Had a wonderful stay at Avatar Da Nang Hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. A very special mention to Chi, who was exceptionally helpful, warm and attentive throughout our stay. She genuinely went out of her way to help us with everything we needed and made us feel extremely well looked after. The hospitality really stood out. I would highly recommend Avatar Da Nang Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang — excellent service, great location and wonderful people. I would happily stay here again without a second thought.

Great location with a short walk across to the beach. Nice views of the ocean from our room. Large room, comfortable king bed with a huge feature bath. We had a leak in the bathroom and the staff came instantly to fix. Great customer service. Staff were very friendly.

Small issue with lack of water pressure for the rain shower and water temp was luke warm.

Le personnel était très sympathique et adorable, surtout Mint Kim Chi. Nous avons passé un agréable moment lors de ce séjour. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et le personnel très agréable et arrangeant, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Le service de propreté doit s’améliorer sur le ménage des chambres mais le personnel de l’hôtel a su de suite réagir.

room’s are clean but the towels needed to be replaced their old and have stain, reception staff are not flexible I just ask for little consideration for few minutes to stay longer in the room after the check out couldn’t give it to us. Otherwise everything is ok

The location is good, there are just some days that there's live band playing close to the hotel and you can Def hear it from the room but it's not so bad since everyone is tired and it didn't disrupt our sleep. . Breakfast selection is sufficient, just missing pancakes 🥲, the room was clean, missing kitchen utensils but you just have to call the concierge and they will bring you a complete set with a rice cooker and cutlery as well. As for the bathroom, they must just fix the bathroom issues as like the other guests have said water is leaking everywhere, I found that the issue is the shower tube isn't suitable because it doesn't fit the the shower wall attachment properly and u cannot rotate or adjust it to where it doesn't hit the bathroom wall and splash everywhere. The gym is sufficiently equiped as well for a short stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Always smiling and attentive.

My hotel rooms water wouldn’t run hot! The staff were lovely and got it fixed however it just kept running cold again. I was given dirty towels twice (which the staff were also lovely and replaced). Also my room had no shower curtain so the water went everywhere when showering!

L’hôtel a du être beau fut un temps, mais il est vieillissant et pas très bien entretenu. Les parties communes sont sales, la piscine un peu délabrée. Peu de contact personnalisé, il ne faut avoir besoin de rien.

Betjeningen fortjener virkelig skryt for å være både hyggelige og svært serviceinnstilte. Da det oppsto problemer med at vi ikke fikk rommet og etasjen vi hadde bestilt, gjorde de alt de kunne for å hjelpe oss, og sørget for at vi fikk byttet til ønsket rom allerede neste dag. Frokostbuffeen var også veldig bra, med et variert og godt utvalg hver dag. Betjeningen i restauranten var like hyggelig som ellers på hotellet. Det eneste lille minuset var at kaffen var noe tynn, men utover det var frokosten super.

Oppholdet vårt på dette hotellet svarte dessverre ikke til forventningene. Rommet bar preg av dårlig renhold, sengene var svært harde, og bassengområdet holdt lav standard. Det manglet også fullstendig lydisolering ut mot korridoren. Man kunne bokstavelig talt se ut i gangen gjennom sprekker i døren. Vi hadde flaks som bodde i 17. etasje hvor det var få andre gjester, ellers ville dette vært et mye større problem. Det som likevel påvirket opplevelsen mest, var beliggenheten. Hotellet ligger midt i et festområde med støy fra barer, høy musikk til langt på natt og matvogner som spilte den samme irriterende lyden om og om igjen. Vi innser at vi burde gjort bedre research på forhånd, men det gikk uansett hardt utover nattesøvnen. Kort oppsummert: Er du ute etter en rolig ferie, bør du definitivt velge et annet sted. Hvis du derimot er her for fest og moro, og bryr deg mindre om støy og sovekomfort, fungerer dette helt fint. Hotellet var fullbooket, så det treffer åpenbart sin målgruppe, men det passet ikke for oss, og vi kommer ikke til å bo her igjen.

Good location. Good breakfast. Room we booked was good n spacious but would have been better to add a sofa set as the room looks very bare.

They turn off the corridors light when we return ard 11.30 pm. Also the lifts are not air conditioned.

Location was superb and the staff were amazing and attentive especially at front desk and at breakfast at the restaurant. I would gladly stay there again.

The pool is tiny and not what it looks like in the photos. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade too.

The restaurant/coffee shop on the ground floor was way too hot & it was uncomfortable. The lifts were very slow at times, especially at breakfast time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The location was perfect—right by the beach and within walking distance of many great local restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made my trip so much easier by assisting with transportation to and from the airport, which I really appreciated. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a great location with exceptional service. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

The refrigerator was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains and human hair inside, and it still had a slight odor, which I believe was from durian. End up not using it at all. The room is outdated, and the bed sheets were not very clean.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Avatar Hotel. Unser Zimmer (1208) in der 12. Etage war sehr groß, die Betten bequem und mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Strand. Badewanne und Dusche waren vorhanden. In der 12. Etage war kaum etwas zu hören vom Trubel unten auf der Straße. Das Frühstück war für uns völlig ausreichend, zwar viele asiatische Gerichte- aber wer in Asien Urlaub macht, sollte vielleicht auch einmal diese Gerichte probieren. Dennoch war für Europäer auch noch genug Auswahl da. Liebe Grüße an die Damen des Housekeeping und das Team der Rezeption👋👋🥰 . Zu bestimmten Zeiten musste man mal länger auf den Fahrstuhl warten (der jedoch immer gut funktionierte👌), aber das war nur ein kleines "Problem".

Alles in Ordnung - bis auf die Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl, was unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht negativ beeinflusst hat.

Neskutočne každodenne čakanie na výťah niekedy aj 5 minút a potom ďalších 5 minút vozenie sa po poschodiach , výťah jazdil nesystematický hore dole. Raňajky veľmi priemerne.

The breakfast was varied. A lot of Vietnamese dishes, vegetarian options and some western. I enjoyed their pho soups, their juices, coffee and little deserts. On day I also enjoyed eggs on toast.

Location. Lobby (very authentic). A postcard and some local sweets at the room when you arrive as a nice detail. I was thankful that I asked for a quiet room high floor and they actually put us far from elevator and relatively high (12th of 17n floor).

1. Room is really dated and has very weird distribution. The cooling system was in one of the wardrobes. And yeah, the room was really hot and took a while to cool it down. Bathroom was with a sea view (which is nice, ofc) and with curtains made of cloths, so, every time you have a shower you have to choose: or made curtains wet (tried not to) or to leave huge panoramic windows open. Yes, it is high floor, but I still don’t feel comfortable being with open windows. The door between bathroom and the room is transparent, so hello sunrise at 5am. No, I love sunrise, but with a baby I prefer to be able to sleep longer. 2. Cleaning was minor. Floor was really dirty, had a feeling that they don’t really pass the mop. Was funny (no), that one day we were out since early morning until 3pm. We came back, I noticed that the cleaning lady didn’t come yet, though we just saw her in the hall, and in 1 min she knocked the door. Obviously, we had to say no to cleaning, because we just arrived and she saw us, so we got a feeling that she did it in purpose. Another thing is that they were all the time taking towels (although we were leaving them according to the instructions at some place for not changing every day) and was bringing only towels for 2 people. Yes, we are 2 adults, 2 kids, but my kids are also taking shower, and also need a towel. 3. Breakfast was just okay. We stayed in a few other places around Vietnam, and here the breakfast was the most basic. Although the staff in the restaurant were very nice. 4. Hotel has 2 small elevators, but for 17-story building it is not enough. During mornings it was really hard to get to it. 5. What really pissed me off it is the time of checking-out. I came to the reception, said that we are leaving and the guy replied: one moment. He called to the staff to check the room.

The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was good enough for a single traveler, with large windows and nice bathroom. The gym and pool are minimalistic but can be enjoyed. The breakfast was decent. Overall, great quality for a rather low price.

The towels were not always spotless clean. The sink was at times quite slow to discharge water. It was an intermittent issue, sometimes worked fine, sometimes slow. Acoustic isolation was far from perfect. My room was located on the 5th floor, almost next to the breakfast area (third floor). In the first morning, the "happy birthday" song repeatedly woke me up starting from 6:30 am. The thing is that they have a nice bonus cake for guests' birthdays, and they put on this music during the breakfast. That's a nice touch but the music is quite loud.

Zumindest mein Zimmer (1403) wurde wohl lange nicht mehr renoviert. Das Bad war sehr abgerockt.

Im Badezimmer war der Rollladen an mehreren Stellen schimmelig. Der Laminatboden ist nicht überall gut verarbeitet. An den Stössen kann man sich verletzen da einige vorstehen. Manchmal lange Wartezeiten beim Lift. Nur 2 Lifte für 17 Stockwerke mit 100 Zimmer.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was clean, bed was awesome, and staff were polite and helpful, especially Chi and Mint. The breakfast was superb. And the Lobo Cafe was exceptional.

The property was ok once I had the room i was supposed to get which was only on the second night after escaladind to Booking, at my arrival they were firmed on the fact that since I had reserved through booking nothing was guaranteed in terms of type of room so instead to have a suite with 2 king side bed I had 1 queen bed and 2 twin bed, the first room was old, and very dirty! The next morning after my complaint to Booking i was offered a very clean and great suite with the 2 king side beds ! The room was renovated and very comfortable.

The location was great, restaurants all around and the beach just a short walk away. The rooms were nice a big, although I will never understand why a toilet in a room would have just glass around it. The breakfast buffet was good, they have a chef cooking fresh eggs all morning. The staff were all amazing and so friendly.

The furniture was a bit dated and old, the ‘sofa’ was so uncomfortable.

Ligging voor restaurants is top. Je zit midden ze allemaal. Kwa uitzicht is het niet zo top want zitten andere gebouwen voor.

It is close to everything, the restaurants, massage, laundry, convenience stores are just opposite the hotel. The front staff are provided exceptional service, lovely and helpful, the staff at the breakfast buffet are all helpful and greets you every morning.

The facilities are not maintained - the pool and the gym desperately need upgrading, hardly anyone is using it due to its state. The corridors on Level 12 where we stayed were not painted, just bare cement walls and is not airconditioned. The furnitures in the lobby needs to be replaced, and the look updated to match a 4 star property.

The hotel staff were exceptional! We checked in a day after my birthday but Ms Mint at the front desk arranged for a birthday cake. 🎂 I really appreciated her gesture and the kindness. The kitchen/resto staff, Nancy, Agnes, and 1 other kind lady brought over the cake to our room, and sang me a birthday song. 🥰 My husband and my son also loved the gesture. The room we got was really big, and we got to walk to the beach at sunset and sunrise because it was so close. 🌊

The receptionist Chi was extremely helpful and accommodating to our request and very friendly.

The room selection description was confusing when it said bathroom had bathtub but didn’t say no stand up shower. Chi organised a change in room with a bathtub and stand up shower.
