Canggu Surf Paradise by Pertama Stay

Sin duda el mejor hostel que he visitado en lo que llevo 3 semanas viajando por Indonesia, cumplió totalmente con mis expectativas, venía de una muy mala experiencia y robo en un hostel y aquí me sentí segura y pude relajarme. Las fotos son tan cual a la realidad, todo muy limpio, ordenado, y espacioso, tiene hasta cocina que es un plus y la use muchas veces, me gusto tanto que extendí mi estadía, me ofrecieron cambiarme mis sabanas y toallas inclusive. En el baño tenían jabón, shampoo y acondicionador libre para usar. El personal muy amable y simpáticos, siempre pendiente si necesitas algo, muy amables me dieron de probar Durian, todos los días limpiaban las habitaciones y también durante el día el personal limpiaba las áreas comunes. La piscina muy agradable y limpia. La ubicación muy buena también muy cerca de un mercado, restaurantes y otros, caminando un par de minutos estaba la avenida principal y La playa. Muchas gracias al personal y sin duda recomiendo este lugar , volvería a ojos cerrados.

Mi colchón tenia un pequeño hundimiento, que quizás se alivianaría dando vuelta en cada cambio de huésped. Pero nada grave, pude dormir igual de cómoda y tranquila.

Ostello carino e molto tranquillo, in posizione comoda e silenziosa. Camera grande e letto confortevole. Area esterna piacevole e ben tenuta.

Great location - just a 15 min walk to the beach, lovely clean room and friendly staff! Amazing value for money!!

The pool had quite a lot of debris in it but think the trees above don’t help!

- Good location, short walk from the Batu Bolong beach and main area with restaurants and cafes. - Staff friendly and helpful when needed. - The pool area was clean and well maintained. - Good spacious room. Big bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Safety deposit box and air conditioning both available. - Free water dispenser available and water provided daily. - Fridge in the room.

שקיפות- הגענו למלון הזמנו חדרים בקומת קרקע פונים לבריכה, נאמר לנו כשהגענו כי חלה טעות בבוקינג והחדרים לבריכה מלאים ואוטומטית ההזמנה שלנו עוברת לקומה השנייה( שקר ראשון) ולאחר מכן נאמר שמחיר החדרים בקומה הראשונה והשנייה זהים(שקר שני) ניהול מזעזע

There was no name board of the property and we had to wander around looking for it. The entrance to this property is shady with random people sitting and smoking at the entrance .

The location is great, but the room is moldy, and the rooms are very mid. Overall it was ok, but I wish that they renovated the place for better experience.

I liked the amenities and toiletries provided, very complete. They offer drinking water and the shared kitchen is always clean. Very close to the ocean and to local food spots.

The pool could be cleaned more regularly

Cute little place, get a lot for your money. Room was spacious, big comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The pool was small but it was nice to have one and sit around it. In a great location for lots of different restaurants, shops and bars.

Logement très bien placé ! Personnel super gentil et chambre propre.

L’emplacement est top et la piscine mignonne mais les dortoirs vraiment très mal agencés. Les toilettes sont dans la même pièce que la douche avec aucun rideau ou séparation, le lavabo est directement dans la chambre et le tout est très sale, sans compter la clim qui faisait le bruit d’un tracteur

Bel hôtel avec une situation idéale. L’endroit est très cosy avec une piscine bien entretenue bien que nous nous sommes jamais baignés. La chambre est très joli et spacieuse.

Deux points qui nous ont déçu, nous avions payé un supplément pour avoir une vue directe sur la piscine et nous avions une vue directe sur la réception donc aucune intimité, problème qui a été résolu en insistant, en plus de la salle de bain qui n’était pas terrible, mauvaise odeur. Hormis tout cela, je recommande!

It was very nice. Not as crazy as I thought. Luckily there were three Japenese guys in my room who really know about RESPECT! Also I talked to then at the pool Which is lovely! The staff is very friendly(all of the Indonesians are just sweethearts. The room was clean. Everything right in the center to everywhere .

The place was decent and clean just as described in the reviews.

We rented a scooter for one day and received two helmets, with instructions only to park in the shared parking area (the parking area was shared between this hostel and an adjacent hostel, and as such the security too will be borne between the operating parties of the parking area). Upon returning in the evening, we placed the helmets on the side mirrors, as we were not advised otherwise. The next day, we were informed that one helmet was missing and were immediately charged for it. We requested to review the CCTV footage to confirm that we had returned with both helmets, however they kept mentioning that the CCTV footage does not face the parking area which should be poor management on their side. The management insisted on holding us responsible, despite our insistence that the hostel's security should cover any incidents in their controlled area. When we questioned the CCTV view, the staff suggested a lack of evidence meant we were still at fault. The manager also said that they have our identities and threatened to use them as they wish (in a very vague manner), which is very concerning in terms of treating guests. Ultimately, we were charged 200,000 rupiah. The anxiety of the event and being accused of stealing helmets was truly disappointing, in comparison to being charged 200,000, to what was meant to be a relaxing holiday. Additionally, the manager was quite rude at the end of the conversation. Our concerns extend to the hostel's overall safety, as it appears there is also a public gojek driver's resting area and people seem to be going in and out of the place frequently. So it brings the question of how any loss would be pinned on the guests when the security is very questionable. Overall, we believe no guest should have to endure such an experience.

The staff are really nice, the, rooms and location are good, great value for money, I will stay here again.

Few issues with the WiFi in the furthest biggest room, the air-conditioning could be a little bit better but apart from that it's definitely worth the money.

Everything was perfect. Booked for one night and ended up staying for a week just because it was so nice and comfortable. I had a private room which was very clean, spacious. The common space is also very chilling and the staff genuine and helpful with whatever you need. Location is also very convenient near many cafes and restaurants in Canggu and not far from the beach. Thanks I hope I will be back soon ❤️

I stayed here for 2 nights. This place gives calm vibes. Excellent staff - kind and helpful people. Location was good as it has many good vegan cafes, nails salon, gyms, shops in the proximity but a bit pricey imo.

The location is near to cafes, warungs(traditional Indonesia restaurant), various shops and beach! And their staffs are the best! They are always willing to help and always keep the environment so clean! I had a great time to chat with them and learned more about Bali. My dorm room is simple but clean. I slept well during my stay!

Oda biraz kirliydi diyebilirim. Birkaç yerde büyük örümcek ağları vardı. Duvarların uzun zamandır temizlenmediği belliydi.

I loved everything! Staff were amazing, everyone were always very nice and helpful. The room was great, quiet, big comfortable bed, there was a fridge with water, safebox, table, enough space, shower was comfortable, aircon and fan. The place was clean with free drinking water and shared kitchen, pool area was nice. Wifi was good. Absolutely loved everything

Aircon was not strong but with the fan it was fine.

La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, c'è il frigorifero, la tv, il climatizzatore, la cassaforte e il distributore di acqua potabile. È in una posizione molto comoda nel centro di Canggu e lo staff è super cordiale, preparato e disponibile. Ho soggiornato per 40 giorni senza avere nessun problema, tornerò sicuramente!

一人旅で個室に泊まりました。チャングーと言っても結構広いですが、ホステルがある場所は徒歩圏内におしゃれなカフェが数多くあり、ビーチまでも歩いて行ける最高の立地です。 ホステル自体も、便利ながら静かな立地で、設備は新しくきれい、宿泊客も大人で、騒ぐような人がおらず、とても快適に過ごせました。 気に入ったので、チャングー2回目の滞在の時もこちらにお世話になりました。

個室にコップがあったら良かったかな？くらいです。
