It’s noisy, my room was next to another room with just a door to separate You could hear all the noises which is unpleasant Also the housekeeping service was bad, didn’t clean properly. Something refill my water sometimes, found black hair from the cleaning lady in my bed

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I asked for a quiet room and the room I was given was on street side with 2 very loud venues that played music until the early morning and one that played music into the next day almost every night. Never had a warm shower for the month I was there.

Staff were wonderful , location is great near the beach and all restaurants and cafes

The room it’s not soundproof, I could hear any one walking in the corridor or the person on the next room

Location and kind staff , and the smell!!

There were so many Ants on the desk and bed. Although they didn’t bite and hurt my skin but I felt a bit itchy all the time. And local people were awake until 3am sometimes, so you might not be able to sleep.

I like ONLY the area

- no clean ( staff clean very fast like 3 minutes ) only remove hair … and if you do not ask for better job, they go. - in the photo online seems renovated but the hotel is VERY OLD in reality. Totally different, like a grandmather home 😅 - maximum 2 star hotel not totally 4 but expensive like 5! 😅 - no breakfast for this price - worst thing: SOUND. You are in best area with lot of music and strong sound all day and SEEMS IN YOUR ROOM! no acustic windows! 😭

It looked EXACTLY as the photos, very conveniently located right at the An Thuong district which might be a plus or a negative if you don’t want many Caucasians around and you want to be amongst Vietnamese people as I did!

The rooms are spacious and modern, mine had a kitchen so you can cook meals if like me you don’t want to eat out all the time. The room though can be a bit noisy as there are some loud clubs close by.

Понравилось расположение: центр туристического района, рядом море, магазины, кафе и рестораны. В номере есть всё необходимое и всё в рабочем состоянии. Ванная комната и жилая зона просторные. Кондиционер отлично работает.

Отсутствие шумоизоляции: мой номер был на 6 этаже и ночью я прекрасно слышала как громкую музыку, так и разговоры на улице. Слышимость такая, как-будто это происходило прямо в моей комнате. Панорамные окна и окна и зеркало в ванной грязные. Шторы в подтеках. Проблемой были и подушки-комкушки, очень много наполнителя. У меня была преустановленная esim, поэтому wi-fi мне был не нужен, но это единственный отель из 4 в котором мне не дали пароль и не напомнили о данной услуге. В целом эти мелкие и не очень недочеты портят впечатление о самом отеле, хотя, если будет возможность, я сюда вернусь.

Super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen und ist direkt bei vielen wichtigen Spots. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber.

Unser größtes Problem war leider die extrem schlechte Schalldämmung. Vor allem die Bar direkt neben dem Hotel war in der Nacht von Freitag auf Samstag unfassbar laut. Die Musik war selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster extrem deutlich zu hören und wir konnten die ganze Nacht überhaupt nicht schlafen. Auch Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren durch die Verbindungstüren sehr laut zu hören. Positiv war, dass das Hotel auf unsere Beschwerde sehr entgegenkommend reagiert und uns für die letzte Nacht ein ruhigeres Zimmer angeboten hat.

Location is right in the Center of parties and clubs, the loud music was playing till 2am, so not able to sleep properly. One of the guy receptionist was quite rude almost all of the time. Asked me to submit my passport for 3 days for scooter rental, which I have done throughout Vietnam in each city and no one ever asked to deposit my passport with them. Also, the scooter was in a very poor condition. Did not get complimentary water bottles in 3 days of stay after the initial 2 bottles when we checked in. Nowhere on Booking.com does it say it’s a no smoking room/hotel, I specifically booked a room with balcony, but they said after charging my card for 3 days booking, that you can’t even smoke in balcony and have to come down 8 floors each time outside hotel. Also, there is only 1 lift for 14-15 floors which even the service and room cleaning people use. Every time you will try to use the lift, be prepared to wait 10-15 mins (my food delivery from Grab left as the lift took over 15 mins to arrive). This is my 3rd time travelling in Vietnam, have stayed in almost all major/minor cities, but this was unfortunately the worst experience of any hotels. Generally I have always been pleased with the hotel and bnb experiences in Vietnam.

Tuna Anh, at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my phone and he made arrangements to get a Grab to and from the hotel. He also called the phone repair shop to communicate my needs and time of arrival. The rest of the staff was very kind and cheerful. The room was clean and large. I spent two nights at Dian Hotel and Apartment. I would go back again as it was central in DaNang.

It was a basic accommodation and an older facility, but it was clean and cared for.

1. Плохо работал кандицонер, от него шел сухой неприятный воздух, если ставит -24 и меньше. Жарились в духоте, так как окна не открыть. 2. Табличка не беспокоить игнорируется, её сняли, помыли полы, заправили кровать ( не поменяли). Было очень неприятно, так как личные вещи были в номере оставлены. 3. Под окнами, в максимальной близости два бара с караоке 24/7. Так и называются. Всю ночь будете слушать завывания под Анну Асти и Жуки - батарейку. 4. Лифт один и медленный. Даже на 12 этаже очень громко все слышно, в том числе дорогу. Трафик бешеный. 5. Между номерами, даже если это Делюкс, имеется межкомнатная дверь. Она заперта, но про звукоизоляцию забываем сразу, вы будете слышать все пуки, вдохи, стоны, чихи, телевизор, будильник соседей. Ваши кровати стоять в метре друг от друга через эту тонкую дверь. 6. Прачечную не заказывайте, 30 000 донгов за кг одежды. Стирают сутки, вещи на следующмй день получите с теми же самыми пятнами, с которыми сдавали. Даже следы от дезодоранта не убраны, просто в воде помочили.

The property was well located and exceptional value for money. Highly recommend it as a place to stay in Da Nang.

The only real positive about our stay was the location.

The room and hotel is a bit closed and stuffy, and you could hear a lot from the other rooms. The sound isolation is not very good, which was a little unfortunate.

The hotel is close to the beach, and the staff were very helpful, especially a male staff member named Cilen on Zalo. I could easily ask the reception to arrange motorbike rentals, transportation to Hoi An, the airport, Ba Na Hills, as well as other tours. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the room was clean, new, and comfortable. It can be a little noisy at night since the hotel is located right in the Western Quarter, but there are lots of convenient amenities nearby. I could easily walk around to find local food for breakfast without having to go too far. From around 2 AM to 10 AM, everything was quiet, so sleeping was completely fine. I usually went out until midnight anyway, so the hotel being located in the Western Quarter wasn’t an issue for me at all.

Твердая 3-! Это перевалочный пункт, а не место проживания для отдыха. Тут отличное место расположения, самый центр, но очень грязная гостиница, кондер с плесенью, постоянно болели из-за этого, просили делать дополнительную уборку.

Пока я летела в самолете мой номер перепродали дороже. В отеле развели руками и пытались заселить в какой-то другой отель, когда мой номер уже продали типа на два дня. Также было 4 попытки списания денег с моей карты

Отличное расположение апартаментов, рядом есть множество хороших кафе и ресторанов, до пляжа буквально 5-7 минут пешком. Внизу есть круглосуточный продуктовый магазин, что также удобно!

Апартаменты находятся рядом с тусовочной улицей, поэтому по ночам бывает шумновато. Также в апартаментах нет никакого места для сушки полотенец или одежды. Учитывая, что Дананг подразумевает пляжный отдых и соответственно кучу мокрых купальников, было бы здорово добавить место для сушки вещей. В ванной нет места для хранения мыльных принадлежностей.

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything on the hallway. Also my room was connected to the next one by a wooden door which also made all their noise come into my room. My neighbor kept smoking which made all the smell come into my room which was very annoying.

Water damaged floor boards, hard bed, soft pillows. Blocked drain causing flooding. Loud area with honking and street vendors playing loud sales pitches. Pub next door open and loud til 3am every night.

Close to the beach, lots of restaurants and near a paddleball club which was cool to see. Room was ready at 2pm and there was a lovely gentleman to help with bags.

Stayed two nights, no housekeeping service on the second day. A bit loud throughout the night and early morning. Lots of street noise even from the 10th floor.

Xin thêm gối thì lấy lý do full phòng nên không cho thêm. Cho thuê xe máy thì xe vừa cũ rích vừa cạn xăng, nón bảo hiểm thì bị lỏng chốt đang chạy bị rớt giữa đường. Máy lạnh thì quạt quá mạnh, gió chĩa thẳng vào người, bấm giảm không được đã vậy còn ồn. Đang tắm thì bị nghẹt cống, mở lên thì phát hiện ở dưới toàn rác vụn của khách trước không ai dọn. Dịch vụ quá kém và lươn lẹo.

Danang je úžasná lokalita. V blízkosti mnoho zajímavých míst a místní pláže i moře jsou úžasné. Lidé milí, ochotní, nabídka v restauracích je široká.

The property was clean and super close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and local stalls around for food. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with any concerns we had too.

We had some reviews saying the noise is very bad, luckily we weren’t too effected as our room was on level 11 so noise got drained out a bit but any floors much lower would’ve been a big problem and the walls between rooms were very thin which would also be an issue if you got stuck to noisy neighbours. The roomsalso had some bugs and ants running around but weren’t of that much concern

Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. I had an wonderful time at the hotel. From the warm welcome, friendly faces to the feeling that you are at a high class resort. The front desk staff Tuan Anh was amazing. He made sure that everything was in order & handled accordingly. The concierge service was absolutely fantastic. The quality service that the Bellman, Huynh Tuan Phat delivered, was impeccable!! He took care of the luggage from beginning to the end of my trip. He even walked me to my taxi & stored my luggage. He deserves to be cherished & be well taken care of at this establishment. He delivers a customized experience. The facilities were spotless, with great aesthetic, detailed decors, and with a sophisticated look. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shops, & My Khe beach. It was the best experience ever!!!

I didn't like how the rooms are all connected by an adjoining door.

It was noisy in the night, doesnt matter which floor you book - in the night it es always very noise - buy earplugs before you checkin to the hotel!

The staff were not hospitable at all! Especially the front desk guy named Cham, his attitude was not good at all, and he didn't give me the room I booked which was Deluxe, after I go back to the reception, he said it wasn't ready!! Yet I immediately got the key to my Deluxe room!! How??? The room it self was not clean at all, it has Mold, bugs, spiders, and to put a cherry on the cake, the air-condition was leaking!! Worst stay ever!!
