- الشقة قديمة ومتهالكة، وتفتقر إلى أي نوع من الصيانة. - مستوى النظافة شبه معدوم، والمكان يستخدم كمخزن للكراكيب. - الشقة غير آمنة للأطفال بسبب وجود أسلاك على الأرض وأسلاك كهربائية مكشوفة، ومقابس كهربائيّة مكسورة أو مغلقة بشريط لاصق (صور متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو). - لا يمكن تصنيف هذا المكان حتى ضمن شقق فندقية بنجمة واحدة. - السرير تسبب لي في حكة جلدية شديدة لمدة يومين، فقررنا غسل الشراشف، اكتشفنا أن غطاء المرتبة متّسخ مسبقاً بأشياء من النزيل السابق وبعد نزع غطاء المرتبة، اكتشفنا أن المرتبة نفسها متّسخة بشكل صادم وغير صالحة للاستخدام البشري (صور متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو) كما وُجدت كراكيب مخزّنة تحت السرير (صور متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو) - أدراج الخزانة بلا مقابض!!! - المطبخ غير صالح للاستخدام، خزائنه قديمة، مكسورة أو غير منطقية. ومن حيث النظافة فكل سطح فيه دبق ومغطى بطبقات زيتيّة، بما في ذلك الخزائن، أدوات الطبخ، فرن الغاز، والميكرويف. - زجاج الفرن الداخلي مغطى بالدهون بشكل يستحيل معه الاستخدام (صور متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو). - الغلاية الكهربائية متهالكة ومتسخة، وعند طلب استبدالها، كان الرد غير مهني من مالك الشقة (صورة متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو). - أرضية المطبخ والشفاط في حالة يرثى لها، وكأنهما لم يُنظفا منذ شهور. - درج الثلاجة مكسور - غسالة الصحون موجودة لكن لا يمكن استعمالها (صورة متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو) - المكنسة الكهربائيّة متسخة ومكسورة (صورة متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو) - الأواني غير اللاصقة مجرّحة وتشكل خطراً صحياً. - أدوات الألمنيوم غير مكتملة (صور متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو) - وجود عدد كبير من بقايا طواجن مستخدمة مسبقاً (صورة متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو). - عدد الأطباق محدود جداً، وأدوات الطعام لا تتجاوز ثلاث قطع فقط (صور متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو). - تسريب مياه مستمر. - تصميم حمام الضيوف غير عملي، الباب لا يفتح بالكامل. - الحمام الثاني يعاني من تلف شديد في السباكة، مما أدى إلى انفجار أحد الأنابيب أثناء الإقامة. - الشرفة الكبيرة مليئة بالكراكيب (صورة متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو). - الشرفة الصغيرة لم تُنظف قبل وصولنا (صور متوفرة على جوجل ريفيو). - تم توفير صابون سائل غير جديد، وكان واضحاً أنه تم خلطه بالماء لتخفيفه. - لم يتم توفير ورق التواليت أو المحارم الورقية إلا عند الطلب، وبعد كثير من الاستفهاما

The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Mahmoud's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the accommodation, from the stylish decor to the thoughtfully provided amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Moreover, Mahmoud's hospitality exceeded my expectations; he was responsive, accommodating, and ensured that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend Mahmoud's place for a delightful and memorable experience in New Cairo City.
