There were a lot of room to move around. I liked the small table with chairs so we could sit at the table and not on the beds. I loved the walk-in shower! It made it easier to shower without climbing over a tub.

The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was nicely heated and a gorgeous presentation. Off main highway and it was very accommodating to needs. Recommend 100%

Amazing location for the price. Family owners were so friendly. So Clean, bed was comfortable. Pool area was so cute! Bbq pits available. Walking distance to Lake George, million dollar beach, The Garrison and downtown.

Pillows were small. 1 face towel was shredded. Coffee maker needed to be held for the water to pour down. Very small issues. Everything else was perfect.

Everything was so nice and peaceful and close to the lake George village.

The sofa bed for two teens was not too comfortable to sleep in. Somewhat old and worn out. But otherwise everything was good.

Room was clean, spacious and the greenery around. It is convinently located to the Beach Road and offered some good morning mountain veiws.

The room service & schedule were spaced out, which did not makes sense. We had to wait for 3 days before asking for new towels and linens.

Location is excellent, very close to everything. This is why I chose the place. Room was clean and all the amenities were available. There was no fuss regarding check-in or out.

They don't clean the room/toilet everyday. They had a grill but you have to bring everything else for grilling like charcoal, toungues etc. I also didn't like that they didn't clean the room at all. You just toss the used towel outside by 11:00am and they will leave new ones outside the door, That's it.

The pool was beautiful and the location was just far enough from the craziness of Lake George Village. We appreciated the little kitchenette, especially that the fridge had a freezer section.

Girls yearly trip! It feels like a home away from home ! This is the second year staying @ Studio Motel and we will stay here each year! The staff are so kind and accommodating. The trolley stops right in front of the motel to take you to town (1 - 1 1/2 miles) . Very Clean!

Just the location

Unclean and noisy. The amount of noise we experienced while staying on the first floor was a disaster. You could hear footsteps from the room a couple of steps down from you. The dust in the room was very visible. The bed sheets smelled strongly of detergent and bleach. The kitchen was missing a lot of utensils. There is no way you can sit on the sofa. I would suggest paying a little extra—maybe $25—for a better quality room and a more comfortable stay.

Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean . The front desk was friendly and welcoming. Not on the main track for Lake George but really just a min or two away. The room was very clean. Fridge was cold. Plenty of hot water at any time. Comfortable beds and as a lone woman traveler, I felt safe with the location, and the appropriateness of the doors. I was there for work and did not go to Shepards Park but have been before and it's a wonderful park with a little beach and new amphitheater.

Nothing to dislike unless you just want to nit pick the location. It's not on the main drag for Lake George but it's only a minute or two away. Quieter for sleeping and resting before you go to town

Tired old style facility, minimim investment in quality of the physical buildings. The management team is available to help with any questions regarding your stay.

It is what it is - a budget motel on the edge of town. Acoustics are not good, kitchenette has very limited facilities so they are clearly discouraging guests from cooking; one pan, no kettle. Despite a big sign saying that cleaning of the kitchen is not included & that you will be fined $25 if you do not wash, dry and put kitchen equipment away, no tea towel was provided. We asked and were given paper towel as none available. Having cooked a bowl of pasta we discovered there was only one fork. By then it was too late to ask reception. Check-in had been easy and pleasant but we decided to check out a day early and wanted to give some feedback but there was no one on reception other than a ten year old boy. When I asked to speak to an adult he came back saying his mum was busy.

the floor in one of the rooms we stayed in had no carpet and the hard wood floor was dirty. Appeared to not have been moped or cleaned in some time. turned the bottom of our socks dirty.

You really get what you pay for. This is not an exclusive or luxurious accommodation, but it is a perfectly decent place to stay. Our room was ok, bathroom clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen, which had everything we needed. Whenever we were missing something, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful and provided it for us without any problem. There is parking right in front of the room, which is very convenient. The laundry room is on the other side of the building, and the cost is $5 per wash. The location is very good, about a 10 minute easy walk to the town and the beach. There is also a city bus that stops near the accommodation, although we didn’t use it. Overall, a good choice if you are looking for a simple, comfortable and reasonably priced place rather than luxury.

The room was stark and could've used more decor and bedspreads, extra blankets. Room felt damp. TV, Internet was spotty, went in and out.

Arriving at the hotel, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful explaining everything. It was easy to find was not knowing the location or area. It was clean. The property was outstandingly groomed. The pool was extremely clean. Everything was tidy and put together their personal yard was stunning that you could tell that they took a lot of pride in their property. I think this made it feel more family oriented. I had brought myself my mother, my niece and my two nephews to attend Six Flags music park and to celebrate birthdays of the summer. I found it very nice and now we will return next year thank you Scott Diggins.

I like that the rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Showers were large. My mother is a handicap easy access to other things in town century located very helpful friendly.

We were hoping for a toaster oven but had only a stovetop, microwave, and coffeemaker. Fridge door kept getting stuck on the baseboard, but it was manageable. Sofa was a bit stained. We just covered it with the extra blanket provided.

Laundry and swimming pool access was not provided to staff for the open office hours, you have to ask the staff to give you access each time. No shampoo in bathroom. No towel change.

Great location, being close to busy restaurant/shop/activities area, but a little ways out so it was peaceful and quiet. We loved that our room had a back door onto a balcony overlooking green space. Very nice quiet area to relax.

Room 17 is very moist, everything was constantly wet and the towels and wet clothes never dried. They have a dehumidifier in the room but it was full even before we got there. No one emptied it so it was no help. One bed had crumbs in it. The walls were thin. Could hear banging above all night as if furniture was being moved or and irish step dancing crew was performing. Not enough towels or toilet paper in the room for a 3 night stay. Passable place to rest but not great.

There were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang our towels on. The refrigerator kept me awake all night the first night, with a very loud humming.

My wife and I booked the honeymoon suite for our 25th anniversary. It was great. The hot tub in the room was very nice, but some of the little touches really made our stay great. The main features of the room, the hot tub, the faux fireplace, soft bed and sofa are the main selling points but the owner had a lamp with a soft green bulb as a night night and the fan light was gentle on the eyes. Most hotels have industrial grade lighting which is horrible. This was like being at home. Storage was very well thought out with drawers and cubbies as a closet. Very helpful. We came to Lake George for two concerts, so we didn't have much time in our room or the pool, but what we did see was great. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I didn't have any reason to bother the staff, so our interactions were limited to check in, check out and few friendly waves when going by the office. I gave this stay 10 of 10 and we will be back.

There are only two downsides for this place. Route 9L is not a great place to walk at night, drive it once and you'll see the problem fast cars and no sideways isn't optimal. The other issue is the hot tub is obviously a refit and is loud. It's great, but out of courtesy to other guests, you don't want to run this at midnight. Neither one of these are a big deal, but worth a little consideration

The lady at the desk was very pleasant when we arrived. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. We liked having a ceiling fan to move the air. The lighting was good and it was nice having a table and two chairs to sit at. We also enjoyed the large outdoor pool.

The room looked clean and vacuumed. However, the floor could have used a mopping down as our bare feet became quite dirty when walking on it. There was no towel bar nor shelving for the towels, so we had to hang things off shower rod and leave on the door handle to dry. Not a criticism, but a comfortable chair with a floor lamp in the large vacant space in the room would have been nice.

Bed wasn’t too comfortable. Room was muggy even despite the AC being on. And we didn’t get new towels each day which would’ve been nice. Everything else was good!

We love this motel! Super convenient to walking distance to town and out of the way from busy traffic. Plenty of restaurants around and a bike path right down the street that takes you right into downtown Lake George. Room was plenty big and beds were comfortable. Very spacious and clean.

Only one thing..we are "unpackers". We like to take everything out of our suitcases. For just 3 nights we made it work but any longer there was no room. To keep the esthetic of the room some larger cubes under the tv would be perfect. This doesn't change anything about our stay, just a suggestion. It was great and we plan to stay there next year again.

Property was cozy, you don't really deal with staff only at check in. Check out you just leave key in a box.
