The basic needs weren’t available, they charge you for water, and this is the minimum you could ask for, even in the room there is no bottle of water, no tea bags, no refill for paper towels, they don’t clean the room every day, only the first day you take the room clean, there is no air conditioner in the living area, only in the bedroom.

Check-in & Check-out: Fast and smooth process. We were kindly given our room keys an hour before the official check-in time, and check-out was equally seamless. ​Apartment & AC: The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and both the fridge and microwave were in great condition. ​Pool & Gym: The swimming pool is clean, pretty, and well-maintained. The gym room is surprisingly well-equipped with a wide variety of machines.

Bathroom Experience (Major Issue): There was a persistent, overpowering sewage smell throughout our stay that invaded the bedrooms whenever the bathroom door opened. The sink and shower head were worn out and unstable, and poor floor drainage caused water to flood the area around the toilet for hours after taking a shower. ​Housekeeping & Service: Rooms are not cleaned automatically; you must request it at reception. Getting simple items like toilet paper or fresh towels required multiple requests and took a long time to be delivered. ​Wi-Fi: Extremely poor and completely unusable during our entire stay. ​Breakfast & Outdoor Dining: A very basic Egyptian breakfast that was repetitive with no daily variation. Quantities (especially cheeses) were minimal and took forever to be refilled. Serving the buffet outdoors by the pool was uncomfortable in the heat, and stray cats wandering around the chairs were quite bothersome. ​Lack of Amenities: No towels are provided at the pool (you must bring your own). Sun umbrellas are scarce and have to be dragged around manually. Additionally, there were no chairs inside the unit, making the balcony unusable. ​Kids' Facilities: The playground in the garden is very small, outdated, and needs better maintenance. There are also no water features or slides at the pool. Staff Attitude & Service (Pool Bar Area): The staff, particularly at the pool bar area, were unfriendly and lacked hospitality. They never take any initiative to ensure guests' comfort. For instance, when we asked them to bring a sun umbrella, they ignored our request. They wait for you to ask and even then hesitate or delay taking action.

The hotel was good enough to spend for a couple of days, I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the quiteness during the night, the receptionists were friendly and the staff super helpful when you ask for anything, however, most of them do not speak english, so better to use a translator.

The internet was not working all the time, specially during the mornings and got too slow at night. Breakfast was served in front of the pool, the view was great but it was kinda windy so you gotta be careful when eating, it would be great if they offer from time to time different kind of food and not the same breakfast menu eveyday.

New property, clean buildings with a small-resort feel. Pool area was solid, and having breakfast served poolside was a nice touch. Staff were helpful and did what they could. Location is a fair middle ground — about 15 minutes’ walk to the beach, cafes, and market, so not isolated but not right in the middle of things either.

No water bottles or toilet paper provided in the room. Breakfast selection was limited. Internet was down for 3 days straight despite repeated requests to fix it. Amenity timing needs adjusting — breakfast should start before 8am and the gym before 9am.

The hotel room was a comfortable, good-sized one-bedroom apartment-style space with a separate lounge and kitchenette, including a microwave, fridge, kettle, and utensils. The lounge featured a sofa bed, TV, and large coffee table. The bedroom air conditioning was excellent, and while the bathroom was small, it was functional and had a good shower. The swimming pool was a great size and an excellent place to unwind, with a pool bar offering a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Breakfast had a very good variety, including omelettes, cheeses, cold meats, pastries, and yoghurt, which we enjoyed outside by the pool each morning. Situated in a quiet location, the hotel is around a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the centre of Dahab, with nearby shops for water and essentials. The overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, quiet, and chilled—perfect for unwinding after exploring Egypt’s busy sights or spending a day doing water sports. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and informative, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

部屋は広くて綺麗で値段も安くて良かったです。

食器類があまりないのでもう少し欲しかったです。 エジプトでは多いですがシャワーの周りに囲いが無いのでシャワー後はトイレもベタベタになります。 歩いて中心方面に行けますが15分ぐらいは歩くので少し遠いです。

הופתעתי לטובה מעל ומעבר לציפיות! המקום מציע שקט נפשי אמיתי, רמת ניקיון גבוהה ואווירה נעימה ומרגיעה בטירוף שפשוט מאפשרת להתנתק מהכל. צוות המלון פשוט מקסים ונחמד באופן יוצא דופן. תודה מיוחדת לג׳ורג׳ מהקבלה שתמיד קיבל את פנינו עם חיוך רחב, וליאסר – שניהם עזרו לנו בכל עת ועשו מעל ומעבר כדי שיהיה לנו נעים. כמה נקודות ששווה לציין: החדרים: מרווחים מאוד, נקיים ומזמינים. האוכל: במסעדת המלון מגישים אוכל טעים ברמות ומפנק, והמחירים הוגנים לחלוטין. הבריכה והבר: בריכה נעימה וכיפית עם אחלה צוות בבר שדואג לאווירה טובה. בשורה התחתונה – עשיתם לי את החופשה! תודה רבה לכל הצוות, אין ספק שאחזור שוב.

היה שקט יחסית קרוב לשוק יש את הבר על בריכה שהוא ממש נחמד עם מחירים סבבה לגמרי והבריכה גם סבבה לגמרי

It was best place to stay in Dahab. Nice location not far from main road and 5 min walk from the coast. Area is quite and clean. Great swimming pool. Some playground for kids. Good variety of food in main bar. And very good service. For those who does regular workouts there is a gym in one of buildings, all included. The price vs quality is very balanced. Thank you! Recommend this place for couples and families.

Only one small thing was not really perfect - poor breakfast. But they gladly collected our opinions and promised to improve. And we did not have dining table in our rooms.

Spacious, clean, modernly furnished and equipped apartments. Located within 15-minute walk from the promenade, thanks to which you will appreciate space and quiet. Located in a complex of a few houses placed around green area and a swimming pool. There are around 4-5 apartments in each house, which gives you tranquility and privacy. Good sound insulation. Each apartment is equipped with a fridge, microwave, a couple of plates, mugs and cutlery. Our apartment had a living room, bedroom, kitchen annex and a spacious bathroom. Finally western standards and a cozy place. We tried to book directly, however, during our stay the price offered through booking.com was lower thanks to Genius discounts and mobile only pricing. In the evenings you can enjoy a movie night in a dedicated tent. Staff (Alaa and Yasr) were helpful and accommodating. We were allowed early check-in and late check-out with no extra fees.. Good value for money.

Breakfast is simple, we’ve had both better and less sophisticated in Egypt: foul, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried aubergine, white cheese with cucumber, Egyptian pastries, flat bread, yoghurt. It is served by the pool. Cleaning service available upon request by WhatsApp message

The apartment was basically clean, however we found a dead cockroach when we arrived. The breakfast is okay, but every day it is the same. Coffee is not inclued in the price of the breakfast. you need to pay 65 EGP p coffee. The half eyed cats are very disgusting around the breakfast table

They dont provide too much toilet paper, only two roll, for 4 person. We had to ask every day, and they only gave us 2 rolls. There was no cooking equipment however it was on booking. There was no microwave oven as well. There was a kettle but it is very slowly, to boil 0.7 L water takes 45 minutes.... There is no internet in the evenings, only in the mornings.

Не было отдельно полотенец для рук. Было бы удобно, чтобы при заселении в номере было пару бутылок питьевой воды и пару пакетиков чая и кофе.

ואוו וואו פשוט ואוו אין מילים לתאר את החוויה במלון המיוחד הזה הצוות היה מדהים אני רוצה לציין במיוחד את ג'ורג' שייצא מגדרו לעזור לנו בהכל והיה זמין בכל שעות היממה נתן לנו לעשות ציק אין מוקדם וציק האוט מאוחר מאוד החדרים נקיים בצורה יוצאת דופן המיטות נוחות ויש מרפסות גדולות מרחק הליכה מהטיילת ויש שם חדר כושר ברמה גבוהה מאוד החדרים מאובזרים בכל מה שנדרש הייתי במספר מלונות בסיני עד שהכרתי את המקום הזה ואת ג'ורג' המדהים ומאז חזרתי פעמים ואני עוד יחזור מי שמגיע לדהב שיעשה טובה לעצמו ויקח את המלון הזה לחוויה מושלמת. הבריכה נהדרת ושייקים טעימים מאוד בקיצור לא יכולתי לבקש טוב יותר .שלמות!!

Unbeatable value in Dahab! Staff were gems, location spot‑on: 10 mins to the mosque, 5 mins to great food, 2 mins to groceries, and a short stroll to the beach. Quiet, secure, and perfect for chilling. Breakfast hit the spot, pool was decent, rooftop views were wow. Rooms comfy, beds snooze‑approved, kitchen fine. We smashed the table tennis but ignored the PlayStation—though a pool table would’ve been the cherry on top! Three adults, all smiles. Would happily stay again.

This place is the definition of value for money in Dahab. The staff are excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The location couldn’t be better: less than 10 minutes’ walk to the mosque, 5 minutes to great food spots, 2 minutes to the grocery shop, and just a short stroll to the beachfront. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with quiet surroundings and 24/7 security that make it ideal for peaceful relaxation. Breakfast was consistently good, the pool a decent size, and the rooftop views absolutely stunning. The lounge and bedrooms were roomy, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen area perfectly functional. We had fun with the table tennis (PlayStation stayed untouched), though a pool table would be the cherry on top! All in all, this is unbeatable for value in Dahab—we loved it so much we even changed our itinerary to stay here again instead of Sharm. Three adults, all smiles, and we’d happily return for round three.

Spacious family room and a nice pool. Breakfast is ok, they prepare your eggs. Optimal for Arabic guests.

The room smelled of tobacco smoke. They can't grant you a non-smoking room as there are no smoke detectors in the room. There is a hidden switch in the kitchen not labeled, where you can accidentally turn of the boiler, so no warm water until you figure out what is the issue. WiFi is separate for each room, took 2 days until they sent us the right pw.

I liked how clean the place was, it was kid-friendly, and the location was close to downtown but still quiet.

I didn't like that no room service was provided, I was told I could've asked for it... The staff also wasn't the best. They obviously lack a lot of experience.

I scored this low because of the music that blasted loud all day at the pool in the middle of the units. It was not possible to read a book by the pool or on the balcony. This was a shame because the bar and pool area was nice. Even with the doors shut, the music, particularly the bass, pounded in the back bedroom. We avoided the hotel after breakfast until dusk. I would not recommend the hotel because of this. Other smaller things: no bed side lamps, no floor towel or mat in the bathroom, no hand towels, no pots for the oven, no microwave, no comfortable chairs on the balcony, only 2 chairs at the table for 4 beds, sharp broken and loose tiles in the shower surround.

It's a good distance from the promenade (around 12 mins walk). Spacious and also has a good simple breakfast. Good value for money!

Only thing is that they put Arabic music very loud in the pool, but nothing major and of course only during the day.
