The overall experience was good - room was clean and personal was nice. However, I would like to make a suggestion regarding the baggage carts. We had to wait for one hour to have a cart to bring our luggage into our room. The front-desk staff kept on reassuring us that someone was looking for them - but here's a cheap suggestion to help: place a air-tag on them so you can locate them easily! And, for a hotel that size, maybe add a few more carts...?

Nice weekend at the Courtyard! Love the rooftop for viewing the fireworks! Clean room, comfortable bed, nice view of the lake and enjoyed the restaurant, Charlie's.

the room was large, nice lake view, good air conditioning, good shower. nice outdoor balcony. clean. the staff were super friendly throughout - from cleaners to counter staff to servers. location is perfect. free parking is a bonus. no direct beach access but it's less than 4 minutes away to the public access. and the room rate is "very" reasonable given the location, time of year, etc.

room is dark because of the patio's overhanging design. quite poor soundproofing (wooden structure? you can hear a lot of movement in the rooms above). the tiny fridge was a bit peculiar, with some issues on being on (at all) or cold enough. THERE IS NO SAFE in the room, and we didn't find a hair dryer, either.

For the largest 4th of July celebration, the 250th, we booked early. At the time we secured our stay, all hotels were open along with a resort we have visited. We made an error choosing and trusting Marriott Courtyard for such an important holiday stay! We booked 5 adults. We booked for $1450 as booking required 3 nights when we only needed one! Our reservation is still for 5 adults. I was looking at photos and clicked details- I did not see the sofa bed, read further and the balcony room we had did not accommodate 5, so I called Marriott. We thought we were secure and when I asked the hotel to fix this, they didn’t care, and tried to put us in a crappy room without a balcony! All they have said is pretty much … your fault … move you to a crappy room! The manager tried to place blame on me…corporate did not agree with the manager, but also didn’t make this right! I booked the correct number of adults and it is still on the reservation! (5). The stay in the balcony room is confirmed for 5! Today is the last day to cancel and this has exploited my time with a BBB complaint, calls, emails, and so much stress for each of us. This hotel booking issue is still unresolved. Our stay has been destroyed by these people for no reason other than greed, unprofessional disregard, and a refusal to make this right. We are forced to stay home! All good rooms and properties are taken and prices are extremely high last minute! WE HAVE NOWHERE TO STAY BECAUSE WE TRUSTED OUR STAY TO MARRIOTT COURTYARD LAKE GEORGE! I liked that it was easy access to the strip

The woman at the coffee bar was not the friendliest. The hallways smelled musty snd the room.

Thursday through the weekend they jack the rates ridiculously. I know everybody does it, supply and demand, but it makes it very difficult if you want to stay during those times

Our room was huge and clean. Hotel has a great restaurant where we ate lunch and breakfast the next day. Nice bar area. Amazing views. Truly a gem.

Balcony facing the lake was great! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave were very convenient. Bring my own real cups and tea bags so can have a cup of tea on balcony before going to breakfast. Hotel was very quiet.

The location was great. The room was clean and roomy.

We had dinner at the hotel and that meal wasn't as good as it could've been. The nachos were extremely salty and the mixed drinks were not great.

Close proximity to everything, cleanliness and staff were fantastic

Beds uncomfortable and room above us had a child where the parents where letting child run up and down halls and room slamming door till 11pm at night . Staff tried to mitigate the issue but the parents should have been asked to leave. Many people complained.. we were there to relax and that was very unsettling.

Everything, we have been going to lake george for several years. We love the courtyard. We will continue to stay there.

I liked everything about it. The room was super clean. It was very comfortable, and very quiet. The Bar/Restaurant was really nice. It has a really cool coffee shop too. The common areas were fantastic. The location is great. Last, but certainly not least, the staff was Awesome.

Stayed overnight on our way home. The front desk staff was friendly and our room was clean. There was a sports tournament group in the hotel as well and the room was relatively quiet. We didn’t get to explore the town, but it seemed like a great location for a longer stay. Coffee was good at the cafe. We would stay here again.

The restaurant attached to it was very good. Good drinks at the bar and the bartenders were knowledgeable. We could see the lake from our room it had a big deck. It is a short walk to the lake and is in downtown.

Being off season pricing could have been a little lower.

Nicely located. Great view of the lake. Very clean and staff friendly. Very comfortable.

Parking was a bit limited. 2 many spaces taken for electric vehicles that weren’t being used. Also, no conditioner and no body wash in the shower dispensers. TV reception was spotty at times.

This hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was very good.

We had a gorgeous view from our balcony. Everything was clean and well kept

That the rooms didn’t have a menu for the restaurant or coffee in it. It would have been nice to see what there was before going. Our son is autistic and picky eater so preparing him for options before going would have been beneficial.

The refrigerator was TOO small.Had to throw food away Couldn't adjust the heat because it was cold . Asked for extra pillows and blankets and did not get them Too many public people are wondering about the build. Have to walk through the lobby , restaurant and front desk to get to the pool Pool was

The pictures were very deceiving, online when I booked it looked like the room had more room, but when I got in the room it was just a normal size hotel room to me.

On the first day, the front desk staff gave us the wrong room. While we were in the room, another guest opened the door, and that’s when we realized she had made a mistake. That was very bad experience .

The stay was very nice clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooftop was very nice and clean that was a plus in our stay.

We wish the rooftop hours were longer 24hrs access would be awesome!

The room was very clean and bright. We had a room with a balcony and we could see the lake across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.
