10/10 – Absolute perfection! This stay was completely flawless from start to finish. The house was spotless, comfortable, and amazingly kept, while the host’s hospitality made me feel so welcome throughout my 4 days in Marrakech. I enjoyed every single second and will definitely be back again and again

pas facile d’accès surtout si vous arrivez en soirée.. mais une fois à l’intérieur on y trouve un grand appartement bien équipé et confortable! idéal pour 2 personnes, dormir dans le divan lit est peu confortable.

Everything is perfect, the host are welcoming and helpful, very quick reply to any questions, and facilities are good, especially the balcony and the living room place, it’s really a lovely place. And location is good, nearby the shopping mall the and supermarket, also the train station, you can go to anywhere you want

Ce loueur est tout simplement un escroc. Il ne fait preuve d’aucune empathie envers ses clients. En cas d’imprévu, il refuse catégoriquement toute modification de dates, alors même que Booking.com l’autorise. Je suis pourtant client de Booking depuis plus de 7 ans. De plus, le loueur réclame le paiement de taxes par message WhatsApp, en demandant de laisser l’argent sur la table. Il prétend ensuite auprès de Booking qu’il s’agit d’un message automatisé, ce qui est très contestable. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce loueur.

Een mooi, schoon en centraal gelegen appartement. Alles was netjes onderhouden en goed uitgerust. De ligging is ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen. We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad en zouden dit appartement zeker aanbevel .

Everything was perfect. Kommunication was easy with the owner Youssef, and security boy was very nice and helpfull. It was well cleaned and the kitchen well equiped. Location is perfect also , close to trainstation and medina as well . with lot small shops and restaurants around. Perfect!

Youssef fue muy amable con nosotros, el apartamento estaba muy bien , limpio y equipado.La zona era buena y el chico que vigilaba el edificio también era muy amable. Tiene una pequeña tienda en la esquina para comprar agua, bebidas etc.

Abajo tiene un restaurante y a veces hacen espectáculo y se escucha arriba pero por lo demás nada.

L’appartement est très spacieux, nous y sommes restés 1 semaine à 4 et nous n’avons pas eu l’impression de manquer de place. L’appartement contient tout ce dont nous avions besoins (machine à laver, étendoir, ustensile de cuisine, épices, réfrigérateur et congélateur, fer à repasser,…) L’emplacement de l’appartement est lui aussi génial, celui-ci est situé dans un quartier animé à seulement 30min à pied de la place Jemaa El-Fnaa, proche de toute commodités (beaucoup de petit magasins et restaurant locaux aux alentours mais aussi proche de plus grandes enseignes). Le propriétaire est très serviable et disponible pour quelconques questions et demandes. C’est également le cas du gardien de l’immeuble qui est très sympathique et disponible pour toutes demandes et renseignements. Je recommande clairement cet appartement, une chose est sûr est que si je retourne à Marrakech je n’hésiterai pas à séjourner à nouveaux dans cet appartement.

Very comfortable and clean we were there for 2 nights and felt like a home. Very close to city centre. Host was very friendly and very nice

Het appartement is heerlijk ruim en groot. Het is super fijn dat je de wasmachine kan gebruiken. Op televisie kan je alle zenders bekijken, dat is relaxt. De eigenaar was super vriendelijk in contact en hielp ons goed, onder andere ook met het parkeren. Het appartementencomplex voelt veilig doordat er een beveiliger aanwezig is.

Het was echt heel rumoerig 's nachts, onder andere van het restaurant onder je slaapkamer waar ze 's avonds een feest hebben tot 1 uur. Vervolgens is het echt heel rumoerig op straat, alle avonden zeker tot 4/5 uur. Het hielp misschien niet dat wij er juist het weekend waren.. en de eigenaar kan er niet veel aan doen, maar het is wel goed om te weten. Wij vonden het achteraf geen leuke locatie in Marrakech, je zit in een wat 'westerse' wijk, waardoor je ook dronken jongelui en mensen langs ziet en hoort komen. Ook is het zeker wel 40/45 minuten lopen naar de medina.

Hôte très agréable et très disponible. Appartement, spacieux, et, très fonctionnel, télé dans la chambre et le salon, avec chaînes dans toutes les langues. Proche des restaurants, des magasins européens, à 5 minutes en taxi de la place. A 10 minutes en taxi de l’aéroport.

Rue un peu bruyante en fin de nuit. Literie ferme pour nous.

L’air climatisé dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. Demander au propriétaire le réglage afin d’avoir de l’air frais.

Everything was perfect from dealing with the host to finding great places to eat and shop. Carre Eden is only a short walk away with plenty of shops and a supermarket which is reasonable and well stocked.

What i really about the property was the proximity to the train station, the facilities and cleanliness. The host was very accommodating and responsive to my queries. Recommended for the best stay!

Amazing place

Good location, and the apartment was a good space between 2 people. Good for long term stays as the property is big enough. The security guard/caretaker of the building was super nice and helpful! Having the washing machine was really good.

The shower design is bad and water was always clogged up every time we use the shower. The caretaker had to come a few times to fix it and owner was good at responding.

The total area in the unit is beyond my expectations. The space has been more than sufficient.

At the shower area, the water cannot go through the drain fast enough, resulting in the accumulated water flowing out of the toilet. A drain allowing larger fluid flow might be necessary.

it's a nice spacious apartment with everything that you would need such as a fridge freezer, iron and cooking utensils. the area was a short taxi ride from the Medina and a 20 min walk from M avenue. The airport is only a 20 min car ride away. close to main attractions and good food spots/cafes. The owner Youssef was very polite and accommodating, we were given a cot as requested and he helped with any issues/concerns immediately.

as we have a young child, we struggled taking our pram up and down the stairs as the lift only begins from the first floor. The entrance is in an alley which is dark at night.

Nice, modern, spacious and well maintained apartment, Clean, very well equipped, 2 smart TVs, Central and very convenient location, 2 small shops in front of the apartment which is very convenient, friendly and helpful host, excellent wifi, very comfortable bed, very practical sofa bed as well, good value for money.

Elevator doesn't serve the first floor where the apartment is located, so be prepared if you’re bringing a lot of luggage. The bathroom floor tends to get a bit wet after each shower, and having more full-sized bath towels would be helpful. These are minor issues compared to the overall experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The area was very bad for families too many men around the apparment and as soon as you walk in you get intimated by men for money and wasn't clean at all was very dirty and not as described or pictures

I had an exceptional stay at Josef and Anouar's studio in Guéliz. The location is simply perfect, right in the center of Marrakech, with parking for only $0.2. The studio is impeccably clean and incredibly well-equipped, with two smart screens and a very comfortable bed. The building is also very clean and secure, which greatly contributed to my sense of tranquility during my stay. The best restaurants are nearby, and transportation options are easily accessible. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Marrakech in ideal conditions.
