El equipamiento de la cocina me pareció bastante pobre, aunque no cociné así que sólo fue una impresión visual.

The bathroom stopped working each time. It was not flushing. There is no response from the owner to our texts and calls. The AC was making weird notices. We booked a three bed room. There were only 2 cups and 1 glass. Some of the bathroom lights were not working. My parents were very uncomfortable there.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We verbleven één nacht als tussenstop op onze reis. Het was vooral heel fijn dat we laat op de avond in konden checken met de sleutelbox naast het complex. We hadden ruim op tijd duidelijke instructies waardoor er ook geen verdere contact nodig was. Het verblijf had de benodigdheden die we nodig hadden: een klein keukenblok, een ruim bed, een tv met Netflix en een nette badkamer met een prima douche en nieuw en schoon ogend sanitair.
Onze kamer (002) leek een extra kamer te zijn die via een aparte deur toegankelijk was. Het oogde als een oude opslag of garage waar buizen op het plafond liepen. Er waren elementen uit de aankleding van de echte hotelkamers hergebruikt. Maar het kwam niet in de buurt van het uiterlijk van de andere kamers die wij op de foto's zagen, die met veel zorg in leuke thema's waren ingericht. Als geluidsdemping was zichtbaar piepschuim gebruikt, wat onvoldoende hielp en de gordijnen waren onvoldoende om 's ochtends het licht te weren.

Not enough kitchen utensils and cups for 3 people even though it was a triple room. No kettle to make hot drinks, we had to boil the water in the microwave.

A világítás fent nem működött (gerendákon lévő lámpák egyike sem.) Vizet nem tudtunk forralni. Mielőtt választ adtam volna, próbáltam újra kikeresni a pontos leírást, de nem emlékszem, hogy tettek volna említést arról, hogy a mosdóhoz is le-, föl kell járkálni. Bár erre azt mondják egészséges, de kényelmetlen. (Nem találtam olyan időpontot most, amikor ennek leírását ellenőrizhettem volna.) Amikor néztem a parkolási lehetőséget, a "parkoló" az fel volt tüntetve, de nekünk, magyaroknak az azt jelenti, hogy az hozzátartozik a szálláshoz. Itt meglepődtünk. Drága és nehéz helyet találni. Nekünk is felróható, hogy nem ezt nem tudtuk, bár chatgpt-vel készültünk az utazásra, amivel próbáltam eléggé körbejárni a témát és egy strukturált, kb. 200 oldalas összeállítást készítettem, készíttettem. Ez kimaradt. Erre érdemes mindenkinek odafigyelni. Talán érdemes volna kiírni azt is, hogy az adott szoba/apartman hányadik emeleten van, hogy senkit ne érjen meglepetés.

Плита, холодильник, микроволновка очень пригодились, я сэкономила на ресторанах. Моющие средства есть. До вокзала 10 минут пешком. И в пешей доступности все достопримечательности Цюриха. Заселение в номер бесконтактное, что меня сначала немного напрягло, но оказалось всё очень просто, набрал последние пять цифр своего бронирования и получил ключ. Большое спасибо персоналу за обслуживание!

One badly cracked mug, couldn't risk a hot drink in it. No instructions for coffee machine. Sockets next to coffee machine don't appear to be working. Freezer compartment door broken, didn't clise properly, melted ice dripped down onto fridge shelf.

Scarsa pulizia (lampadari e tende pieni di polvere)e lenzuolo bucato.Rubinetto del bagno traballante. All'una di notte si é sentito un forte rumore dalle tubature vicino al condizionatore. Una delle due tapparelle non ha funzionato e l'altra finestra non si chiudeva bene

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Property is located at a very good location, very close to Zurich HB station and city centre to roam around. It is in a safe locality. Provides microwave and fridge facility, that really helped.Has AC service, which is a boon in the Europe's heatwave.
There is no elevator, so carrying large luggage was a problem. Washroom windows had transparent/translucent curtain, which could have been better for privacy For triple sharing rooms, the room size is slightly small.

エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物を持って上がるのは少し大変かも。私はリュックだけだったので、４階まで上がるのは問題なかったです。

Tuve problemas durante el autocheking y nadie me atendió. Escribí y llame por teléfono pero nadie me atendió, parecía totalmente abandonado. El problema era que el código de entrada no se leía, estaba borrado en nuestra tarjeta. Gracias a otro cliente pudimos entrar. Muy mal la atención, de hecho inexistente, ya lo había leído, por prestar atención…

Le camere non erano come rappresentate nelle foto. Erano tenute non molto bene e soprattutto non erano pulite (runner in fondo al letto pieno di macchie come se non fosse mai stato lavato, molta polvere sul pavimento, sulle gambe del tavolino, doccia non pulita). Letto scomodo.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026가족 5명이 2인실, 3인실 두 방을 예약했습니다. 계단이 힘들다는 후기가 있어 아이 셋과 함께라 걱정했는데, 미리 낮은 층과 가까운 방을 요청드렸더니 2층에 나란히 배정해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 객실과 화장실 모두 깨끗했고 수건도 넉넉했어요. 방마다 냉장고와 에어컨이 있고, 작은 주방에 인덕션·싱크대·냄비·식기·주방세제까지 필요한 것들이 잘 갖춰져 있어 편했습니다. 다만 테이블을 펴고 식사하기에는 공간이 조금 좁았어요. 취리히 중앙역까지 트램으로 2정거장이라 위치도 편리했습니다. 주변 분위기는 노숙인이 종종 보여 조금 아쉬웠지만, 숙소 자체는 가성비와 시설 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

The sink in the bathroom still had water and leftover waste from the previous guests... therefore some points deducted in the hygiene category.
