The listed price for the room is deceiving, it has not include cleaning fee. The check out time at 11 am unlike other homestay or hotel , 12 pm check out required additional RM60 per hour for speeding up cleaning 🙄.

Not value for money Rm200 ringgit for construction view,check out hours is on 11 am. If need to extend need to pay rm60 ringgit per hour , seriously rm60 ringgit, better check in other hotel you can get breakfast with rm300 per stay. Really not recommend. If you like see parking space and construction this is your room to book. If not just don't. Find others. Host not human friendly.

Reviewed May 18, 2025I like this unit not facing to Lost World, but in the midnight can heard the drills from the construction area. This unit suitable for small family. The host is friendly and kindness, better than Flxxh Group's customer service. The building is new, swimming pool is clean and looks new.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025Check in procedures very well explained including pictures, bravo. Fast response to queries. Unit clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Good swimming pool and big Onsen pool and gym in house. Attached to Lost World, best location if you want to go to theme park.
Facing the construction site twds north is obviously a downer. The unit should put a washing/drier machine.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2024The unit owner was very nice and provided very detailed instructions. She was also very considerate of my request for early check-in and slightly late checkout. The unit was as per picture shared although the view wasn't facing The Lost World of Tambun as I hoped. Nevertheless, I did managed to take a beautiful purple sunset. The other facilities such as pool, hot pool, sauna, gym and play room are all well maintained by Sunway Onsen. All in all am very satisfied.

IS A STUDIO STYLE, WE ARE 5 PEOPLE ONLY ONE BATHROOM,MUST TAKE A TIME TO TAKE A BATH, KITCHEN CUP ALL IS A SMALL CUP, JUST CAN ENOUGHT FOR HALF OF 3IN I MILO.

1. The coordinate in booking.com was not accurate. The link the owner gave also not helpful which brought me to different place. 2. It was a self check-in into the property. As the place is new to me, I hope the instructions from the owner have to be more precise. Probably can provide short video where to find the scanner and the room where the key is placed 3. TV wasn’t functioning. I was informed about it when I arrived at the property. 4. No WiFi 5. Low water pressure and water heater also not working. I had made complaint but issues were not solved 6. It is a new building. So, some renovations were going on at some other units. The noise started at 8.30am till evening.
