The space was great and the hosts were responsive and helpful. We were able to arrange a late checkout which was fantastic for us.

The iron was dirty from prev burnt usage, the dirt went into my cloth when ironing.

The host Johnny was friendly and responsive. He even offered to collect us from the airport. Location was quite good, walkable to eateries and shops and felt safe and clean. Very spacious and comfortable.

There's a sign at the gate saying homestays are not welcome, although the residents did seem friendly. Many things were broken - the stove didn't work, the ceiling fan was hanging down, wifi was intermittent, remotes missing batteries, the air con in the main bedroom seemed to only put out one temperature. One of the bathrooms smelled. Beds, couch, and pillows were very firm.

The place far exceeded our expectations. The place is huge with 3 sizable bedrooms, a very large living area, a well stocked kitchen and a balcony with a washing machine. It was super comfortable and walkable to downtown shopping/restaurants.

The apartment was so well equipped. Had everything we needed. Just forgot to inform that we needed 2 extra towels but its fine.

Septic tank smell from d toilets. But it probably can't be helped. We smelled it from outside also.

Very large and spacious room. The host was very easily contacted and access to the pool was nice. Very comfy beds and cosy apartment.

We loved the unit so much! It is spacious, clean and have all the essentials and more. The apartment comes with both ceiling fans and air-conditioning in every rooms. WiFi, balcony, swimming pool (we didn't swim tho), washing machine with detergent (!), water machine (our favourite!)and more. Our stay was very comfortable! Before check-in, the host gave us a clear and detailed check-in info. He then passed us the keys when we arrived to the unit. Check in went smoothly. Although we have a little problem using the key to open the door.

Everything is good, close to most eating places. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Host is very helpful.

The toilets are very clean but don’t know why there is a faint weird smell. Might be I am not use to the air freshener used.

We had an incredible stay here! It was spotlessly clean, very big and spacious. The beds were super comfy and the bedding a good quality. Both bathrooms were clean and large with constant hot water. The host was incredible, met me in person with the key and allowed an early check in which was most welcomed after travelling through the night. This is a 5 star find and the perfect place to stay while in sandakan

We love the apartment! It is so spacious, and all required amenities were available, including drinking water and even clothes detergent. I loved the firm and comfortable mattress but very soft pillows and duvet..making sleep very comfortable Quiet, pool facing view. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommended

Exceptionally clean, spacious and welcoming. Overlooking the pool from the second floor allowed plenty of light into the living space. There was 6 of us staying and there was more than adequate room to spread out. Kitchen was spacious with a hot plate, microwave and rice cooker. The property was very secure.
