Appartamento molto grande e accogliente con tutto il necessario.

Da migliorare la pulizia in generale. Alcuni mobili sembrano andati. Inoltre non mi è molto piaciuta la modalità per poter accedere all'appartamento.

La casa estaba perfecta. La piscina esta limpia y bien. El personal atento. Aunque por vía WhatsApp, te dejan las indicaciones tipo scaperoom para conseguir entrar. Pero son bastante sencillas. Recomendaría este alojamiento sin duda. Además, tiene lavadora!

Lovely spacious unit in a great complex. Easy to access and close to the airport and sepilok. Great value and nice cool aircon. Jasmin was great to deal with and very helpful.

Beautiful facilities but the pool was closed whilst we were there. It can’t be helped but it did look amazing and wish we could have had a swim. The pillows were not very comfy but the apartment was lovely and clean.

Excellent and comfortable accomodation. Perfect for exploring the orangutan santuary and other sights. We stayed 3 days with very fussy kids. Thankfully there was a supermarket and some western food places really handy for said fussy kids. Clean, spacious accomodation with a great pool. Very easy to get grab taxis and food delivered,, no mosquitoes and a very handy washing machine. The bedding was comfortable. There were brooms etc if you wanted to tidy up a bit. Sandakan is not as developed in terms of tourism like Kota Kinabalu. We did a one night trip to Kinabatan river with Mr Aji's tours. I highly reccomend. Kinabatan river is about 2 hours away and it is so fascinating to see animals that can only be found in Borneo. Did some local sightseeing in town. The orangutan sanctuary is a must but I feel if you are being conservative with your money the sun bear can be missed. It really wasnt that great and expensive for the experience. We took the kids for a change of scenery to play in the water slides at Sabah Hotel for a small fee. The tv in the apartment worked great. There was a hot and cold water dispenser which was amazing. This is really a perfect family accomodation.

Dont feel shy to ask the owner about how to access the apartment etc. The instructions were good but I still had questions and she was extremely communicative which was great. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the lifts work well.

La posizione è ottimale, a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto. C’è la piscina nel comprensorio e una palestra, seppur piccolissima. La casa è pulita e dotata dei principali servizi.

Appartamento vicino all'aeroporto e a mezz'ora di auto dal centro città. Molto pulito e spazioso. Host disponibile per un check in anticipato e via whatsapp.

Het is een mooi groot appartement in een groot appartementencomplex. Fijn dat het hele complex beveiligd is. Mooi groot zwembad! Dicht bij het vliegveld. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig in de keuken inclusief waterfilter systeem waardoor je de hele dag drink water heb. Zelf een wasmachine om te kunnen wassen.

Het is gewoon iemands appartement wat je huurt, op buitenkant van gebouw hangt ook een briefje dat onderhuurders niet welkom zijn. Maar veder niks daar van gemerkt. Badkamers waren toe aan onderhoud. Kussen warren schuimblokken en super hard en hoog. Je krijgt via de app een hele instructie hoe je binnen moet komen en de eerste stap is wachten tot dat iemand uit het hek komt en jij daar snel achteraan naar binnen kan glippen. Komen alleen weinig mensen uit als je laat aankomt.

Had to Wait for other people to come out before can enter the facility due to the key inside the apartment box.

Good hospitality

Big airy space; good communication with host, great Wifi, quite location, working washing machine with laundry soap, nice looking pool (though we didn't have time to use). We had a small issue and Jasmine sorted it quickly.

Just a bit far to shops/restaurants but not impossible. Pillows not so comfy.

Maybe table to bedroom would be nice, so you can use it belongings…

Nice Condo with good facilities in good location

The house is very clean and comfortable. It is a safe place to stay, not easily accessible to outsiders, and close to our workplace.

Very nice, pleasant stay, swimming pool was nice and clean. Will repeat again in the future.

The unit has got a huge space for the 4 of us. Check in was easy. Great location though the eateries are not walking distance from the condo. The host is very friendly and helpful 👍

Jasmine was very prompt and allowed us to check in earlier. Pool was out of action but looked good. Very close to amenities. Lovely to have clothe washing facilities.

Perhaps duvet covers on the beds. A tea towel for wiping pots.

Specious, clean and several restaurants in the neighborhood, better than in Sandakan Center. There is no place where wash gets dry so fast as on the balcony in this place. For us a great place for a overnight after the jungle.

In my opinion this place is fine for 1 or 2 nights, but for longer the surroundings are a bit boring.

Excellent communication with host. Managed to arrange to stay longer for our plane. Near shops and excellent seafood restaurants. Comfy and clean with nice swimming pool.

Great to have 3 bedrooms as travelling with my two teens. Great space good facilities swimming pool fantastic. Near to restaurants and supermarket if you can brave the 10-15min walk grab available. Appreciated the washing powder so I could use machine

Beds were hard and some pillows were rocks. Kitchen ok for basic heating up but not for full on family cooking. I managed omelettes, egg bread and pasta dish.

Had everything needed for a comfortable stay, pool was very good. Jasmine was very helpful, met us at 10pm at night, and made us very welcome. Location very good for dining and supermarkets.

I have booked 2 nights, but unfortunately had to cancel it as we were at the other side of Borneo and could not make it that evening. I understand that the refund upon 24 hours is not possible, however the second night also not. I suggested to arrive 2 days later, but changing the date was no option for owner. Too bad for me, but he could have shown some empathy.

Very comfy, clean and no smelly odor. Very tidy and clean. Worth for money especially the space and with queen mattress even just group of 3.it can feet 6 pax to share. I can rate as 4⭐ accommodation👍!! Jasmine being so helpful and easy to reach out to her. Outdoor Swimming pool are so clean. So for those dislike crowded it's suitable place for you to stay. Thank you jasmine😊 we really had wonderful stay

Large, clean apartment with comfortable beds and a nice pool which the kids really enjoyed. Check in was easy, communication was excellent and parking was on site.

We loved and enjoyed our stay for 2 nights there. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. All facilities provided are great👍
