The location was excellent, accessible to train and touring around Zurich and beyond. The cafe/bar within the building was nice as it gives guests place to have a drink. Being very close to a very busy train station, the sound proofing in our room was good.

The room had dimmed lights (lamps) which made it a bit dark. The room temperature when we arrived was 27.6 degrees then it went up to 28.2 degrees (it was very hot-no aircon). Outside temperature was 27 degrees. We messaged their whatsapp messaging which was actioned swiftly. They offer us a fan which helped a lot. We would not be able to sleep if we opened the windows at night due to noise from train station. We were not sure if the room was cleaned (we found rubbish on the floor when we artived). Towels were changed daily but not sure if the room was cleaned daily. The property has no restaurant. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel which was about 2mins walk.

voor de prijs , was een ontbijt inclusief wel gewenst .. de kamerdeur was al geopend door het kamer personeel en stond wagenwijd open , toen we terugkwamen van een ontbijt . het was nog geen uitcheck tijd.. dat vonden we vervelend aangezien onze spullen nog op de kamer stonden , nu dus onbewaakt !

Das Hotel war für uns perfekt, da es nahe beim Hauptbahnhof liegt. Zudem verfügt es über eine Dachterrasse.

The location is good

Ridiculously small room - no reception and no staff - a mean little bedroom ( no carpet, impossible to walk around bed, no shelves, no luggage space, bathroom door doesn't close, no seating). It's a " mean" little room.

Very close to train station and old town. Only there one night but able to see everything we wanted to. Easily

No air cons and the swamp cooler was ineffective. In September you would not expect to need air but it was very warm on third floor. Staff did bring us a fan, which helped

Location, location, location!!!

Great clean boutique hotel just 5 mins walk from the Zurich HB station. There's option to store luggage in case you arrive before check in time. Check in process is easy and automated. Although small, the room was very clean, with multiple amenities like a tv, coffee maker, safe locker, etc. Toilet /shower had hand wash, shower gel and shampoo.

Shower drainage was slow. There's a partial shower enclosure, so you have to be careful to avoid splashing water outside the shower area.

L’emplacement est bon, chambre petite mais fonctionnelle

Dans la première chambre les stores étaient cassés, la deuxième et la troisième étaient déjà occupées par d’autres gens, finalement la 4ème fut la bonne… La machine à café dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.

The location was really good

There was mo reception, they have a reception in other location ( Montana hotel) , there is a phone in the room that you can call the reception staff, but the phone is not working , we called the reception staff but no response. We went to the Montana hotel just to speak with the reception. Our bathroom door was not closing properly , we asked them to send someone to fix it, they didn’t send anyone, we had to put pieces of cardboard in between the door to close it. There was no “ don’t disturb sign” asked them to give us one and they didn’t, we made one with a piece of paper . There is no AC in the room.

the location was good - not to far from train station and town. bathroom was nice. modern looking

small room. no staff or a reception (self check in). our room was 30 degrees hot- could hardly sleep. tried ringing the number we got given for any problems several times and no answer. there was also a phone in our room with a specific number for ‘reception’ but still no answer. pillows sink your head in as soon as you lay on them- not supportive at all. not worth the price paid.

Lack of customer and personal service. The hotel is small, no actual front desk. If you encounter problems you need to call reception of the other hotel. Also NO AC. Originally I wasn’t aware my mistake though for no checking prior to booking.

רעש נוראי מכיוון תחנת הרכבת ברגע שפותחים חלון. היה חם מאד. רצינו אוויר אבל אי אפשר היה לישון כי הרעש מהרכבת בלתי נסבל.

Stylish and nicely appointed, it’s a state-of-the-art room design five minutes walking from the Hauptbahnhof. The neighborhood is nice, with several restaurants and shops. Check-in is automated and seamless, the ground floor coffee house barista doubling as your concierge.

Ostensibly equipped with centralized air conditioning, we spent an hour (on literature, website, practical experimentation) trying to find out how to lower the room temperature (displayed on the panel as 28.9c, or 84F, at 1900h). A discussion with the barista/concierge resulted in a commitment to speak to the hotel managers. We opened the windows, only to realize that the downside of a five minute walk from the train station is the screeching of trains brakes from 04:20 to 00:30 the next day -a 4.5 hour overnight break. A discussion with a different barista the next morning resulted in the discovery that the HVAC is centrally controlled by the management, the locked-out panel doing nothing more than telling you how warm it is. A fan was eventually produced, which helped - though you had the choice of moving warm air around a closed room, or opening a window and hoping that the fans white noise ameliorated the howling locomotive brakes. An otherwise stylish and welcoming experience was ruined by a management decision to save energy at the expense of comfort.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. Disaster if warm outside. My room was 28.5 degrees inside and no way to cool it down. Mm see sleeping very difficult.

La falta de aire acondicionado para refrigerar. Uno pensaria que no es necesario, pero en verano pega el sol mucho a la habitacion y se vuelve calurosa. Abrir la venrana soluciona el problema porque de noche refresca bien, pero el ruido es muy alto por la estacion de trenes y porque debajo hay un punto de reunion de gente con lugares para sentarse. Yo elegi el ruido por sobre el calor, pero alguno podria no aceptar ni el ruido ni el calor

The location was great...

The air vondition didn't work and the room tempreture reached 27 degreese! It was hard to sleep so in order to breath i opened the window and "enjoyed" the teains noise all night! The staff pissed whem customers are comming to sit in the lounge... Bad experience....

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Boutique-Flair, wenn auch mit großen Einschränkungen. Schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, die aber an Charme starkt vermissen lässt, was überaus schade ist.

Unerträglich heiße und stickige Zimmer, gute akustische Isolation gegen den nächtlich durchgängigen Bahnhofsbetrieb und quietschende Gleisgeräusch bei geschlossenem Fenster, bei Öffnung allerdings unterträglich. Nachbesserungen an der Belüftung waren nicht merklich, noch wurde man über Ergebnisse oder Stand informiert. Es gibt keinerlei Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels. Sonntägliche CheckOuts sind maximal unpersönlich, da alles geschlossen und geisterhaft ist, niemand ist bei Fragen direkt erreichbar.

Súper céntrico y relación calidad/precio confirme a los demás hoteles de la zona muy bueno. Además incluye el desayuno buffet.

There was nothing to be liked as we weren’t able to check in to our room despite having payed in advance!!!!!!!!It was the most unbelievable experience!, We have never, in all our years with booking com, ever had such an unpleasant and unfriendly experience!

How we were treated!!!!! Not like paying customers and not in a friendly manner! We felt as we were in the wrong despite the Hotel staff made a mistake and overbooked the hotel and gave our room to someone else! No apology…the manager refused to speak with us! He just hung up on me!

The property was really nice and convenient, conveniently located a brief eight minute walk at the most from the train station. The room we had was a good size and it was very cute and clean.

I mistakenly booked this property not realizing it didn’t have air-conditioning. The booking was nonrefundable so we went into it with a positive outlook of that. Will just keep the windows open and let the nighttime cool air do it work. This turned out to be a bigger problem since we were there in August and apparently Switzerland is getting hotter and hotter each year. In order to find any comfort in the room, you need to open the windows because you don’t open the windows the room will be way too hot for sleeping. However, with the windows open, you hear the deafening screams of the trains, slow, slowing down to go into the station till the early hours of the morning. So in order for us to get any sleep, we had earplugs in and had pillows over our heads. This is a super cute hotel and the convenience of it being near the train is nice, but the noise from the trains is a big negative for this place. Maybe it’s different if the windows are closed but that wasn’t an option for us.

Não funcionou o ar do quarto , estava insuportável de calor ficar dentro do quarto, me deram um ventilador de chão , derreteu todos os chocolates que eu tinha comprado pra levar de lembrança, o quarto era de frente pra estação de trem, acordava me madrugada com o barulho do freio do trem , foi uma hospedagem bem complicada.

De indeling van de kamers is erg knus.

De bedden lagen goed, maar de kussens waren echt waardeloos, hier heb ik ook erg slecht geslapen. Met ramen open slapen heb je erg veel geluid vanaf het treinstation, omdat er intensief treinverkeer is wat best lang doorgaat tot in de late uurtjes.

Wir hatten in allen Zimmern (wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten demzufolge 4 gebuchte Zimmer) keine funktionierende Klimaanlage und mussten 30 Grad in kleinen Zimmern mit tiefer Decke aushalten. Es war unerträglich! Wir waren am Abreisetag völlig gerädert, da wir durch die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage kaum schlafen konnten. Das eine kleine Fenster war zwar zu öffnen, jedoch war es dermaßen laut durch den nahen Bahnhof, dass das für uns leider auch keine Option war. Nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir uns darüber beschwert und uns wurde gesagt, dass man danach schaut. Am Nachmittag fragten wir erneut nach und es wurde uns versichert, dass sie das Problem fixen konnten. Leider war dem nicht so und wir kamen wieder in ein völlig heißes Zimmer. Wir hätten uns unseren Zürich Aufenthalt etwas erholsamer vorgestellt. Beste Grüße

Quarto amplo, ótima localização

Estava absurdamente quente e o quarto não tinha ar-condicionado. Pedir ajuda com a recepção e o responsável disse-nos para abrir as janelas. Sim , do lado de uma estação central de trens dormir com a janela aberta. Calor e zoada insurportáveis.

No air conditioning in the scorching weather of 32 degrees C. When asked for fan, the answer was that hotel does not have one. With opened windows, the noise from the train station was deafening. After chasing the reception 3 times, they brought me a fan with poor wind circulation. Upon checking, I noted that the fan filter was choked with dirt, resulting in no air intake.

Great location, super friendly staff, good food (both there and the Breakfast which is at their sister hotel right down the street).

It was a TINY room, there were only 2 of us and we had to scoot around eachother. It was SO hot! I know they are going through a heat spell but other places seemed to adapt...this place didn't. We stayed two nights, and then got a hotel elsewhere because we couldn't take the heat.

Convenience, proximity location to train station. Access to multiple grocery stores very near by. Staff have been as helpful as they can.

Ventilation in the room is poor. During summer temperatures it can get extremely hot. If you are a hot sleeper you will not be able to sleep in the room. When you open the window, the temperature outside is significantly cooler than inside. To manage, we wet towels and slept with them on our bodies. The aircon unit is not actually aircon and more a ventilation system they claim. I found the room to be a bit dark as well, found it difficult to see with limited lighting. To manage the train screeching sounds outside we used ear plugs and that seemed to help.

Very small double room, No AC at all which will kill you in hot summer days.The hotel can’t provide . The hotel does not provide fans on the hottest days because it does not own any. It is not prepared for the heat despite its high price The room ya a ventilation system and one of the pieces felt to the ground when I was on bed. The bathroom is a tiny one and the water splashes out of the shower. The Nespresso machine didn’t work.The double room was even small for one person.

The AC did not work. It was 30 C in my room all night with the window open. Get some real ACs we aren’t in the 1500s.

Good breakfast but actually you have to go to its sister hotel Montana to eat.

1. No receptionists. 2. Curtain was not fixed and 3. prevent the light. 4. No air fan during summer and its' really hot. 5. 2beds combines 1 bed, which makes it hard for me to sleep. 6. Noisy from the train during night and morning.

Everything. It was a nightmare from start to finish. We booked a room specifically because it advertised a kitchen. What we got was not a proper kitchen. It was a microwave, a single plug in hot plate, and a tiny fridge. There was also no proper counter space to prepare food or even somewhere to stack dishes. Calling this a kitchen is extremely misleading. To make matters worse, the fridge was not working when we arrived. We were told a technician could only come to fix it in three days. That meant we could not use the so called kitchen or properly store food for several days, yet we were not offered any price adjustment. The “kitchen” felt more like a way to justify charging more for the room than an actual usable facility. Another major issue is the lack of proper customer service. If something goes wrong, you have to text customer service and wait for a response. Sometimes they reply quickly, but other times you can be left waiting for a long time. There is also no one available to help after 10pm. For a hotel, that is a serious limitation. Too many basic things also had to be requested instead of simply being provided based on the number of guests staying in the room. We had to request additional towels, kitchen supplies (plates, cups, utensils) and a fan. These are basic necessities that should already be available. Mind you we also had to buy our own dish soap and sponge/brush. The general condition of the facilities also needs better management and maintenance. The bathroom drain cover did not fit properly into the drain hole, and the shower knobs were loose. These are small things individually, but they give the impression that basic maintenance checks are simply not being done before guests arrive. The biggest problem, however, is the lack of AC. We understand that this is stated in the booking information, but the hotel also says fans are available. What is not clear is that the fans have to be specifically requested and are not guaranteed.

Pas de Clim ! Tres tres chaud et fenêtres ouvertes c’est intenable avec le bruit des trains qui entrent en gare toute proche
