L’emplacement proche de Malaika. La propreté et le confort du logement. Magnifique piscine, nous avons apprécié de si baigner, nous avions choisi ce logement car il y avait une piscine.

Ideally located within walking distance of the Petronas Towers, this hotel is best reached by taking a Grab from the airport. The rooms are clean and fairly priced, but the standout feature is the rooftop pool, which offers an exceptional view of the skyline. Highly recommended.

Ce sont des arnaqueurs. J’avais réservé une nuit chez eux et ma réservation était confirmée. Le jour J, je me suis rendu sur place et j’ai attendu 2h30 sans que personne ne se présente. Finalement, on m’a informé par message que l’établissement était complet, malgré ma réservation. Ils m’ont ensuite demandé d’annuler moi-même la réservation pour qu’ils puissent encaisser l’argent, avec des frais à ma charge, alors même qu’ils ne m’avaient pas logé. Je n’ai jamais eu de suite. Impossible de les joindre par téléphone : j’ai dû insister à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir une réponse. Je ne recommande absolument pas, à fuir !

チェックインに手間取りました。実際は連絡が届いていないのに、キャンセルの連絡をしたと言われ。スタッフが来るにも30分かかりました。 また部屋のサービスも最小限で最悪です。タオルはバスタオル2枚しか用意されていません。2泊したのでクリーニングが入るかと思いましたが、クリーニングサービスは無く。同じタオルを2日使うことになりました。 部屋にお菓子を置いているとアリがやってきます。 リンス、洗顔料は置いてません。 ドライヤーはボロく、コンセントプラグはマレーシアのタイプになっていないのにもかかわらず変換プラグは用意されてません。 部屋の壁紙も剥がれておりボロいです。 インフィニティプールはout of serviceになっていました。 こんなにクオリティ、サービスが悪いと知っていたら、もう少しお金を出してでも別のホテルに泊まりました。

The lodging is of good size, clean and well kept. The location is close to the Petronas Towers and is easy to get to other highlights in KL.

The check-in process took about an hour, which is honestly ridiculous. You basically tell the host you've arrived and wait on the lobby couch for that entire timeframe until he shows up. There are lots of other guests doing something similar in renting rooms at this high rise, and it is sort of manic.

Na pytanie dlaczego, otrzymałem odpowiedź, że przeprasza ale nie ma wolnych pokoi. Straciłem kilka godzin i pieniądze na taxi w związku z koniecznością szukania nowego obiektu.

O godz 15 w dniu zameldowania, gdy czekałem na obiekcie w recepcji, zostałem poinformowany, że właściciel mieszkania odwołał rezerwację. Le personnel et les photos étaient mensongères nous n’avons pas eu la chambre qu’il y avait sur les photos. De plus il n’est précisé nul part qu’on ne peut pas laissez nos bagages à la réception et personne ne vous aide à trouver une solution, il vous regarde à peine quand vous leur parlez, aucune formule de politesse

Sehr saubere und große Suite, schöne Aussicht, das Highlight war aber der infinity pool auf der 51. Etage. Wenn man in Kuala Lumpur ist, kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Für den Preis hätte ich mir eine Suite gewünscht die höher gelegen ist, da ich "nur" auf der 23. Etage war und man sich auch nicht wirklich die Seite aussuchen konnte, auf der man sein wollte.

Je suis arrivée plus tôt et le propriétaire a été flexible sur le check-in et checkout, ce que nous avons beaucoup appréciés ! La chambre etait propr et le staff très gentil. Tout semblait douillet et a rendu notre séjour super agréable. L’un des meilleurs quartiers de KL avec une distance de 5min jusqu’à l’arret de metro ou 15min à pied des tours. La piscine est incroyable avec une vue à couper le souffle et c’est spacieux pour les plus grand groupe de 3/4 personnes. Je recommanderais pour sur cette habitation à mes proches :)

L’attente des ascenseurs pourrait en deranger donc souvent prevoir 5-10 minutes, même si à titre personnel ça ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

Mooi zwembad en praktische gym, fijne locatie en staff erg behulpzaam.

De liften waren wel erg traag omdat er weinig liften waren voor de vele verdiepingen.

It was very disappointing as we had booked it for holiday and they were trying to cheat with me and my wife by cancelling our booking at the desk and demanding that we pay by cash which they were asking at least double the price each night. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life when going abroad for a vacation. They had wasted an entire day of ours as we argued and proved that we had a booking for the days and showed them proof yet, they were denial and cancelled it on purpose to try and rinse us for as much cash as possible. They were not cooperative at all and honestly ruined the entire holiday. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had in my entire life and will definitely be leaving reviews everywhere and tried to contact you guys as in Booking.com but that was in no use. I’m very devastated and would love a compensation for the booking which would be an entire refund for the booking.

Квартира в ужасном состоянии, в туалете течь воды, про всегда мокрый, плитка в ванной отваливается. Стены в комнате грязные. Телевизор невероятно маленький. Кровать тоже очень маленькая, с моим ростом 170 см, ноги свисали вниз. Видно что никто не следит за состоянием квартиры.

They charged me an additional 42% on the initial price. Besides some small fees amd taxes there was a 23% "property service tax" that was not disclosed during the booking. I noticed promptly after the check-in. I asked for a refound and was willing to check-out again immediately. The could not help me, as somewhere in the booking receipt it said "an additional fee might apply". The room I booked was not available and I had to change rooms after one night. The initial room had a broken Washing machine and was in poor condition. After complaining directly with booking.com the customer help/service just sent me a notice that the owner of the hotel will offer me a solution, which he/she never did.

1. Brak wyposażenia dla 6 osób - obiekt był przygotowany dla 5..Po kontakcie z przedstawicielem właściciela braki zostały uzupełnione. 2. Bezpośrednie umiejscowienie kilku klimatyzatorów bezpośrednio przy jednym z pokoi. Powodowało to straszny hałas, nie dało się spać w nocy. 3.. W pokoju bez okien była atrapa łóżka zamiast łóżka. Brak gniazdek elektrycznych w tym pokoju. Byłoby potrzebne porządne odkurzenie o umycie podłogi w tym pokoju.

It’s a scam property. I have confirmed that I will do late check-in next day at 2.00 am and it was confirmed by property. But once I have arrived they marked my booking as no show and just said book another property. I think they have just given the property to other people who paid more using other booking service

Pathetic experience! They are just charging for the so called “ view” There is no cleanliness. We went there and first we waited for like half and hour. Then the host came and showed us the room. Rooms were fine but our main concern was cleanliness. The bed sheets had stains. Then he showed us another room and then there were red stains in that bed sheets as well. Host was not so very welcoming. He said u can leave if u dont like. I mean it was an inconvenience for us we had to look for another hotel with our bags and everything.

Найкращий краєвид з 48го поверху який я коли-небудь бачив. Чудове співвідношення ціна/якість. В квартирі є все необхідно для довгострокового проживання, швидкий інтернет. В 10 хвилинах є великий торгівельний центр та супермаркет. Infinite pool на даху це також неймовірний досвід, а тренажерна зала більша ніж зазвичай роблять в готелях.

Не зважаючи на високий поверх та закриті вікна шум трафіку внизу все одно було чутно. В квартирі водяться маленькі мурахи, але в цілому вони не заважали. Господар погано відповідає на повідомлення у WhatsApp, але завжди бере слухавку, якщо подзвонити.
