It definitely isn’t a 4 star hotel as advertised! We were taken to three hotels before they eventually gave us the booked double room with two beds. Although they were not two queen beds as advertised and booked. They don’t seem to care that we were not happy and clearly used to upsetting other customers too. Booking.com misrepresented the star rating of the hotel as it was definitely not what one would expect of 4 star. The hotel owners appear to own a chain of hotels and take you to different ones until you’re tired and just accept the room. We ended up with a small single and a large double bed instead of the booked twin with two queen sized beds.

Scam hotel, don't come here; it is not at the adress mentioned in booking.com instead it is inside fabhotel around the corner; we only found it by calling them several times and the help of the uber driver; they tried to add "tax" to the hotel price that already included tax at the checkin; wanted 5% extra for credit card payment although I asked for credit card payment by mail before; dirty room and bed; noisy at night; no breakfast served although it is written to be included; location is close to the airport but the road connection is bad and finding the hotel took a lot of time; dirty surroundings; dirty room, bed and bathroom; no heating; blankets not warm enough

Reviewed Feb 21, 2025Property was at great location. 1.5 km away from IGI airport. Staff was very friendly. I was booked at Tu Casa but got accommodated in La Casa property.
The rooms were not clean. The bedsheets were not changed. Bathroom every faucet was either leaking or not working. No hot water . But for the price I had less expectations. Bugs everywhere.
