I used to enjoy staying here because of the comfort it gave me before, but my recent visits have been disappointing. Instead of improving the experience for frequent guests, the quality has declined. On my last stay, I had to request a room change because my assigned roommates—five of them—were extremely loud and disruptive. At 10 PM, when most guests should have been resting, they were splashing water and making noise in the bathroom, heavy footsteps, playing fb reels etc. I had an early 6 AM flight and expected a quiet environment, but the disturbance made it impossible to rest. I contacted the front desk for assistance, but my concerns were ignored. I ended up waking at 3 AM feeling exhausted and groggy. This lack of regard for loyal guests has made me decide I will not check-in on here anymore.

It's affordable and the staff are accommodating.

Tiny Cockroach

The Chck in Times were not clearly communicated. I missed check in time by 10 min. and they left me stranded on the Streets od Manila saying its not their problem that i missed the checki in time because check in is until 12am.

It is not with in the advertised image above, the ac position is also bad which also needs cleaning and the room smells like shit. And the socket from the sink is broken and the appliances are not working too, cant heat up ur food and water boiler is not working

Do not allow a guard to enter a guest’s room simply because housekeeping discovered that the guest was still in the bathroom at 1:00 PM. This shows a complete lack of consideration for a regular PWD client who had checked in at 7:00 PM the previous night. To make matters worse, the guard was pressuring the guest to leave the room while the guest was frantically trying to book a cab service.

I’ve stayed here five times already whenever I’m assigned to the Makati office, since I’m based in Cagayan de Oro. For me, City Flats is a great place for those traveling for work or errands around the Makati area. I always enjoy my stay—it’s comfortable and very accessible. What I love most is that it’s near a church, which I can easily visit whenever I have time.

Bathroom facilities are dirty Mosquitoes in room I requested for an additional blanket and told there was a daily fee that would cost an additional 40 percent of lodging rate🙄 More of the time the front desk have no staff and the place is run by a security guard whose military-like disposition & treatment is discouraging

The room is just too small and so is the toilet and the shower. The place doesn't have a nearby convenience store. It is also far from MRT/LRT station. No free toiletries and slippers.

The management doesn't have enough housekeeping staff to help one staff, they don't have receptionist just the security guards for cost saving as well as they are not totally supportive of their residents/tenants.

Its better have a free water drinking dispenser at the alley way area or in the lobby area. Its better have a free wifi and tv set in a studio room.

Comfortable, clean, and well furnished with easy elevator (and stair) access to each of floors. Key cards add a good level of security, as do dual small lockers (in room). Wifi access was good, but limited to front lobby (no wifi in rooms).. Small refrigerators in room are nice touch. Environment was nice/friendly, but people respected others' privacy.

Location was a little remote but not too bad. No wifi in rooms or common areas above ground floor. Due to closeness of Christmas season, catholic church next door played annoying musical recordings during different times in kate night (early AM).

I really had a comfortable sleep during my very short stay of 5 hours. It is very affordable.

The cabinet is not really reserved or exclusive. May naka occupy na gamit sa cabinet na partner ng bed ko. I also found a mosquito sa bed and walang light/lamp malapit sa bed. Also, the location is not really that accessible. Medyo malayo sa main road.

大量のゴキブリとアリが無限わいている。サイズは大きくはなく、主に2cm以下のゴキブリが、大量にいる。自分は5日間で20匹以上のゴキブリと出会い倒した。壁や棚などは特別古くはなく、一見きれいそうに見えるが、ゴキブリとても多かった。寝ている間に普通に乗っかってきます。また朝起きるとアリが行列をなしていた。ベットにアリが普通普通にいる。 また電気ケトルや冷蔵庫の中、など至る所いるので、気にする人は絶対使わないほうがいい。 清掃は1日に2回来るが、適当なので期待しない方がいい。 ゴキブリが苦手な人は絶対にやめたほうがいい。 WiFiが部屋になくフロントのみである。 チェックアウト日はルームカードキーが使えなくなるっぽいのでその都度フロントに言わなければならない。

Good location, reasonable price for basic accommodation, very clean, very good staff and attentive.

- Internet / Wifi is only available in the lobby, limited work area & no power charging station/outlet. For most transient travelers, digital nomads tourists from different countries, good wifi is essential and a necessity. - need to bring ear plugs & eye mask if you want to limit the noise from other roommates who snore loudly and talk on their phones without regard to other sleepers. - If you are taller than 6 feet +, you will be cramped in the bunk beds.
