Everything it was beautiful but just the bed was very hard and I couldn't slept well the mattress was uncomfortable.

Un poco lejos del centro, pero bien comunicado con metro

Alles war perfekt. Wir haben nichts vermisst und alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Da meine Familie in der Gegend wohnt, war die Lage für uns besonders praktisch – alles ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich werde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall jedes Jahr für mehrere Nächte buchen und sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese luxuriöse und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Endlich können wir mit unserer Familie ein paar schöne Tage in Wien in einer großen und komfortablen Wohnung verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Nur 4 Stationen bis zu HB mit der U1, die gleich über die Strasse ist.

War 6 Tage alleine in Wien in dieser Wohnung. Ich bekam für diese 6 Nächte gerade mal 2 Café Kapseln. Der Rest muss man selber kaufen. Die Batterie der Fernbedienung war nach 2 Tagen leer. Obwohl ich ihnen geschrieben habe und auch eine Antwort bekam. Neue Batterien kamen bis zur Abreise nicht. Logo jeder kann Batterien wechseln. Doch diese waren mit einer Schraube gesichert. Also alleine in einer fremden Stadt ohne TV am Abend.

Perfect for U1 travel. Literally across the road. All the comforts of home.

Μου άρεσε η άριστη επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη, η χρήση του ίδιου κωδικου για την εξώπορτα, το διαμέρισμα και το garage, το άνετο δωμάτιο με πολύ μεγάλο μπάνιο, η πλήρης κουζίνα, το πολύ καλό garage και η άμεση πρόσβαση στο μετρό. Πρακτικά ο σταθμός είναι ακριβώς δίπλα! Ήσυχη περιοχή με τα σούπερ μαρκετ 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Θα μπορούσε η μπογιά στους τοίχους να έχει λίγο ανανεωθεί, να υπάρχει χαρτί κουζίνας και μια τηλεόραση στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Είχε τηλεόραση αλλά στο σαλόνι. Και κάτι για την περιοχή, ενώ είναι αρκετά ήσυχη, επειδή το διαμέρισμα ειναι δίπλα στο αστυνομικό τμήμα, ακους αρκετές φορές σειρήνες. Αλλά σε καμια περίπτωση δεν μας επηρέασε αρνητικά. Έχει πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση σε σχέση με άλλα διαμερίσματα που έχουμε επισκεφτεί.

Toilette ohne Waschbecken Nicht sehr sauber Aussicht auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit?

Ich wurde in ein grösseres höherwertiges Appartement verlegt, das war grandios. Der Vermieter war stets ansprechbar. Überall elt. Aussenjalousien-selbst bei den Dachfenstern,4 Balkone 2 Etagen, Sessel mit Hocker, zusätzliche Wohndecke, 2 WC, AC, viele Steckdosen. Aussicht im 5.OG, mit Fahrstuhl. Hofer, Spar und UBahn 5-10 min entfernt. Besser geht nicht.

Die Sauberkeit der Böden.

نظيف والمطبخ جيد جدا بل متكامل لعائلة قضت تقريبا 3 ايام الفراش نظيف والمناشف ايظا والبالكون كان لطيف جميل لكن كان الطقس فيه مطر خفيف ،، وكان هناك شيئ آخر جيد ان التلفزيون به قنوات عربيه 😍 وحتى بارك السيارة جيد ولكن دفع إضافي 25€ لليوم الواحد

بصراحة تصميم المرحاض بعيدا جدا عن المغسلة لم نعتد على هذا ولكن اعتقد ان هذا نظام في النمسا 🤷‍♀️ الأريكة اللتي تفتح كسرير لم تكن مريحة أبدا ،، اللتي في الصالة ،، وشيئ اخير وهوة اول ما حصل لنا كانت خدمة رقم السري لفتح الباب متأخرة جدا قد حددنا وقت الوصول من 18:00- 19:00 ووصلنا في الساعة 18:30 ولم نتلقى اي رقم سري لفتح الباب وبعد انتظارنا لأستقبال رسالتنا قد استغرق الوقت نصف ساعة ونحن ننتظر امام البوابة ،، كان هذا مزعج بعض الشيئ ..ولم يجيبو على التلفون أبدا

Ich konnte in die Unterkunft nicht rein habe 4 stunden versucht jemanden anzurufen. Da es schon spät war habe ich mir ein Hotel gebucht und auch für das extra bezahlt. Es war eine Horrornacht code kam um 22:00 da hatte ich schon im hotel eingecheckt. 300€ weggeschmissen

Niemand isf ereeichbar weder die unterkubft noch booking, auf mails mir der birte um kulanz werden ignoriert

Fantastic location! Right outside main tramlines so can get everywhere so quickly and easily. Kitchen good. Lockers for suitcase. Felt safe.

Locația este excelentă față de stația de metrou! 2 camere spațioase, balcon, bucătărie utilată, baie mare! Ventilatorul din dormitor a fost o idee bună...

Pernele erau foarte plate și neconfortabile. În bucătărie s-ar mai putea adăuga unele lucruri utile, ca de exemplu ulei, zahar sau îndulcitor pentru cafea sau ceai ( existau capsule de cafea pt.aparatul nespresso) si eventual mai multe tacâmuri...

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Wohnung selbst war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war ebenfalls gut. Als wir ein Problem mit der Sauberkeit gemeldet haben, wurde schnell reagiert und jemand zum Reinigen geschickt.

Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Böden leider sehr schmutzig. Schon nach kurzer Zeit waren unsere weißen Socken fast schwarz. Besonders unangenehm war das für uns, da wir mit einem kleinen Baby gereist sind, das auf dem Boden krabbelt. Außerdem wird bei Booking.com eine Waschmaschine als Ausstattung angegeben. Tatsächlich befindet sich die Waschmaschine jedoch nicht in der Wohnung, sondern in einem gemeinschaftlichen Waschraum im Untergeschoss und die Nutzung ist kostenpflichtig. Das sollte unserer Meinung nach in der Beschreibung deutlich angegeben werden. Auch mit dem Trockner hatten wir leider Probleme. Ich habe ihn bezahlt, gestartet und extra gewartet, bis er lief und sich die Trommel drehte. Als ich etwa zwei Stunden später zurückkam, war die Wäsche trotzdem noch komplett nass. Was genau passiert ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ärgerlich war jedoch, dass ich erneut bezahlen musste. Insgesamt waren wir deshalb leider enttäuscht und würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Für einen vergleichbaren Preis gibt es unserer Meinung nach bessere Möglichkeiten in Wien.

Замечательное место!! Новое, чистое, достаточно просторное.. всё необходимое есть, утюг в подвальном помещении, рядом со стиралкой, немного слабый и чуток подмучен утюг, но гладит))) Ванная комната просторная чистая... удобная душевая кабинка...всё есть , всё работает)) есть парковка. Окна и балкон выходят во внутренний дворик, за счёт чего очень камерно, тихо и уютно. Развязка отличная : машиной удобно-хорошая развязка к аэропорту и центру, для пеших прогулок - метро, наземный общественный транспорт в паре минут и до центра 10-15 минут!! Не знаю почему, но ехали немного с опаской, но Вена удивила своей добротой, открытостью и чистотой!!!

The managment is aweful, worst I have ever experienced. They tried to charge twice the parking. Be aware, parking price is not what they state on their booking page (25€), it is actually 50euro per night according to them after you book an apartment there.. Which makes it the most expensive parking in the city..

Die Lage des Apartments war für unseren Aufenthalt gut. In direkter Nähe befindet sich die U-Bahn Station U1, sodass man Wien super gut erkunden kann. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war für uns sehr gut. Toll, dass es eine Terrasse am Apartment gab.

Die Sauberkeit bewerten wir nur als OK, es könnte besser sein. Die Terrasse im Hinterhof war an sich super, leider war unsere direkt an der Tür zum Gebäude. Das heißt, wir konnten nicht "ungestört" dort sitzen. Zumal war es im gesamten Gebäude sehr hellhörig und die Türen quietschten stark. Die Fenster über Nacht geöffnet lassen, war nicht möglich aufgrund der Geräusche im Hinterhof. Etwas schade.

La struttura era molto accogliente molto pulita. Posizione ottima e servizi come lavanderia e asciugatrice top! Sicuramente se ci sarà un altro week end a Vienna opteremo di nuovo per questa struttura.

Bardzo udany pobyt! Apartament był czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja, spokojna okolica i bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę ponownie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really liked the apartment, its layout, furniture, and cleanliness. The proximity to the metro is a great convenience. I would be happy to stay here again.

I think it would be good to have an iron and an ironing board in the apartment, so that guests don't have to go to the shared facilities in the complex.

Das Apartment wurde mit Klimaanlage angepriesen, es gab aber keine, es war heißer im Apartment (31 Grad), als draußen (27 Grad). Es war unerträglich. Betten sind hart. Vor dem Haus gab es eine Baustelle. Um 7 Uhr Früh wurde gehämmert und Lärm gemacht. Sind früher abgereist. Sehr enttäuschend.

Location was great next to the train station, soccer arena, and food! The hotel was clean!

The room needs addtional A/C or fans to assits the single unit A/C in the common area.

المشكله الكبيره عدم وجود التكييف كان حر ويالله تقدر تنام وحاط لك مروحه ثاني مشكله مجبور تدفع مواقف لمده ثلاث أيام 75 يورو أنا ماوقفت إلا يوم بسبب المواقف كلها فل تعبت ذاك اليوم لين وقفت في موقف بس مهو مواقفهم ولكن صاحب العقار رجع لي 50 يورو لليومين

Alloggio spazioso con bagno molto grande e carino il balcone. Fermata della metro davanti all'ingresso molto comoda e zona con vari servizi (farmacia, supermercati, bar...). Ben fornita la cucina : servizio di piatti, tazze e bicchieri per 4, padelle e pentole, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura ad induzione e microonde.

Consiglio : dotare gli alloggi di una scopa e paletta (magari per soggiorno di 1/2 notti può non essere necessaria, ma per chi si ferma più giorni si) Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia dei pavimenti (il resto dell'alloggio molto pulito, anche tutti gli accessori della cucina e del bagno)

A szállás olyan mint a hirdetésben is van. Tiszta és rendezett, van minden. Közelben vannak boltok. Közlekedés szempontjából is jó helyen van. A foglalás is könnyen zajlott. Tudom ajánlani. 4 éjszakát töltöttünk el és meg vagyok elégedve vele. köszönjük ezt a remek lehetőséget,hogy nagyszerű volt az ott tartózkodásunk. Legközelebb is szívesen megyünk oda.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig, aber doch perfekt direkt an der U Bahn Station gelegen. Schöne Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wenn ich etwas nennen müsste, wäre es als Verbesserungsvorschlag, dass man im Bad mehr Handtuchhalter anbringen könnte. Aber das wäre auch das einzigste.

We really enjoyed everything at this location. Very easy access to the location, from the metro station. We could arrive here with the metro from any place in town (airport, city center, schonbrunn palace, malls/shops). There is a billa shop near by where is no cashier, you can scan the products yourself and pay them by credit card. The access here is with a credit card. 10 Minutes from the property, there is a bigger Billa and a Lidl. Close to the property you can find a pizza restaurant. The access in the builiding is pretty easy, from my point of view. I've done my check-in at time and I've received an access code for the building and for the room (there is a small box near the door handle, very easy to use). There are 2 buildings but is really clear to find your building from the instructions. I've met some tourists that had some trouble to find the room/the building, but I honestly find this place very easy to access. In one of the buildings, you can find washing machines and lockers for the suitcase. We used the locker in the last day, the owner was really nice to let us use it free of charge. Also, there is a lounge in the first building, with space to work or spend time there, wifi, a drink fridge and bathroom. In the rooms, you have TV, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils / glasses and so much more. Space is enough for more than 2 people. The bathroom is big. The balcony is very nice, I enjoyed my coffee there every morning. The location is perfect. I speak english and not at all german, so for english speakers, is a very friendly space, but I can really say that the space can be used by anyone. My mom doesn't know english at all, but she managed to figure out how to access the building and everything in the building, only from the clear indications of the walls and the easy access to everything overall.

I was in the summer and it was very hot. The apartment had a fan in every room, is just I felt that for people that don't like the summer so much, the fan is not making a really big difference. I will avoid summer in the future, if I will ever visit again.

Tágas, a metró, tiszta, nagyon kényelmes az ágy. Jól felszerelt.

A biztosított gyerekágy igazából egy utazóágy, amiben még matrac és lepedő sincsen. Egy ilyenben nem alszik egy gyerek négy-öt napig, azt mondták, hogy náluk ilyen az ágy és kész. Telefonon nem lehet egyeztetni velük, mert központ van, de sosincs elérhető munkatárs.

Ubytovanie blízko metra, obchodov, útulne, moderne a čisté. Určite sa sem vrátime pri ďalšom pobyte vo Viedni. Ďakujeme.

Ganz tolles , modernes Appartment, sehr sauber und wir hatten direkt Wohlfühlambiente, gerne wieder. Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, super Bedezimmer.

Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gemietet in der Tiefgarage und kamen nach einer langen Anreise dort an und alle Plätze waren belegt.

U Bahn Station ist vor der Türe. Sehr Saubere Unterkunft Sehr schönes tolles Bad Moderne Inneneinrichtung. Vollausgestattete Küche Gemütliche Betten Sichere Umgebung Supermarkt in der Nähe Preis Leistung Top !! Mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz

Waren Im Sommer dort und Ohne Klimaanlage ist es nicht auszuhalten. Da bringt der Ventilator nichts. Geruch vom Müll war im Treppenhaus zu riechen Klo hat kein Spülbecken, somit musste man immer ins Bad um Hände zu waschen. Leider war vor unserem Balkon eine Baustelle. Geräuschpegel war etwas hoch Tiefgarage war 2x komplett voll geparkt

Tágas, világos, jól felszerelt lakás, ár- érték arányban szuper. A metró pár lépésre található, gyorsan be lehet érni a belvárosba. Élelmiszerüzletek a közelben. Két kisgyermekkel utaztunk, számunka megfelelő volt két éjszakára. A bejutás is gyors, praktikus. A kapszulás kávéfőzőhöz kaptunk kapszulákat.

A kinyitható kanapé valóban nem a legkényelmesebb, ahogy sokan írták, de kisgyermeknek rendben volt. A kiságyhoz nem kaptunk ágyneműt, talán ezt lehetne pótolni.

Muy limpio, las instalaciones genial. Hay una parada de metro justo enfrente. Nos dejaron guardar el equipaje en la consigna cuando llegamos hasta que llegó la hora del check in. Muy atentos y el apartamento muy bien equipado.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Było tam wszystko co trzeba. Czysto. Jedyny minus to brak klimatyzacji. Byliśmy w Wiedniu jak było prawie 40 stopni i niestety było to odczuwalne w apartamacie.

Ideale Lage, da U-Bahn vor der Tür. Ausstattung gut. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Liegt an sehr stark befahrener Straße. Waschmaschine ist im Keller und kostet extra.

Lokalizacja świetna blisko metro,można sie przemieszczać metrem ,czystość bardzo dobra ,minus jedyny taki ,że niema klimatyzacji w upalne dni może być ciężko.Napewno tam wrócimy gdyż Wiedeń jak piękny.

The apartment was on the top floor. The view was fantastic and the balcony was perfect. The fact that it was two stories and the bedrooms were on the first floor made it super easy for us the parents to get up and make some breakfast while the kids were asleep. The location was fantastic because there was a eurospar nearby and a nice bakery. The only thing was that it’s right next to a circus. Luckily the show was over at like 9-ish? So from there it was quite. The kids never went to bed before 10 anyways. So it was good.👍

Parking is a bit weird. It says there is private parking and it costs money. But what it doesn’t say is that there is only like 11 spots for an apartment with what, 50 places? So it’s up for availability and there is no reservation. I booked WITH parking. Now I’m wondering if there wasn’t room for parking would I have gotten back the money that I paid for private parking? Luckily there was space so it didn’t come to that.

Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und ein TG -Stellplatz für das Auto.

Nachtischlampe ohne Steckdose für Anschluss. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Es war auch keine Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Oceňujeme přichystání dětské židličky, i když jsme o ni nepožádali, díky! Apartmán je moc hezký, kuchyň byla dobře vybavená (tablety do myčky, utěrka apod.). Placená garáž se rozhodně hodila. Pokud někdy pojedeme zase do Vídně, určitě bychom zvolili stejné ubytování.

Postel v ložnici byla pohodlná, ale přistýlka vůbec ne (šileně měkká a vrzající). Úklid podlah by mohl být lepší, cestovali jsme s miminkem, které mělo hned po prvním lezení v bytě černé nohy a kolena.

Es hat uns alles super gefalle. Von der freundlichen Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur schönen Einrichtung hat alles gepasst. Die Lage direkt gegenüber der U1-Station ist genial.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Super Lage, tiptop sauber, alles bestens

Wird im Hochsommer sehr heiß, weil keine Klima - das haben wir aber beim Buchen schon gewusst.🤷🏼‍♂️

Besonders positiv waren die Sauberkeit, das gemütliche Zimmer und die ruhige, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft war gepflegt und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Was uns leider nicht gefallen hat, dass es im Zimmer sehr warm war, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Gerade be sehr warmem Wetter war es dadurch schwierig, angenehm zu schlafen.

Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Łóżko w sypialni bardzo wygodne, rozkładana kanapa w salonie przeznaczona raczej dla szczupłej osoby lub dziecka ;-) Wybraliśmy apartament z klimatyzacją, więc było bardzo przyjemnie podczas panujących upałów. Przestronny balkon. W budynku jest winda i parking w garażu, w którym wygodnie i bezpiecznie można zostawić samochód. Stacja metra dosłownie naprzeciwko budynku, trzeba tylko przejść przez ulicę. W kilka minut byliśmy w centrum. W pobliżu piekarnia, dwa markety,, kilka kawiarni. Super, na pewno tu wrócimy podczas kolejnego pobytu w Wiedniu.

Rozkładana kanapa w salonie choć duża, nadaje się tylko do spania dziecka lub jednej szczupłej osoby dorosłej.

Апартаментът беше изключително чист и добре поддържан. На разположение имаше всички необходими удобства за приятен престой. Сградата е нова и модерно обзаведена, което допринесе за уюта. Със сигурност бих препоръчал това място. Надявам се отново да имам възможност да отседна тук.

Es gab keinen Grund zu meckern.

Super lokalizacja, dostępny parking pod budynkiem (za dopłatą), idealne miejsce dla 4 osób, blisko autostrady, ze stacją metra po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Może trochę...skrzypiąca sofa:-) i, latem, z całą pewnością, przydałaby się klimatyzacja.

Три огромных минуса. Рядом с домом проходит дорога, круглосуточно очень сильно шумят машины, автобусы, мопеды и т.д, спать невозможно при открытых окнах!!! В апартаментах очень душно, кондиционера нет В душевой кабине воняло, извините, мочой. Диван в разложенном виде как раскладушка, очень хлипкая конструкция, не для крупных людей, скрипит, проваливается

Posizione eccellente sopra la m1. Supermercati fornitissimi a 5 minuti, farmacia di fronte e parcheggi disponibili nelle vicinanze.

La struttura non era perfettamente pulita, soprattutto le tapparelle della camera da letto e della cucina. Al nostro arrivo non era presente la culla, pur avendola richiesta alla prenotazione.

Daire yeterli büyüklükteydi, temizdi. Mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi. Kahve ikramı sınırlı da olsa vardı. Girişte teknoloji kullanımı rahattı.

Foarte bine poziționat, stația de metrou U1 este chiar in fata clădirii, un mic restaurant la parterul blocului de unde poti lua pizza, paste, burgeri, salate. Penny in apropiere ,chiar si o farmacie. Apartamentul a fost curat, bucătăria utilata, spațiu suficient pentru 2 adulți si 2 copii.

Singura problema a fost ca a fost foarte cald in apartament, uneori si peste 35 grade, cu geamul deschis nu se prea putea dormi pentru ca este la sosea si este zgomot. Exista doar un aparat de aer condiționat probabil dar nu este suficient. Este adevărat si ca am nimerit intr-o perioada caniculara, cred ca in alte perioade ale anului ar fi mai ok aspectul asta.

Badezimmer war groß und Wasser perfekt! Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Apartment war insgesamt auch sehr modern und schön.

Das es keine Klimaanlage hab und es in Wien grad 40 Grad war.

Es ist überhaupt nicht gut, ich würde es niemandem empfehlen, absolut nicht.

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, niemand den ich anrief oder anschrieb, war hilfsbereit kein, es gab zwar einen Ventilator im Zimmer, aber der funktionierte nicht richtig, kein Mitarbeiter war hilfsbereit, ich würde es definitiv niemandem empfehlen.

Top Lage an der UBahn, ruhige Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war ein Genuss bei 40 Grad in der City. Sehr bequeme Betten. Gerne wieder.

تم حجز موقف ودفع رسومه وعند وصولي لم يكن الموقف متاح تم التواصل معهم أكثر من مره ولا يوجد تجاوب وفي الأخير تم إرجاع مبلغ الموقف ولكن وقفت خلف الفندق وتم حصولي على مخالفة بسببهم علماً بأنهم أخبروني بأن بإمكاني الوقوف

The location was excellent. The apartment is situated directly opposite the Altes Landgut station on the U1 metro line, making it incredibly convenient to travel anywhere in the city. Getting around Vienna was quick, easy, and hassle-free.

The temperature outside was around 37–38°C, and the air conditioning was not functioning in one of the bedrooms or the living room. The AC in the second bedroom was barely working and provided very little cooling. We arrived at the apartment at approximately 4:30 PM and immediately informed the host that the air conditioning was not working. Unfortunately, no action was taken that day, and we had to endure an extremely uncomfortable first night. The following morning, repair technicians were sent and managed to fix the AC in one of the bedrooms. However, the other two units remained ineffective. During the day, the living room became unbearably hot, making it impossible to sit at the dining table or spend any time there until the evening. We had to keep the balcony doors open throughout the day to create some cross-ventilation and make the apartment even remotely tolerable.

The apartment itself was good, and the location was convenient.

However, our experience on the last day was disappointing. Around three hours before check-out, there was no water in the building. We tried several times to contact the host, but there was no response for a long time. We also contacted Booking.com, and they confirmed that the host was not replying. We were travelling with a baby, and not having water before check-out caused a lot of inconvenience and stress. Later, the host informed us that the issue would be fixed within a few hours, but the water was not restored before we had to leave. The apartment itself was fine, but better communication and support from the host during unexpected problems would have made a big difference.

Location was right opposite an underground station so getting into city was really easy. Good size rooms. Laundry in basement, which was much appreciated. Spar grocery store close by. Great takeaway shop right beside the apartments - recommend the kebabs!

Room was difficult to cool down - room had a vertical fan which wasn't that great, so proper air conditioning would have been much better.

Wspaniała lokalizacja. Na przeciwko budynku znajduje się stacja metra. Możliwość skorzystania z parkingu podziemnego w budynku, co było dla nas komfortowe ze względu na ciężkie bagaże. Nie było też problemu, aby zostawić samochód na dłużej po godzinie wymeldowania. W budynku znajduje się ogólnodostępna pralnia z suszarkami oraz deską do prasowania i żelazkiem. Obiekt posiada również szafki typu locker, gdzie można zostawić bagaż na przechowanie. W jednym z budynków znajduje się również klimatyzowane lobby, gdzie można spędzić czas. Jest w nim również toaleta oraz automaty z napojami i przekąskami. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, choć trochę za mało sztućców i szklanek. Na plus świeża gąbka kuchenna i materiałowa ścierka. Generalnie było czysto, jednak podłoga zdecydowanie nie była doczyszczona- skarpetki po 30 minutach mieliśmy brudne. W bliskiej odległości apteka i sklepy.

- brak klimatyzacji. Wyszukiwarka pokazuje ten obiekt jako klimatyzowany, jednak konkretne pokoje zawierają informację, że mają tylko wentylator, na co niestety nie zwróciliśmy uwagi. Było to bardzo uciążliwe przy 35 stopniowym upale. Momentami w mieszkaniu było 38 stopni. W nocy pokój schładzał się do 29 stopni. Jeden wentylator na 2 pokojowe mieszkanie to za mało, powinno się doposażyć apartament w drugi egzemplarz. - niedoczyszczona podłoga. Zdecydowanie wymaga gruntownego, kilkukrotnego mycia. - komunikacja z obsługą obiektu dość utrudniona przed przyjazdem (odpowiadanie bez odpowiedzi na zadane pytanie, nie można było nawiązać połączenia telefonicznego- informacja, że nie mogą teraz odebrać, jednak nikt nie oddzwaniał)

Stor og rummelig lejlighed. Der var pænt og rent ved ankomsten. De mange fine altaner. Aircondition. Mulighed for parkering. Tæt på U-Bahn.

Der var meget gadelarm. Køkkenet var meget sparsomt udstyret. Vi manglede især skåle.
