It’s very close to Masjid e Nabawi

I booked room with 4 beds. There wasn’t enough space in the room. Secondly fourth bed was so slim to have comfortable sleep. The bathroom was so dirty and smelling. The room wasn’t sound proof. We were able to listen the conversation of next door occupants.

Location was good, Car parking was provided, Staff was Good

Cleaning was medium, AC was chocked no proper cooling, first night around 11PM I called staff to complain about the cooling, AC technician came, after cleaning filter and taking 20 minutes they said AC service required which will take 1.5 Hours, so I refused since my family was already disturbed. Regarding online payments, property account belongs to Netherland and charging extra international transactions.

Receptionist are very kind and supportive but lower staff are not good as provide any type of support. Also sometimes i felt cigarette smoke in my room when i came from outside due to the ventilation duct i compliant in the mid night to cleaning and lower staff but they didn’t provide support. They ignored me. Even every room entrance and hotel wall there is sign for No smoking.

The hotel offered a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a pleasant environment for guests. The staff provided excellent hospitality, and the facilities were well organized. The location was also convenient and made travelling around the area easier.

The stay was generally satisfying. A few minor improvements could be made, such as reducing waiting times during peak hours and enhancing communication about available services for guests.

للأسف كانت هذه المرة تجربتي مع فندق الحياة الذهبي مختلفة تمامًا عن تجاربتي السابقة رغم أنني أقمت في الفندق من ثلاث سنين وكانت إقامتي في المره السابقة ممتازة والغرف كانت نظيفة ومرتبة وبمستوى جيد جدًا قمت هذه المرة بحجز غرفة رباعية وكنت قد طلبت عند الحجز إضافة سرير إضافي وأبلغني الفندق بعدم إمكانية ذلك وتقبلت الأمر دون أي اعتراض عند تسجيل الدخول تم تسكيني في الغرفة رقم (407) ولكن للأسف كان مستوى الغرفة من حيث الأثاث والمساحة والمظهر العام أقل بكثير من المستوى الذي اعتدت عليه في الفندق خلال إقامتي السابقة كما لاحظت وجود مشكلة مهمة تتعلق بسلامة الغرفة حيث إن باب الغرفة لا توجد به يد من الداخل وكان الخروج من الغرفة يتطلب استخدام المفتاح لفتح الباب وهو أمر غير طبيعي وغير مناسب لغرفة فندقية حاولت التواصل مع الفندق أكثر من مرة عن طريق رقم الفندق وBooking وWhatsApp، كما تحدثت شخصيًا مع موظف الاستقبال ولكن لم يتم تقديم حل مناسب في البداية وفي اليوم الثاني من إقامتي تم نقلي من الغرفة رقم (407) إلى الغرفة رقم (909) ولكن للأسف كانت الغرفة الجديدة بنفس المستوى تقريبًا كما أن مشكلة باب الغرفة نفسها كانت موجودة أيضًا وبالتالي لم يتم حل المشكلة الأساسية أنا لا أكتب هذا التقييم بهدف الإساءة للفندق بل لأنني كنت عميل بالفندق وفنداق اخرى كثيرة المرات السابقه ولدي تجارب سابقة جيدة جدًا ولذلك كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير خصوصًا أنني أعرف مستوى الغرف والخدمة في الفندق من خلال إقامتي السابقة لدي صور توثق حالة الغرف والملاحظات المذكورة بما في ذلك مشكلة الأبواب ويمكنني تقديمها عند الحاجة أتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة ما حدث والاهتمام بجودة الغرف وسلامة النزلاء لأن تجربتي هذه المرة للأسف لا تعكس المستوى الذي اعتدت عليه من الفندق خلال السنوات السابقة Unfortunately this time my experience at Al Hayah Golden Hotel was completely different from my previous experiences I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years and my previous stays were excellent The rooms were always clean well maintained and at a very good standard This time I booked a quadruple room and requested an extra bed when making the reservation The hotel informed me that this was not possible and I accepted that without...

طاقم الاستقبال من اسوء ما رأيت. خدمة الغرف ليست جيدة و ايضا المطعم كان مغلق

الموقع جيد بس المشي في الساحه الغربيه تحت شمس الظهر كان الأسوأ اتمنى يوفرو سيارات قولف

Le seul véritable point positif reste l’emplacement.

Très déçu de mon séjour Malheureusement, mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été très décevant. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer, avec notamment des odeurs désagréables dans les chambres. La télévision fonctionnait très mal et plusieurs services annoncés étaient absents ou difficiles à obtenir. Le personnel est également très peu présent et difficile à joindre, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus compliqué. On s’attend à un minimum de service et de confort, surtout dans un hôtel situé à Médine. Le seul véritable point positif reste l’emplacement, qui est très pratique. C’est vraiment dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien, un personnel plus disponible et des services correctement assurés, cet hôtel pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable. En résumé : emplacement excellent, mais propreté, service et confort très décevants. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel dans son état actuel.

Top floor A/C working hard, but can’t cool down the rooms a lot from morning until night. Maintains a livable cool throughout the day.

resepsiyon da duran Hamdiye hanım çok yardımcı oldu. konumu yakın sayılırdı

hijyen açısından çok çok çok eksikti. kokuyordu, odadaki telefon klima ve kapı çalışmıyordu. banyoda küçük küçük böcekler vardı. resepsiyonda birisi vardı ismini bilmiyorum ama çok kabaydı.

The location itself is good. The facilities is excellent and the staff (hameeda) is good.

Hope they will provide disposable slippers.

Location is good only 2 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi, Housekeeping staff is good always comes to assist and repelenish with water bottles and tea bags

Problem with Wifi do not have coverage at all inside the room.. Only when we come out of room can access Wifi.. Room Door locks having problem multiple times...

اشكر الاخت حميدة ماقصرة في كل شي للامانه تستاهل مكافئة قيمه من الفندق ولي عجبني كمان المواقف مره وسيعه

في غرفه رقم 110 الدور الاول فيها باب داخلي كانه مثل الغرفتين متصله في بعض المفروض يطبقو قرارات وزارة السياحه ويقفلوها بصبه او بلك مايصير سكنو جنبي عائلة ومعهم اطفال الله يحفظهم ازعاج ويدقو الباب كثير ماخلوني انام
