sabrosos, los encargados muy atentos y serviciales.

Tene en cuenta que son habitaciones con baño.,no cabañas con cocina., igualmente son muy atentos y podes usar la heladera y pedirles que te calienten agua., nosotras que somos 🇦🇷 y tomamos mate

Es war eine familiärer Atmosphäre, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und haben alles möglich gemacht um uns der Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Es wurde für uns extra eine Tour mit einen Ornitologe organisiert, es war Natur pur.Deshalb die Zimmer ohne AC nur mit Ventilatoren, war aber ok für uns.

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. L'emplacement est situé dans le parc près de l'entrée El Zaino donc joignable à pied depuis l'entrée du parc. Belle vue sur la jungle environnante et les oiseaux du coin.

La plage est un peu loin à pied mais de nombreuses navettes passent tout au long de la journée à proximité de l'hébergement.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine neue Unterkunft die von den sehr netten Gastgeber weiter optimiert wird. Die Besitzen waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar bei der Beschaffung von Augentropfen geholfen. So etwas findet man nicht oft. Viele Vögel, auch Ara direkt in den Bäumen vor dem Bungalow. Jeden Tag hörten wir Brüllaffen.

Die Unterkunft ist neu und einige Sachen wie die Dusche werden noch optimiert.

Lo que no me gustó fue el tiempo que me quedé,me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo,mi recomendación es que se queden más tiempo para que puedan conocer más las playas y todos los sitios que hay

La atención del personal es muy amable y atenta, a lo que se le requiere, la comodidad del lugar y la paz que se siente al alojarse allí, es muy placentera, es como sentirse en casa, la naturaleza al rededor es muy relajante, buen lugar para desconectarse un rato. Buena ubicación para ir a las playas dentro del parque.
