ولا حاجة عجبتني غير ان الاستاف محترم و كويس جدا

الغرفة مش نضيفة و مفيش حد بيدخل ينضفها غير بعد تسجيل الخروج ، الاوضة كانت ريحتها وحشة جدا بسبب تسريب في صرف حوض المطبخ ، الفطار سيء جدا عبارة عن علبة زبادي و قطعة جبنة و بيضة و فول و نفس الفطار كل يوم غير انه وقت تسليم الغرفة لم يقم اي شخص بتنضيف الغرفة غير لما طلبنا ف هي مرة و لن تتكرر

من احسن الفنادق اللي في دهب واللي نزلت فيها من حيث نضافة الغرف والجو العام

It has a swimming pool which is refreshing in the summer but times are restricted to get in while what you want is to be in when you can't be in the sea...

It was very dirty. Everywhere: bathroom, bedroom (stains of yogurt on the bedroom wall and despite asking for it to be cleaned: not done), the door handle broke second use, the rooftop where breakfast is served (and it's impossible to have it served anywhere else) has got nowhere to sit that is not disgusting or broken. The sheets were stained and the towels still had tangled hair inside them. It was only for one night, otherwise I would have asked for a refund and to change hotel...

The hotel has a great location, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

La posizione non era molto centrale e bisognerebbe pulire un po meglio i pavimenti.

I am absolutely stunned by my experience here. The view from my room of the magnificent Dahab Mountains looked exactly like a beautiful painting. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the very best of Egyptian hospitality and felt genuinely welcomed. The staff truly represents the incredible reputation of Dahab—they filled my heart with so much warmth! On top of the unforgettable hospitality, my room was decent, clean, and comfortable, and the swimming pool was fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. I want to CONGRATULATE all the staff for a JOB well done. I will come back soon. Dahab is truly a piece of Art from God.

للأسف كانت جودة الغرف سيئة جدا، الأسرة متهالكة والاغطية متسخة، والارضيات غير نظيفة. يوجد تسريب ماء مستمر داخل الحمام مع العلم اننا ابلاغنا طاقم العمل لكن دون أي جدوى، لا يوجد أي حمالات ملابس و مناشف داخل وخارج الحمام، وهناك نقطة مهمة جداا ((( طعم الماء غير مستساغ ابدا ))) وكان هذا مثير للشك جدا عن مصدر الماء الذي يزود الفندق. من لحظة الوصول طلبنا الغاء الحجز من هذا التطبيق ومن الموظفين في الفندق دون أي غرامات لكن رفض الفندق الطلب. يبعد الفندق عن الممشى السياحي 10 دقائق مما يتطلب من المقيمين فيه المشي من خلال طرق فرعية غير معبدة وفيها رائحة كريهة. كنا انا وصديقي نستيقظ يوميا الساعة ال 7 صباحا بسبب إزعاج باقي النزلاء بالفندق، يصرخون بالممرات وبين الغرف وطاقم الفندق لا يحرك ساكن وكان هذا الأمر الطبيعي. للأسف كان هذا الفندق أسوأ ما في هذه الإجازة المنتظرة من فترة طويلة.

Increíble lugar y atención sobretodo por parte del personal.Ubicacion perfecta ,al lado del centro a 5 minutos pero sin el ruido del centro de Dahab

Un bel hôtel avec du potentiel, les espaces communs sont agréables. Dommage que l'entretien général soit un peu limite notamment dans les chambres.... petit déjeuner basique. Les prestations correspondaient au petit prix payé. Hôtel parfait pour quelques nuits si vos attentes ne sont pas celles d'un 3 étoiles européen.

The owner speaks english. The room was beautiful; the whole building is beautiful. The price was good. I stayed 2-3 days, in a double room. If I didn't leave Dahab, would have stayed longer in this hotel.

I would have preferred a better communal kitchen...., but it's not a big problem.

It was calm, nice and clean. Perfect Egyptian breakfast included.

We had a very nice time staying in dolphina. Spotless spacious rooms, great rooftop with beautiful views to the beach and the mountains, and very charming staff, especially Ayman. We had a great relaxing time and hopefully we'd be back soon

Shower could improve a bit, but that's not very significant and we had a great stay

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have made us a nice Egyptian breakfast every morning. It has been super relaxing and helpful with things. The manager is helpful and has been kind with letting me book more stays through him. It has a nice swimming pool and hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and nice.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and had a balcony. There was hot water in the shower, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. The room also had a fridge and a kettle, although there were no cups or cutlery provided. There was also an electric heater in the room, which seemed unnecessary. We didn’t try the breakfast, as we left early in the morning before it started.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. When we were about to leave the room in the morning, the door lock got stuck and we were unable to get out. We had to shout and knock for quite some time before a staff member came with tools to help us. The contact phone number listed on Booking did not answer. The night was also very noisy. Around 1 a.m., guests from neighboring rooms returned and sat by the pool on sun loungers, talking loudly. Later, they walked through the corridors, slammed doors, and continued speaking loudly until around 4 a.m. Hotel staff were either not present or did not attempt to calm the guests.

Мне понравился данный вариант в виду своей стоимости и удаленности от туристического центра, и я не ошибся, в номере чисто и аккуратно, собственная душевая, полотенца. В моем проживание были включены завтраки, которые располагаются в кафе на крыше, завтрак простой но сытный. В отеле есть бассейн, но больше как декорации, зимой вода холодная. Также есть 2 собаки 🐕 🐕, дружелюбные и чистые) В целом всё соответствует стоимости и качеству.

كان الفرش يحتاج الي تغيير في البداية ولكن عندما طلبت تم تغييره وتم تنديف الغرفة بالكامل

Nice looking small hotel with clean pool, covered terrace & bar. Rooftop breakfast was good. Nice views, in quiet but good location. Bed was comfortable & clean. The staff were polite & friendly.

Such a shame that the bathroom was so dirty. The shower glass was white with residue! The shower head & taps were rusted. A few power points were hanging off the wall. The area beneath the sink was mouldy. So much shouting, slamming doors and music, both early in the morning & late at night, that I found it quite difficult to sleep. These, however, are just minor staff training issues. If these & the other minor things can be fixed, I would definitely recommend the place to friends.

The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was good on the roof terrace, for the price it was excelent value.

Я бы сказал, если вы хотите квест по Чернобылю и его домам и квартиры с последствиями, то вам сюда.

Извините, но или вы делаете бизнес и сервис или закрывайтесь на…й. Это 2* с трудом, если можно так назвать после ниже написанного. Грязно, гель он же мыло и шампунь. Полотенце замученные пляжные по запросу, в номере нет. Сушилка для полотенца при мне отвалилась и при админе и он поправил, он удивленно посмотрел на меня «что не так…?». Вода течет где-то. Двери замученные. Кровать местами проседает из-за отсутствия досок. Короче это последнее место куда нужно думать селиться. Еда без выбора, что принесли. Грязно все… оххх

Sherif was nice enough to put me in a lovely brand new room.. which is lovely and comfortable ..

Абсолютно ничего не понравилось, ужасно. При заезде номер был грязным, все в волосах, мусоре, никто не убрал, мне принесли ведро с водой и я мыла номер сама, включая туалет и сантехнику. Вся мебель поломана, матрасы старые, пружинные, продавленные от старости. Мы с мужем спали на полу. Окно в номер не закрывалось, мы переживали, что могут залезть и украсть наши вещи. Чтобы открыть дверь в номер, нужно было приложить усилия, потому что кто то уже видимо ломал дверь, замок был наперекосяк. Лампы над кроватями разбитые , осколки стекла от плафонов сыпятся на голову. Персонал сидит у бассейна, мы не смогли купаться, потому что было повышенное внимание к «белым»людям , что было крайне не приятно. На завтраке , нам предложили пластиковые контейнеры без вилок, и персонал был сильно удивлял, когда мы попросили помыть тарелки и дать нам столовые приборы. В номере пахло туалетом. Вид из окна на стройку. Не стоит своих денег. Избегайте это место!

Выезд в 10 утра, но в 9:30 утра нам уже стучали в дверь, чтобы мы выходили. Кстати при заезде, они нам написали, что заезд в 13 часов, вместо заявленного времени в 12 дня…

The property had some charm. Clean pool. Comfortable beds. Excellent AC unit. Quiet are close to centre.

Bathroom/Kitchen fittings need renewing. Patio doors didn't lock. Some problems beneath sink. A real shame as these things are easy to sort out.

A very wonderful hotel, excellent treatment, the rooms are very good, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is flawless, and the quiet atmosphere is frankly one of the best experiences, cheap prices, nothing to imagine, and close to the sea, not far, and a harmony of bright colors, wonderful artistic paintings, and stunning views. Frankly, we do not regret my experience with the Dolphina Hotel♥️
