The room is spacious and comfortable. Good location, friendly staff team. The housekeeping team was attentive to check my stuff when i checked out.

This was my third time staying at The Hem. I currently live in Hoi An and come here on occasion to change it up and enjoy the city life. I've stayed a few other places but nothing i've tried compares for value, environment, staff, and service. Truly a boutique hotel high level experience. It's in My An within walking distance to anywhere in the My An area, which has incredible restaurants and it's a lively part of town.

Nothing stands out

Booked this hotel on a rainy day and hostely, i didn't mind being stuck inside at all. They have a cafe to work and chill. They have a pool to relax. The staff and their facilities are perfect - breakfast is good, laundry free is convenient. Our room is 301 that it is spacious, comfortable with kitchen, fridge and AC, smart TV

Room was spacious and comfy with full kitchen . Location excellent close to beach and restaurants. Very good service by reception team. Free washing machine and dryer on the floor.

The staff is kind and friendly and their service is perfect. The hotel offers free-laundry-service and it's comfortable for us to stay. We wish we could stay more. The location is in the alley with peace.

Top Lage, der rooftop InfinityPool ist sehr cool. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war top sauber und hochwertig.

Pool Fläche ist etwas marode, unter mir ist ein Brett eingebrochen. Zum Glück ist nichts passiert. Das Gym am Pool ist eigentlich nicht benutzbar, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert.

Modern hotel in a great location; shops, restaurants and the beach all within an easy walk. The room was spacious and comfortable and the secure underground parking was useful for us. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The room was looking a little tired in places, but this is to be expected and not necessarily a problem. The room was still very good value for money.

The design here is genuinely impressive - minimalist, warm and very thought through. Bed was comfortable and our room is spacious. Each floor they provide laundry service. The staff are kind and welcoming from bellman, front desk and housekeeping. They are pretty cute and supportive.

Beautiful minimalist design, clean and spacious room that the hotel provides kitchen in every room and laundry in a common space. The garden area in the rooftop is a lovely touch.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing and our private pool was perfect for the kids.

The pool decking was in need of repair and a few more deck chairs to Sit on would make it more comfortable

We booked the studio room for just one night before our flight back home but wow, this hotel is so amazing for our last day in VietNam. The room was super comfortable, modern and cozy with high-quality bedding. The staff are kind to help us check in early from 13h. Location is super convenient to the airport , just 10-15 minutes by car and to the beach, it's around 3-5 minutes.

Great staff, helpful and willing to assist with everything

The room was not what we expected. The gym's air conditioning wasn't working, and the cleaning staff skipped cleaning our room for several days. Additionally, the shower drain was blocked. The most disruptive issue, however, was the constant, incredibly loud construction work happening in the hotel every morning throughout our stay.

Der Service war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig. Das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten waren komfortabel.

Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr begrenzt, zu wenig. Im Bad hat der Abfluss massiv gestunken, man konnte die Tür nie offen lassen.

This is my third time returning to The HEM and it's also excellent. Many Russians stay here. They are very kind and friendly to try to help us understand what they mean ( even though my english is not good ). Thè HEM 2 is good with new room - premier studio room is good , fully equipped. The manager is kind to help us extend with good rate.

The rooftop has stunning panoramic views and is a perfect spot to unwind. The room is also spacious, clean and tidy. They are fully equipped ( kitchen, fridge and well-working AC ).

The staff were really attentive. There was a good breakfast and the rooms were spacious, clean and tidy.

The pool area was a little small. It was lovely but for the amount of guests not all could access it. There is also loud music playing in the corridors, in the morning this can be quite loud.

Hem is the perfect Da nang Apartment Hotel - spacious rooms, full kitchen. The staff are kind and friendly.

Bữa sáng ngon, nhân viên thân thiện và vị trí cực kỳ tốt ( trong hẻm nhưng yên tĩnh và gần biển Mỹ Khê - đi bộ 500 mét ). Nhân viên các bé thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, nhờ mấy bạn chỉ món ăn địa phương thì bao uy tín nhé. Phòng mình đặt là Studio thôi nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch, bếp có đầy đủ. Phòng rộng và giường cực kì êm - có nhờ các bạn chỉ cho loại nệm. Có ban công nhỏ nhưng thoáng mát.

The location is good, near everything ( mart, restaurant, coffee and transportation is easily accessible ). They are quiet near An Thuong Street and My Khe Beach. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The staff are warmly welcomed and always smiling. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness, mini golf, game room and laundry service.

Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and quiet, and my husband and I, felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Thank you

Due to road maintenance, we have to alight from our cab farther from the property as the road isn’t accessible that time for transport

A stunning boutique hotel in Da Nang with a rooftop pool that has beautiful panoramic views. They have fitness and mini golf on the rooftop. The minimalist design is gorgeous and the room are spacious, modern and fully equipped with kitchen. The washing machine and dryer are provided in common space.

Een uitstekende tijd bij Thè HEM gehad. Een mooi, modern hotel, fijne bedden en dito badkamer. Ruim opgezet. Goed ontbijt, zowel Vietnamees als Europees ontbijt. Ideale ligging, paar minuten lopen van het strand, naar centrum wat langer, maar dat is met een Grab makkelijk te doen. Genoeg te doen in Da Nang en omgeving. Personeel wil je daar graag bij helpen en adviseren. Ideaal dat je gratis gebruik mag maken van een wasmachine en droger, op vrijwel iedere verdieping staat een set.

Gym very small and doesn’t have a treadmill but actually found a cheap gym in the area that did day passes so wasn’t a huge issue.

Best value for money hotel in Danang, hands down. Included breakfast, free laundry ( washing machine and dryer ) but preparing powder. The room is clean and spacious ( kitchen, fridge in our room ) The staff are kind and very helpful. They helped us a lot. The vibe is chill and relaxing. The location is perfect ( near My Khe Beach - 5 minutes walk away ).

Thank for your surprise cake. We appreciate that. The staff are very attentive and kind. They prepare a cake for anniversary. Best value and service in Da Nang city. Their location is good and not far from beach and airport. We just slept 1 night but we were amazed by their hospitality. The breakfast was also good and varied in its choices.

This is a wonderful hotel. I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The design is beautiful, stylish, and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I would also like to mention the café at the hotel—it’s absolutely fantastic. Their fresh lime juice was a lifesaver in the extreme heat, and the breakfasts were excellent as well. The location is perfect. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Modern clean and large room with seperate living. Nice to have a big fridge and freezer and also a washing machine and dryer close by. Close to the Main Street of cafes and restaurants and the beach a 5 min walk

All was good

The breakfast was perfect - the fruit and pastry is also fresh and good - they were made daily. The coffee in their apartment is also good, the vibe is chill and perfect for slowing down before heading out for the day. The staff at receptionist is kind - they helped me a lot.

They could work on cleaning the room a little more before the next guest. Shower was clogged and kitchen area was Sticky when we arrived. But the stay was still amazing.

Các bé lễ tân và nhà hàng cũng dễ thương. Bữa sáng ấn tượng với nhiều món hương vị địa phương. - Phòng đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, hình ảnh trên booking y hệt mình nhận phòng. Có bếp, tủ lạnh, tivi trong phòng, có cả máy giặt và máy sấy nhưng mình chưa có thời gian dùng đến. - Vị trí nằm trong con hẻm nhưng rất tiện lợi vì nhiều nhà hàng, shopping, cafe ở gần. Đi bộ khoảng 500m ra tới biển và nằm trên đường chính dẫn ra biển luôn.

Perfect style - minimalist but very highly architectural. The location is convenient to access many restaurant, coffee shops and My Khe Beach. They are 8-10 minutes from the airport. The daily breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices. The staff are kind and welcoming to help us keep our luggage.

Spacious rooms!

Have to request for towels, we came home at around 9pm and requested for towels to wash up for the night but they never arrived.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo lúc check in. Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ xách hành lí giúp nhà mình và mang nước lạnh ra đón. Bữa sáng ấn tượng, đa dạng món ăn cả Tây lẫn Việt. Vị trí thuận tiện - đi bộ 5 phút ra tới biển, xung quanh có quán Bếp của Ngoại và các quán địa phương khác cũng rất ngon.

Perfectly located - a few minutes walk to My Khe Beach and surrounded by great local cafes and catering. The room itself was large, modern and fully equipped ( kitchen, fridge ).

​What I loved: ​Design & Comfort: The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms were kept very clean throughout our stay. ​Breakfast: We really enjoyed the breakfast selection. ​Outstanding Service: The staff deserves the highest praise. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always went out of their way to assist us. If it weren't for their genuine generosity and help, I would have rated this experience much lower.

What I didn't like: ​Lack of Soundproofing: The noise insulation is a major problem. Our first room had almost no soundproofing, and the noise from the outside made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. ​Room Location: While the staff was helpful and moved us to a quieter room, that room was unfortunately located right next to the dining area. As a result, we were woken up every single morning at 7:00 AM by the noise of other guests. It is very frustrating to stay at a hotel where you cannot get a restful night's sleep. For me, silence is a "red line." I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve the soundproofing, as it is a shame to have such an amazing team working in a facility that currently lacks the basic environment needed for a comfortable stay.

“Soundproof walls” zoals vermeld op Booking.com is ronduit misleidend voor deze kamer. De kamer was extreem gehorig. Ik hoorde constant straatgeluid, maar ook alles vanuit de gang. Mijn kamer zat direct bij de lift, waardoor ik voortdurend de liftbel en mensen die in- en uitstapten hoorde, ook midden in de nacht en vroeg in de ochtend. Er zaten letterlijk zichtbare kieren/openingen onder de voordeur en rond het badkamerraam, waardoor geluid vrij spel had. Het hotel probeerde dit nog te “repareren”, maar dat veranderde vrijwel niets. Dit lijkt gewoon een structureel probleem van het ontwerp van de kamer(s). Door meerdere nachten slechte slaap had dit serieus impact op mijn energie en verblijf in Da Nang. Ik heb uiteindelijk met oordoppen moeten slapen om nog een beetje rust te krijgen. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, zat er ook nog een grote kakkerlak op mijn lichaam kort nadat ik uit de douche kwam. Zal wel door die kieren naar binnen zijn gekomen… Daarnaast vond ik het teleurstellend dat het management hier nauwelijks verantwoordelijkheid in nam. Ondanks dat ik meerdere keren duidelijk heb aangegeven hoeveel overlast ik ervaarde, werd er geen serieuze oplossing aangeboden en leek men het probleem vooral te bagatelliseren. Voor een hotel dat zulke claims maakt over geluidsisolatie had ik echt een professionelere en meer betrokken reactie verwacht, zeker gezien de prijs. De dame van de receptie deed overigens wel haar best om te helpen, maar ik ga ervan uit dat zij hierin vooral orders van boven moest volgen. Het personeel bleef vriendelijk, maar uiteindelijk verandert dat niets aan het feit dat de kamer totaal niet overeenkwam met de verwachting die door de omschrijving “soundproof walls” werd gewekt.
