⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and easy, and we really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, view of the PETRONAS building was great, location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and transport, grocery stores, staff were fantastic and acted on everything immediately 😄

The amount of children running around the pool made it hard to relax and swim, the gym was very disappointing, elevators are slow

Tuy nhiên những hôm tôi ở, nhất là ngày 1/9/2026 thì khách sạn bị mất nước trong nhiều giờ và nước đã không được cấp nước đúng thời gian khách sạn thông báo (hôm đấy tôi bị ốm từ bệnh viện về và khách sạn thì không có nước, không những thế ngày hôm đấy thang máy cũng vì thế mà bị quá tải, để lên được tầng từ tầng 1 tới 51 chỗ có lễ tân để hỏi về việc mất nước thì thang được dừng lại ở tất cả các tầng khiên chúng tôi phát điên lên được . Khách sạn khá ồn, dù tôi đã ở tầng 43 và yêu cầu chỗ ở yên tĩnh nhưng tôi vẫn nghe rõ tiếng xe cộ đi lại ở dưới đường, Nhìn chung chúng tôi đã có trải nghiệm khá tệ ở đây.

This was my second stay at Royce Residence KLCC, and once again the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Upon arrival, the staff at the building reception take a photograph of your passport, after which you proceed to the 51st floor, where Collective Haus has its own reception desk for the apartments. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would particularly like to mention Ms. Mai Mai, who handled our check-in very professionally and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, within close proximity to the Petronas Twin Towers. The swimming pool is located on the 51st floor and offers an impressive view of the Twin Towers, making it one of the highlights of the property. Housekeeping services are available from the morning until approximately 7:00 p.m., and guests can conveniently request anything they need through the property's WhatsApp number. Another very useful feature is the luggage weighing scale at the reception on the 51st floor, which allows guests to check the weight of their suitcases before travelling to the airport. There is also a grocery store directly opposite the building.

I noticed that some previous reviews mentioned problems with the elevators. Personally, I did not experience any major elevator issues during my stay. There can occasionally be some waiting during busy periods, but in my opinion this is relatively normal for a high-rise residential building of this size. There are approximately four or five elevators serving the building. Overall, based on my own experience, the elevator situation was not a significant problem.

Space was amazing

Lacking toaster and a microwave or air fryer would have been perfect.

Elevator will take time , no one will carry the luggage, the lobby in the 51 level , a lot of rules and penalties ,the corridor of level 18 is full of room service staff and their washing machines all the times

It home like, and thats the con also. You dont feel that you are staying at hotel. So if you want a different experience that usual life, this is not for you.

Het ligt super centraal, goed appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook fijn dat er dagelijkse schoonmaak is.

Ik werd er van beschuldigd dat er was gerookt in de kamer. Ik rook niet. On the spot werd moeilijk gedaan bij het uitchecken voor mijn borg. Ik werd onder druk gezet om een positieve review te schrijven als ik mijn borg terug wilde. Ik heb vriendelijk geweigerd en heisa gemaakt, waardoor ik alsnog mijn borg terug kreeg. HEEL NAAR PERSONEEL!!!!!!! Ook de hele incheck en uitcheck procedure is heel vervelend. Het gebouw zelf is gevuld met toeristen. Elke dag is er tenminste 1 lift kapot, waardoor je vaak gewoon 5-10 minuten staat te wachten tot er een lift is.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Having a washer-dryer was incredibly convenient during my trip. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony offered an amazing view of the Petronas Towers. The highlight was definitely the rooftop infinity pool with an incredible view of the Petronas Towers. The location was great, within walking distance of KLCC and many restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Check in instruction was different than what was given. Host instructed us to get parking card at lobby then proceed to level 51 for check in. Staff at lobby took photos of our passports and told us to proceed to level 51 for parking card — different instruction. Room wasn't ready, was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes. But when we came back room we had to wait for quite some time. In the evening, the electric went out for many hours while we were watching tv. Initially planned to order food but had to go out at 6pm bcos of that. Told them to fix asap but 10pm no update. We had to text to ask, then wait for them to check. No aircon when we got back, had to ask again. The water trap in the shower also floods for more than 20 minutes. Imagine showering, while the water got up to almost your ankle hahaha.. Check out was crazy. The system is messy. Check in/check out at level 51. We were given mid-level floor. So we waited almost 30 minutes to go down for the lift but all full. Were instructed to inform them for check out, so they can prompt their staff to check our room, then go to our cark and exit carpark, bring all keys back to them at level 51. So many tasks but the lifts were jammed cos everybody had to do just that.

Room was spacious and clean. Easy to contact the property via whatsapp. Clear direction for check in. Walking distance to KLCC. Vending machine at the lobby (easy to get drinks and snacks)

Very very slow check in process (we sent our details earlier, why was it still very slow?). No peephole on the door. Property is located on a very busy road so there is always a jam. Small towels. Lol

Room is cosy,have a bathub, drinking water 4 bottle provided daily,they clean up the room daily as well.

Registration on the very top floor, and not the basement just to collect access card to park. So need to park 1st n collect room key on level 51 if im not mistaken. parking very tight space to go up the ramp if u drive suv alpard or big cars. Need to be very cautious going up n down 5 level.

Congested elevator and drag under maintenance routine never be a good experience. Hate to wait for your floor turn up and down.

Bett war sehr gemütlich, Aussicht ist super und die Dusche war sehr angenehm.

Der Fahrstuhl war sehr laut im Schlafzimmer zu hören, allg muss man jedes mal sehr lang auf den Fahrstuhl warten. 1 von 4 waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts außer Betrieb. Das Fitnessstudio war für die Größe des Hauses viel zu klein und relativ schlecht ausgerüstet. Küche war sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet, sollte für den Preis deutlich mehr Ausstattung haben.

Nice, Clean, and Cozy. The front staffs were helpful. Location is near and walkable to KLCC, 15 mins to TRX and it was only 15 mins from KL Sentral.

A bit crowded at the lobbies all the time. The maids can’t understand English much and forget to put new towels after they took the used ones. The elevators were slow and misread the card multiple times. No internet signals in some areas.

It was a wonderful stay with the family, big, clean rooms with regular housekeeping, friendly staff, closest to KLCC and 24 hours mall, restaurants - are within 2 mins walk, overall a great stay.

Very good value for money. Entire department with spacious kitchen, living room, working area etc. Aircons were a massive bonus. Also has a nice view overlooking the city. Pool facilities are also great for hot days.

I dont feel there is much upfront transparency regarding the RM300 deposit. They accept cash and requested that I left the building to go find a bank to draw the cash before I could check in. A bit inconvenient given that I had travelled a far way to get there in the first place. Alternatively, you can pay the deposit by credit card, however will wait 2 weeks before the refund. No debit cards accepted.

Rooftop Pool war geschlossen und es gab keine Kompensation. Die Info, dass der Pool geschlossen ist kam nach dem letztmöglichen Storno Termin. Welch ein Zufall. Der Pool war der einzige Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht hatten. Deshalb eine schlechtere Gesamtbewertung. Balkon war durch Verputzarbeiten an der Fassade völlig verdreckt. Personal gab bei Fragen (z.B. zur Metro) keine hilfreichen Antworten und war nicht sehr hilfsbereit.

Just a bit unfortunate that we couldn’t use the pool as it was under construction. Also, the RM300 security deposit is slightly on the higher side compared to other places, but still manageable.

Stay somewhere else, this property is managed by thieves, liars and con artists.

They don’t inform you that the pool is not working, they charge you more than what they advertise, they have crazy expectations when it comes to checking in and out l. Zero customer service skills. A deposit is paid and after the place was left as clean as it was found they say it will take 6months to get a refund for the deposit. For the price and location you can find plenty of better places.

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was beautiful, the place was spacious and clean, and the 24-hour receptionist made everything so convenient.

The location is a bit far from public transport, and during our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance.

The location is great!Near to Twin tower, downstairs has 24hrs Mart, nearby also have some restaurants walking distance. The room very big compare to others in KL. Daily housekeeping is very clean.

Too bad the swimming pool is under maintenance during my stays. The receptionist for check in is abit slow though they have 3 or more staff was there. The double bed is good, only the pillow too soft and too thin..
