No hay personal, persona que viaja sola esta bien, pero no mucho tiempo, las instalaciones sucias pero el precio es barato, no tiene loker solo es para dormir y ya, no mucho me quede 3 noches

Great concept, a hostel at the Ocean: + had a delay in flight, and got checked in and quick + great staff, Moustafa is doing a great job + great bed + great ventilation system in the rooms + MOST OF ALL GREAT LOCATION TO THE BEACH

Personalen var jättesnäll och hjälpsam men jag skulle ändå inte rekommendera någon att boka dorms på detta ställe. De andra rummen/lägenheterna är säkert jättebra men dormsen var inte det.

Rummet var långt under mina förväntningar. Det var ostädad, luktade unket, hade inga fönster och duschen fungerade jättedåligt. Jag hade bokat ett dorm-rum, och jag är van att bo i dorm men det här var långt under min standard. Stället heter heller inte det samma i annonsen som på google maps vilket gjorde det lite klurigt att hitta. Det är en del av Lilys apartments. I annonsen står det även att stället har en takterass och att de har tillgång till en strand. Stranden stämmer, det ligger bara rakt över gatan men takterassen är på en annan del plats som ligger 700 meter bort.

This place is not really a hostel, it is more like a basic sleeping place. If someone only needs a bed for a short stay, it might be manageable, but the cleanliness level is very poor. The bed and surrounding area were dirty, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The condition did not match the photos shown on Booking.com, which were misleading. There are no real facilities, no comfort, and no proper maintenance. It may work only if you have very low expectations and just need a place to sleep for a few hours. I would not recommend this place to travelers who care about cleanliness or comfort. Management seriously needs to improve hygiene and show real photos online.

Nothing, it was not as described.

i was in female room, it had a window but was completely covered from the outside. i thought there was a pool... you have access across the beach. the owner no longer owns the upstairs space which is being renovated. The entrance is from an alley which you have to call to get access inside. no seating area, kitchen is a microwave, no sink. the bathroom was clean but the smell of seage was too great. There was no fresh air. you can use the pool at another location a good 15min walk away. i did bring my concerns to the manager, she refnded my money but it was stressful as I had to find another place to stay, I had to stay the first night as I did not get there until after midnight. Stay elsewhere.

시궁창 냄새가 난다 사진과 다르다. 호텔직원들이 이용하는 숙소같다. 그럼에도 불구하고 환경이 너무 않좋다. 시궁창냄새가 진동하는데 이건 개선이 어려울듯,, 사진과 가격에 속지말고 그냥 돈 더주고 딴데 가세요!

Die Lage ist super

Das keiner bei der Anreise da war. Auch die Klingel hat keiner beachtet. Checkt in ist nur in der angegebenen Zeit verfügbar die angegebenen ist. Wen man zu früh kommt hat man Pech gehabt. Leider ist es nicht mehr so wie es einmal war. War hier schon zwei Mal. Der Pool ist jetzt nicht mehr zugänglich. Wird anscheinend ne andere Bar draus gemacht. Ist nicht beschrieben. Das ist sehr irreführend. Das Bad ist für so viele Betten viel zu klein und nicht sauber. Ständig nass und schmutzig. Internet manchmal weg oder ganz schlechte Verbindung.

De todo o restante! O Hostel está em obra, estava fedendo a tinta, e eu sou alérgico! A piscina é terraço não fazem mais parte do Hostel, fui acessá-lo e me pediram para sair dizendo que agora não faz mais parte do Hostel, sendo que quando reservei dizia que tinha piscina e terraço, mas não tem mais! A praia privativa também foi negada a mim, porque de acordo com a pessoa que me atendeu no dia que fazemos check out, não temos direito a praia! Vou entrar com uma reclamação na booking, solicitando uma compensação, pois o que foi oferecido não foi entregue.

방 바닥 옷장 밑에는 바퀴벌레 시체들이 있었고요. 침구류에는 페브리즈 같은 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 코를 찌르느라 자꾸 기침이 났어요. 사진에는 풀바가 있는거 같아보이는데 실제로 이용할수 있는 수영장은 도보로 15분 이상 걸리는 곳이어서 이용 못했습니다. 앞에 비치는 이용할수 있다 하던데 이용하지 않았어요. Reception에서도 영어를 너무 못하는데다가 통화하느라 바빠서 체크인도 대충해줬고요. 여러모로 최악이었습니다.

Mustafa je jako zabavan menadžer, mora da nauči bolje engleski, ali smo uspeli da se sporazumemo pomoću prevodioca. Sobe su čiste, svakodnevno čisti i obilazi. Pomogao mi je šta god mi je trebalo. Sve ostalo vredi za ovaj novac. Ne čuje se buka sa ulice, može dobro da se spava.

Bazen ne radi, renovira se. Trebalo bi dodati policu za odlaganje obuće, da bi soba bila uredna, kada je popunjena. Možda neki sat u sobu.

房间很闷，有股味道，窗户打不开，穿越走廊像是穿越地下通道一样，完全没有公共空间，也没见到免费海滩，游泳池是关闭，店家名字和booking上的不一样。

The pool and rooftop are close, the smell at the room was very bad! They compensated me for the inconvenience but with cash last night before to sleep that I couldn’t use at all

Es ist eine totale Baustelle vor Ort. Die Hälfte wurde weggerissen und es ist beinahe gefährlich sich dort zur Zeit aufzuhalten. Ich verstehe nicht wieso es während der Umbauarbeiten nicht geschlossen wird. Zum Pool kann man auch nicht, weil um den Pool herum der ganze Boden erneuert wird. Die Mitarbeiter können kaum englisch.

You got all the facilities of a hotel in a hostel... what else can you wish for? They have a great roof terrace, access to the beach and a swimming pool. Moreover, there is also a little cuisine (micro-wave cooking) and you can order a delicious breakfast.

Best value for money hostel ever! The location is fantastic, right beside the sea, bars and restaurants. It locates on the shopping street and there are so many shops on the street. You can also get access to the beach. The hostel is so clean with nice clean smells . The staff ( his name is Mohammed, if I get it correctly) is very friendly and helpful. He is a very hard worker, every time when I see him he is always mopping the floor and cleaning the swimming pool,etc .The hostel ‘s roof top has amazing stunning view of the Red Sea. This is one of the best hostel ever! ❤️

You can have a nice and calm holiday with a clean, well-ventilated room and a garden with a beautiful view. The staff is friendly, good at conversation and helpful. Especially Jamal is great. I thank him.

When I came at night to the location that’s displayed on Booking I couldn’t enter the reception and had to call the property. The receptionist told me to come to another location so I had to take a taxi there. Then after I arrived there they found out that I came to the right location … it killed 40 mins of my sleep. I was exhausted from a long flight and it was 4-5 in the morning. This was very stressful but they made it up for me providing with the transfer back though it it really did take extra time…

M, the hardest working housekeeper I have ever seen, keeps the place spotless, I had to stop him from changing my bed to often,))) Good view, mattress and pillow in dorm comfortable. Big plus for removable blanket/duvet cover. To many places just provide an, although large and warm blanket but no cover, and those quite heavy blankets/duvets are seldom washed, if ever. Fridge, micro, boiler, adequate kitchenware,

Blanket in dorm much to big for the cover, or the cover to small? Fridge gets overloaded sometimes, water boiler gets clogged up quickly, easy fix with boiling water mixed with vinegar once a week, Water in pool to warm, but that's a personal preference, No hooks to hang clothes and towel in dorm, in toilet yes, but not by the beds,

The view is amazing, the staff is very kind and helpful. They provide a good towel and water when you arrive. The place is clean and the shower is very good. They give on access for the beach

The room has no key, but they offer locker options. Lack of space in the room to hang things.

- I was blown away by the price, you get included pool and beach access, you’re pretty close to the town center and a grocery store which accepts contactless payments. - Staff were nice and friendly. - Gym nearby too, quite cheap. - Dining room had a microwave, kettle, tea/ coffee equipment, glasses, cutlery etc. - Definitely bring your own lock to be able to store your belongings in the lockers!

- It was a small bit hard to find and if you book a tour with any company, most GPSs seem to get it wrong. To deal with this, tell them to pick you up/ drop you off at the ‘sunrise holiday resort’ (which is 1 minute away on foot). - internet was available but not great quality - This is definitely more of a student-budget option, meaning any cooking equipment is minimal so having little snacks and occasional restaurant meals is the best way to go.

The location and beach access included.. And the room was nice to be a hostel. Warm and nice water in shower.

I was told every day that the swimming pool would be heated, yet it wasn’t. They said something was wrong. The kitchen has no sink to wash nor any cooking place to make food. And I would prefer an electric Owen instead of microwave 🫤 The receptionist doesn’t speak English in an hostel for international guests, that is a bit weird. But he is kind and good energy, so it weighs up I guess.

Very nice hostel with swimming pool and access to private beach very nearby. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Stayed here before and is a great winter get away. It has a lovely heated pool, and now a small kitchen to prepare food. The staff are always available if needed.

The plumbing in the rooms is a bit questionable but that's everywhere in Egypt, i think.

Excellent property - rooms are super clean, beds comfortable, staff very friendly. The pool area is wonderful. I’ve extended my stay multiple times. Highly recommend.

The hostel has a good polite reception.The whole place is clean and tidy with staff working through the day to clean rooms and facilities.swimming pool is a relaxing size with a great view over the sea.5 mins walk to the left once you get out of hostel to restaurants and supermarket European style.Great beaches all in a row and you get free access to seashell beach with ticket from reception.Angel bar has nice cheap meal and drinks.uber to Go bus is around 55 egp and 10 mins away.staff are polite.i met some amazing people staying here and had a very good time.

Everything on this property is just amazing! The room are in a great size,with a private bathroom and air conditioner. The hostel is just perfect. Clean,tidy,nice pool and facilities and right in front of the beach . What else to expect from a hostel ? The staffs are hundreds stars and Zacaria’s( sorry if i write it wrong),is beyond hundred stars.He does all he can to help you…actually all of them! Can’t thanks you all guys enough for such amazing experience! Highly recommended and sure I will be back!

How can you rate a hostel with a beach and a pool? It must be a 10 regarding these aspects. This hostel gives you access to the beach and the pool. I guess that's unique in Hurghada. Besides that, it is a normal hostel. All is fine.

Dormitories are not overly large, so there is not too much space to keep the luggage in a convenient way. Wasn't a problem though and definitely overcompensated by the pros.

Great hostel, with single options. Beach access is included, just ask for ticket. Great location with shops and food choices; even a Macca's close by for use Americans lol! 10/10, I would definitely choose again, great value. There is a phenomenal restaurant up the road on the bridge within walking distance.

Her actions made me feel secure, like having a trusted sibling. Upon arrival, I felt safe and valued. She assisted with the Talabat app and checked in consistently, even on her days off. Her efficiency spoke volumes. Galal Elwords, receptionist, maintained a clean environment, always greeting me with a smile. He ensured my safety, making the facility feel family-oriented. As a solo traveler, I recommend this location for its prime oceanfront location, proximity to shops and restaurants, and exceptional staff.

Galal Eldin, the receptionist, ensures smooth operations while the manager is not on site and his warm smile is always present. Mr. Mohamed Hassan, the housekeeper, maintains the facility's cleanliness and often goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. The facility's pool is always clean, and the restrooms and dining areas are well-maintained. As a traveler, I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking adventure in Hurgada.

The facility needs vendor machines for snacks, cokes, candies, chips, water bottles etc and a Ice machine.

My stay at Lilly Lounge & Pool was made exceptional by the excellent service provided by staff, including Haneen Elgafary, Mohamed Hassan and Galal Eldin. haneen was a man of few words but always willing to go the extra mile. He ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay, including assistance with navigating the local language barrier. Mohamed kept my room clean and well~stocked with fresh towels, always greeted me with a warm smile. Galal the receptionist was always available to help with any questions or concerns I had and ensured that I was secure when traveling to and from the hotel. The location is highly recommended for solo travelers, as American I highly enjoy my stay. The location offers all the amenities one might need, along with exceptional customer services. Two thumbs up!!

I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hostels. But this is definitely the best place I've stayed in. Location, cleanliness, facilities... Everything is great. Şahin is a great employee helpful and very friendly. You should definitely stay here when you come to Hurghada

It is an incredible place, clean, spacious, good pool, perfect location. Free access to a wonderful beach club. I booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 12 days. The staff is very helpful, thank you guys, I was very happy in Hurghada because of you! I would always come back.
