Tesis metro hattına çok yakın. Yakınlarında market, restoran ve diğer mağazalar mevcut.

Kapının şifresi doğru olmasına rağmen kapım açılmadı ve bu olay son gün oldu. Saat 20:00 da olay başımıza geldi hemen müşteri hizmetlerine haber verdik. Kapının açılması gece saat 02:00 da gerçekleşti. Bu geçen 6 saatin 4 saatini dışarıda sagukta küçük çocuğumla geçirmek zorunda kaldım. Yeni bir oda verdiler oraya geçtikten 2 saat sonra da kapının açıldığını söylediler. Bu geçen süre sanki bir ömür gibiydi. Sabah dönüş uçağım olduğu için bütün gece valiz hazırlamakla geçti. Tesiste ulaşabilecek birisinin olması, hele bizim gibi çok fazla dil bilmeyen birileri için çok iyi olur.

The location, its proximity to the main railway station, U1 metro line and the city center. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable for 3 people. The communication with the host went smoothly.

It would have been nice if the toiletries mentioned in the description had been provided in the bathroom.

Es gab kein Frühstück. Dafür aber Kaffee-Maschine und Kühlschrank. Leider nur einen kleinen Mülleimer im Bad.

An unmanned hotel is great in price until you actually need something. Need an iron? No idea how to get one. Locker experience was very frustrating. Someone had used my reserved Locker and I couldn't get any answer from customer service. WiFi in locker room barely reached. Had to take luggage to train station and lost precious time in my last morning. If something goes wrong here you're on your own. Stayed in many limehomes but think this is my last

Tesis konum olarak çok iyi iyiydi. Temizliği ve oda genişliği de idealdi. Sadece kahvaltı ya da yemek olmadığı için mikrodalga ya da küçük ocak gibi seçenekler olsaydı daha kullanışlı olurdu. Onun dışında idealdi.

D’après le retour de ma cliente y’avait pas de nettoyage tout au long de son séjour du 6 au 10 septembre Aussi y’avait aucun personnel pour lui demander, et même le jour de son départ la cliente n’a pas pu prendre son casier mentionné sur la plate-forme (01) et quand j’ai fais la réclamation on m’a demandé de voir le casier numéro 3 la cliente était trop mécontente du coup elle n’a pas voulu retourner pour la voir… elle s’est retrouvée avec deux grande valises du 10h00 jusqu’au 19h l heure de son départ de l’aéroport, je vous transmets ce mécontentement afin de pouvoir améliorer vos services… c’est inadmissible de rencontrer ce genre de problèmes dans un établissement touristique et d’ailleurs la cliente va vous boycotter et mentionner des commentaires de tout ce qui s’est passé auprès de cet établissement dans leurs site et réseaux sociaux

Schöne Apartements, in der Regel gut ausgestattet, mit Balkon zur Sonnenenseite.

Schade, dass die Zimmer so selten gereinigt werden bzw. man anscheinend für jede Reinigung extra zahlen muss. 30 euro wollte man für die Zimmerreinigung haben nachdem ich als Stammkunde schon mehrfach verlängert hatte. Finde ich unverschämt, gehört normalerweise dazu Auch mit den Codes gab es Probleme, beim Verlängern der Zimmer und mit dem luggage room.

Posizione ottima, 10 minuti dalla metro U1 che ti porta in centro in poco più di un quarto d'ora. La zona è servita da diversi supermercati, ristoranti, centri commerciali. Ottima la possibilità di avere il chech-in anticipato gratuito, oltre che il deposito bagagli. L'accesso alla struttura e semplice e organizzato. La camera era pulita, il letto comodo. Il bagno ottimo. Ottimi anche i servizi presenti in camera, e il balcone!

Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz für 10 Euro pro Übernachtung zusätzlich unter dem Haus, mit dem Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage geht's direkt auf die Etage mit dem Zimmer. Einchecken online, Codes für die Türen - wenn man das einmal gemacht hat ist alles sehr einfach. U-Bahn Station 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Linie 1 führt mit wenigen Stationen direkt ins Zentrum. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Update: I would like to inform that hotel took action and processed %10 refund to my credit card due to my complaints. -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Room cleaning is not good. Dust under the sofa, rust under bath tube door. 2. Locker box code did not work although it was reserved a week before. 3. Tv channels were not properly working, %90 of channels were missing. And werent fixed during 6 nights period.

In Laufdistanz zum Hauptbahnhof, sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung des Studios, sogar mit einem Arbeitstisch. Herrliche, grosszügige Terrasse (Studio mit Terrasse). Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Im Bad lief konstant der Lüfter, der selbst bei geschlossener Tür sehr laut war. Den konnte man nur mit dem Hauptstromschalter abschalten, aber dann entsprechend nachts auch kein Licht anmachen. Es gibt kein Personal vor Ort, als ich Probleme mit der Gepäckaufbewahrung hatte und mich bei der angegebenen What's App Nummer gemeldet habe, ging es satte 4 Stunden, bis das Problem gelöst wurde.

Patiko vieta, nebūtų prie ko prikibti. Labai patiko, kad buvo paruošta šalto vandens šaldytuve, buvo paruošta kavos, arbatos. Yra savitarnos skalbykla pastate už papildomą mokestį.

Konumu havalimanı, metro ve tramvay duraklarına oldukça yakın. Ulaşım yönünden çok rahattı. Odada her şey düşünülmüş ve yeterliydi. Marketlere yakın olması çok işimize yaradı. Şifreli giriş çıkış çok konforluydu anahtar derdinin olmaması çok güzeldi.

Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis hatten wir ein Apartment mit einer Dachterrasse und einem wirklich wunderschönen Blick über Wien. Das würden wir sofort wieder wählen, wenn wir nochmal nach Wien kommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Die Ausstattung war auch super für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist optimal: ein paar Minuten fußläufig vom Hbf, ansonsten gibt es direkt verschiedene Öffis. Dadurch ist man (fast) überall innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Rundherum sind diverse Läden und Restaurants. Des Weiteren war die Kommunikation hervorragend - schnelle Antworten & sehr hilfsbereit. Ansonsten gibt es noch einen Raum mit Waschmaschinen und einen Gemeinschaftsraum, den man zusätzlich buchen kann.

Locatia foarte aproape de gara. In fata apartamentului era o strada pietonala cu acces la terase si supermarketuri (lidl, penny). Apartamentul a avut o terasa frumoasa si mare. Noi am folosit parcarea subterana contra cost.

​I stayed at this hotel last month and had the worst experience of my life. I left the room early in the morning to catch my train, and when I returned in the evening, I saw that my room had been rummaged through and my belongings were stolen. I realized my backpack had been searched (I knew from the mark I had put on it). My personal privacy was utterly trampled by the housekeeping staff or hotel hotel personnel. ​My shampoos, hair care oil, hairbrush, and worst of all, my personal underwear were taken from the room! They even took the beer I had bought from the market and put in the fridge to drink late at night when I got back. Since I didn't want to drink the water in the pitcher inside the room, I had bought myself a 1.5-liter bottle of water from the market; they took that too. I experienced this situation on the very first day of my stay, as if I had already checked out and they just took my things. I was extremely disturbed, ESPECIALLY by the theft of my underwear. ​Although I reported the situation immediately in writing via management's WhatsApp line, they stalled me until the day I left and took zero responsibility by repeatedly saying "it is being investigated, it is being looked into" until I returned to Turkey. The hotel management turns a blind eye to this theft and does not care about your complaints. It is definitely not a safe place; your belongings can be stolen and your privacy can be completely disregarded. Never choose this place!On the very first day, the room that they claimed had been cleaned had black hair and fur on the bed, and mud tracks and dirt on the floor. I reported all of it via the WhatsApp line on the first day. The room, including the kitchen utensils, was literally covered in dust, and their cleaning standards are terrible.

Estar perto da estação central. A calma do local é o silêncio

Confort, liniște, curățenie , o mică bucătărie dotată cu tot ce trebuie , baie curată, igienizată , storuri electrice , paturi foarte bune , balcon spațios cu măsuță și scaune . Hotelul este foarte aproape de mijloace de transport în comun ( metrou ) , la doar 3 stații de centru . Absolut toate magazinele posibile pe strada hotelului . Super mall in gară, la câteva sute de metri . Palatul Belvedere in imediata apropiere (10 minute de mers pe jos ) . Parcare subterană ușor accesibilă, curată. Este a doua oară când rezerv la acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni . Mulțumim !

The location, the convenience, the design of the room. The communication with the customer service was easy and the problem was quickly resolved.

The cleanliness could be improved. The kitchen sink and the fridge were somewhat dirty when i checked in. The dishes and the cutlery were also not in the best of states.

Nagyon könnyen megközelíthető autóval, bejutás egyszerű, tágas tiszta, jól felszerelt konyha és az erkély is tágas .

Sajnos a Tv használhatatlan volt, legalábbis az okos része , pedig így van hirdetve. A távirányítón nem működtek a gombok , a tv nem reagált a legtöbb nyomásra és lassú is volt.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt – inklusive einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Der Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da der Bahnhof nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist. Auch die Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung. Besonders angenehm: Für den ersten Morgen waren sogar Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. ☕️ Obwohl aktuell vor dem Haus eine größere Baustelle ist und die Lage dadurch recht laut sein kann, war bei geschlossenen Fenstern im Zimmer kaum etwas davon zu hören. Die Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert, sodass man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern angenehm schlafen konnte. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich würde wiederkommen! 😊

Lo staff, abbiamo avuto disguidi e sono mai stati d'aiuto ed inoltre in 5 giorni non hanno mai pulito la stanza, servizio davvero deludente.

Tesiste iletişim çok kötü maalesef. Hiçbir şekilde ulaşamıyorsunuz. Tesise bir mesaj gönderdiğinizde mesajlaşma robotu cevap veriyor, karşınızda muhattap olup sorunu çözebilecek bir kimse yok. Ayrıca kesinlikle birinci kat bahçe katında kaldık maalesef karınca problemi vardı.

Płaciłam więcej za aneks kuchenny, który po przyjedzie sprawdziliśmy i niestety kuchenka elektryczna nie działa. Czyli zapłaciłam za coś co nie działa. Zmywarka również była popsuta, problem z otwarciem zmywarki i brak możliwości odpalenia jej.

Location was great, the bed was cozy as always, and having a coffee machine with four capsules was a nice touch.

I'm staying here for the second time, and unfortunately, this experience was worse. The room wasn't as clean as the one I had with a terrace; the area around the toilet in the bathroom was particularly dirty. As for parking, you can only reserve a parking space for your entire stay. So if you need parking for just one day but are staying for three days, you still have to pay for all three days. Another disappointment was the inability to leave my luggage after check-out. The locker wasn't working, there was no internet in that room, and it was almost impossible to reach customer support, as they took a very long time to respond.

Wygodny dobrze wyposażony apartament na kilka dni w Wiedniu. I służbowo i turystyczycznie. Wygodnie, blisko do metra i kilku sklepów, obok ulica z kilkoma restauracjami. Brakuje tylko pralki do pełni szczęścia. Jest lodówka i zmywarka. Podziemny parking. Jest balkon.

Great location, cleanliness, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a spacious shower.

We stayed in apartment 222, where the bathroom sink was leaking. There was also no second bedside table and no wardrobe or dresser to store our clothes.

Bardzo ładny i czysty apartament. Doskonała lokalizacja, najważniejsze punkty zwiedzilìśmy bez komunikacji, co przy cenie biletów w Wiedniu ma znaczenie. Dostęp do mieszkania na kod, dla mnie bardzo komfortowa opcja, ulatwiajaca niezależne powroty i brak stresu "gdzie są klucze" :)

Niestety bardzo niewygodna rozkładana kanapa, zapada sie, skrzypi - myślę, ze jest to bardzo duży minus tego apartamentu. Po rozlozeniu przez obslugę, praktycznie nie ma miejsca gdzie mozna usiąść po powrocie. Brak zmywarki, ktora jest już jednak standardem w takich apartamentach. Powyższe znacząco obniża moje odczucia. Wahalam sie nad oceną niższą, ponieważ trzy noce na kanapie byly trudne. Ostatecznie ze wzgledu na lokalizacje, czystosc i otrzymanie wiekszego apartamentu niż zarezerwowałam daje 9.
