The hotel is well located on Istiklal street walking distance to Taskim Square for Metro, Taxi, and Galata Tower. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the paintings. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. We also got an upgrade. That was a pleasant surprise. Mr Gurken is such a pleasant person, helped us in the Metro and with our luggage. It's also a safe area. We are definitely coming back again.

If you have a light sleep then the noise from the bubbly Istiklal street might disturb you. We were too tired to be bothered and we got used to it.

Um unser Zimmer zu erreichen, müssten wir hoch zu 5. OG und dann mit anderem Aufzug oder Treppe in 4. OG fahren.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε φοβερή τοποθεσία , πεντακάθαρο, οι υπάλληλοι φοβερά εξυπηρετικοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα με το χαμόγελο ! Μας καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα το δωμάτιο και μας έβαζαν κάθε μέρα ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι δωρεάν και τσάι και καφέ ! Επίσης έχει όλα τα προϊόντα περιποίησης (σαμπουαν, αφρολουτρο). Είναι στο κέντρο του Ταξίμ δίπλα από μέτρο, τραμ, λεωφορεία και ταξί! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Περάσανε υπέροχα ! Εννοείται αν ξαναπάω Κωνσταντινούπολη εκεί θα μείνω!

Ήταν όλα άψογα! Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα αρνητικό !

The only thing I liked about this accommodation was its location. Other than that, everything was below average and did not meet my expectations.

The staff, especially at reception, were very unfriendly and often came across as rude and unnecessarily blunt. There was no welcoming smile or sense of hospitality at all. They only provide one bottle of water per day, and when I asked for another bottle, I was simply told that I could buy one from the market. The housekeeping was also disappointing. The staff would bang on the door when trying to enter the room, and there was no proper option to indicate whether or not you wanted your room cleaned. The reception staff were also quite rude toward guests' visitors. When my friend came to drop me at the hotel, they questioned him about how long he would be staying, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. There were also lots of bugs in the room, with no insect repellent provided. Overall, the experience made me feel as though I was staying there for free rather than being a paying guest. Despite the good location, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to my family or friends.

Amazing stay! The hotel was super clean and beautiful! The staff were absolutely wonderful — so friendly, kind, professional and always willing to help. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel for one week. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area. The hotel was clean and well looked after, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a studio room. Although the room was a little smaller than we expected for two people, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel itself had a nice atmosphere, and we felt comfortable and relaxed during our visit. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and felt that the hotel offered good value for money. The friendly staff, cleanliness, and great location made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, with just a small reception area. However, the location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Istiklal Street and only about a 10 minute walk from the Taksim airport bus stop. The staff were very efficient, kind, and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. A special thanks to Mr. Gurken, who was very accommodating and arranged a taxi to the airport for us on our last day. It made things so much easier, especially with all the shopping we had accumulated!

The only downside was the noise. Our junior suite faced Istiklal Street, and we loved the view and lively atmosphere, but the street noise wasn’t well blocked. A club directly across from us played music until around 4:30 a.m., and construction nearby started in the morning. I eventually got used to it, but light sleepers may want to avoid a room facing Istiklal Street.

We had an amazing stay at Sentire Hotels & Residences Taksim and would happily stay here again. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the balcony, where we could sit and watch the people, the historic tram passing by, and the vibrant atmosphere of Taksim Square. There was always something happening, and it was the perfect place to soak up the energy of the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with organising our transfers and storing our luggage, making our travel plans completely stress-free. The hotel's location is outstanding, right in the heart of Taksim, with countless restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions just steps away. The atmosphere was electric, and there was so much to see and explore. The only minor downside was some street noise during the night. However, we were already aware of this from previous reviews and fully expected it. Being in such a central and lively location, it certainly didn't affect our stay or take away from the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Sentire Hotels & Residences Taksim to anyone wanting to experience the excitement and charm of Istanbul from a fantastic central location.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metrostation Taksim entfernt und mitten in der Flaniermeile. Suite war gross und gut ausgestattet. Bett war perfekt, weder zu hart noch zu weich. Der Herr an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Fantastic staff, great location, and good value for money especially if travelling as a family.

The hotel does reside in an older building so it is dated and in need of touch up. Will also mention that the bathroom did have a sewage smell, but figured there isn’t much that could be done about that.

We loved the level of comfort provided. The beds and pillows were super cozy and snug, and we were able to rest and relax in the apartment. Having a washing machine and dryer helped with our trip. We enjoyed the fresh air in the terrace (the view is of buildings and not exactly the best). Seeing seagulls on the terrace was interesting and fun. The cleaning staff was lovely and helpful. All staff were nice and friendly; Mr. Gurken and Mr. Hussein were aslo hospitable and helpul. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Sometimes an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom.

Location was perfect , the front desk staff are amazing and helpful. Hussein is a superstar and goes out of his way to assist.

Man wird sehr gut empfangen. Wir wurden bis zum Zimmer begleitet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Zimmermädchen haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Gürkan hat uns bei der Abreise bis zur Tür begleitet und war über freundlich. Ich kann diese weiter empfehlen!

Ich habe verschiedene Kommentare gelesen die von lärm berichten. Jeder, der auf dieser Strasse ein Hotel bucht, muss wissen, dass es eine lebendige Strasse ist, die auch ein Nachtleben hat. Das ist absolut normal für diese Region.

The managers sitting at the front desk. Worst experience of my life in any hotel. They were very rude. It felt like a strict hostel room. Owners should seriously reconsider the managing staff. They are taking this hotel down. Otherwise the location and hotel room was good.

Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gürkan hat uns bei Abreise auch bis zur Türe begleitet. Auch die Putzkraft ist sehr freundlich und macht einen guten Job, jeder Wunsch wurde erwidert.

Провели в этом отеле 8 дней, и всё было на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить шумоизоляцию — она просто идеальная. Отель находится на центральной, довольно шумной улице, поэтому мы немного переживали, что будет сложно отдыхать. Но в номере не было слышно абсолютно ничего с улицы. А благодаря очень плотным шторам создавался полный блэкаут. Несмотря на то, что мы мало спали, качество сна было отличным. Отдельное спасибо персоналу на ресепшене — всегда отзывчивые, доброжелательные и готовые помочь по любому вопросу. Каждый день приносили воду и всё необходимое. Также очень понравилась локация: всё находится буквально в нескольких шагах — кафе, рестораны, места, где можно вкусно поесть и приятно провести время. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель и с удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Net appartement met een keuken. Moderne uitstraling. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Tip voor de accommodatie is ook handdoeken neer te leggen om af te wassen/drogen. Er is wel een vaatwasser maar geen vaatwastabletten. Wij hebben niet gekookt maar uiteraard wel een paar glazen gebruikt. Die ga je normaal gezien niet in de vaatwasser zetten.

Geen buitenruimte aan het appartement. Jammer. Het is een drukke omgeving wat dag en nacht doorgaat. Er is goede isolatie dus je hoort het wel maar niet storend.

Lokacija odlicna, smjestaj topao,cist.Pogled na Istiklal ulicu. Sve je blizu. Metro, kompletan prevoz.Aerodromski autobus na pjesackoj udaljenosti otprilike 5-6 minuta pjeske. Sve u svemu odlicno iskustvo i sa smjestajem i sa osobljem.Srdacan pozdrav za Sentire hotel!!!❤️

Великолепные апартаменты в центре Истекляля! Нам предоставили бесплатный апгрейд - самый верхний номер выходящий на две стороны. Под нами с пятого этажа текла суетливая, главная пешеходная улица этого мегаполиса. Можно бесконечно стоять и наблюдать за жизнью этой бессмертной улицы! Это можно сравнить с балконом на московском Арбате или на Бурбон стрит в Новом Орлеане. Внутри максимальный комфорт, к примеру: не просто стиральная машина, но и сушилка. Очень комфортная кровать, великолепный выбор подушек. На кухне есть все необходимое, плюс расходные материалы в виде кофейных капсул, пакетиков чая и растворимого кофе. Персонал заслуживает отдельного упоминания - ребята наверное закончили высшую академию гостеприимства: владеют множеством языков, предупреждают каждое желание, как будто мысли читают. В мгновение ока вызвали нам такси в аэропорт, донесли всю нашу кучу багажа, загрузили в такси и убедились в нашей безопасной поездке в аэропорт. Когда снова будем в Стамбуле, обязательно снова остановимся там.

Großartige Location und ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Ich hatte ein Studio mit Balkon, und dieser war direkt an der berühmten Istiklal Caddesi gelegen. Gäste, die ab 22 Uhr absolute Ruhe wünschen, sollten sich ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen. Aber ich fand es einfach nur grandios. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man dutzende Restaurants, Supermärkte, hochwertige Geschäfte und die Metro. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet, das Badezimmer neuwertig und alles sehr sauber. Es gab außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum (Schränke + Kleiderkammer). Täglich bekam ich kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und etwas Kaffee. Der Zugang zu den oberen Etagen ist nur mit Zimmerkarte möglich und die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt, Dadurch habe ich mich auch in dieser belebten Umgebung stets sicher gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im House Keeping machen alle einen super Job und haben maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass ich einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte. Vielen Dank dafür!

Man sollte die Beschreibung auf Booking.com anpassen. Beispielsweise gibt es laut Beschreibung einen Fitness-Raum, der aber (nicht mehr) vorhanden ist. In der Küchenzeile gab es zwar ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Aber es gab keinen Kochtopf und keine Pfanne, so dass die Herdplatte nicht genutzt werden konnte. Außerdem gab es keine Hotel-Slipper, was normalerweise in Hotels dieser Kategorie Standard ist. Ich möchte aber betonen, dass das Kleinigkeiten sind und meine Freude an diesem Urlaub nicht gemindert haben.

The location is very close to metro and bunch of bus. Really center of Istanbul. It’s easy to go to anywhere. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was well decorated with a taste.

The sound proof was quite poor. The facilities are a bit old. 6th floor is not accessible with elevators. The staff had to help us carrying the luggage up and down. The toilet constantly smell like drain and the waterproofing of the shower was very poor. It’s also a bit a pity that we had two terraces with our room but both views are very blocked.

We just finished a fantastic 10-night stay at Sentire. The location on İstiklal Caddesi is amazing; the streets are incredibly lively until midnight and beyond, which we loved. Despite the constant buzz outside, the soundproofing in our unit was excellent, and we weren't disturbed at all. ​Why We Highly Recommend It: ​- Ferhat (Reception): Exceptionally professional and helpful. He gave us perfect local advice on where to go and how to get there. ​- Gurkan (Doorman): Always smiling and extremely helpful. He consistently assisted delivery drivers to ensure our orders reached our door. - ​The Team: You can feel their genuine care. They are smart, efficient, and "think fast". Conversations are straight to the point yet always polite. ​If you want to be in the heart of the action while still getting a quiet night's sleep, this is the place.
