Reviewed Feb 26, 2026It was perfect for our family holiday in Christchurch’s central city. Also free parking was easy to find close to the property which was great. We could easily walk into the square/restaurants etc. We would definitely use the property again. Tidy clean and everything we needed
It didn’t affect us, but two sets of steeper stairs may be challenging for older/less mobile people

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025We stayed here for work and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house is modern, clean, and well looked after. It’s in a quiet area but still close to town, which made it super convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook proper meals, and the whole place felt really comfortable and homely. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Christchurch!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Location is very central, clean and tidy, nice and sunny too. Kitchen was well stocked with glassware/plates etc. Bed was very comfortable.
The description of the property said free parking and parking - there is no parking which was very problematic with a rental car and my 82 year old mum, it is luck of the draw finding a carpark on the road even close to the property, especially in the evening. We weren't advised of the lack of parking until we received the code to enter the property the morning of check in and by then it is too late to change accommodation. Also, if travelling with elderly people, there are a lot of stairs and the bedrooms are on two separate levels upstairs.

All being 75+ there were far many stairs to lug cases up to bedrooms. There wasn’t any indication that there were three floors. From the photos we assumed that the bedrooms may have been on a second floor but definitely not a third. Parking was a very real problem. While we were certainly happy to walk from where we could find a car park we experienced continuous rain for our stay and were constantly wet going out and coming back. Needed to have an area to put umbrellas and very wet coats.

Noise from neighbour playing loud music, with a subwoofer vibrating apartment walls, every night for over 6 hours at a time. Property owner advised of this each day, but nothing was done about the issue. Not a great place to stay if you are seeking some peace and quiet or if you fancy sleeping before midnight.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025Cute, sleek, stylish townhouse with a full kitchen, nice living room with sectional to lounge and all hang out on the main floor. Kids had their own room and full bath on the 2nd floor and we (parents) took over the 3rd floor master which was nice to have a separate space with a big beautiful bathroom & king bed. Took full use of the washer/dryer combo unit. The building was cute and area felt safe despite all of the construction nearby and easy to walk to town center with lots of restaurants, cafes & shopping.
The unit did not come with parking although promised easy street parking. This may not normally be a big deal for us but when we came in from the airport it was early evening and raining so parking was hard to find and we had to walk a couple of blocks with all of our bags in the rain. We moved the car closer later so when we left in the sun it was just across the street. So poor timing and weather just didn't work in our favor the 1st night. Also loved having access to the washer/dryer unit (with included supplies) but it took a couple of rounds to actually dry clothes so we had to factor that in. Otherwise great stay!!

Reviewed Nov 13, 2024Located right on the edge of the CBD with a short walk to all the amenities. Apartment had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Both bedrooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Multiple bathrooms was a plus.
The extractor fan in the 2nd floor bathroom was rather loud and turned on with the light, so there was no option to turn it off. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though!
