Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und doch zentral. Unser Auto haben wir in der Tiefgarage am Papstpalast geparkt. Dort gibt es an den Automaten ein Parkticket für 50 EUR für 7 Tage. Dies aber nicht im August und Juli. Der Weg von der Tiefgarage zum Hotel dauert 6 Minuten über Kopfsteinplaster. Das Frühstück ist für französische Verhältnisse umfangreich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Palast. Dies jedoch nur seitlich und nicht direkt, wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut. Der Empfang ist 24/7 besetzt. Das Personal immer freundlich.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026L’hôtel est situé idéalement près du centre, du palais, des papes et de la plupart du restaurant assez agréable. Dans un quartier plutôt calme. Le personnel est assez agréable et souriant, accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas forcément le point fort de cet établissement. Assez peu diversifié, des produits dont on peut douter de la fraîcheur du jour avec un côté assez austère.

L'hotel è raggiungibile con difficoltà in auto, vie molto strette. Arrivati in Hotel ci è sono state assegnate delle camere che non corrispondevano minimamente a quelle proposte sul sito di booking. Abbiamo ipotizzato che essendo l'hotel parzialmente ristrutturato ha offerto ai clienti diretti le stanze nuove e che rispecchiavano le immagini proposte nel sito web e a chi come noi aveva prenotato con booking stanze vecchie e non ristrutturate.

La struttura non avendo un posteggio privato ha delle convenzioni con i parcheggi a pagamento della città. Presentando il ticket alla reception verrà erogato uno sconto del 20 %. Nel nostro caso non si sa come mai è lo sconto applicato è stato del 10%.

Reviewed Aug 11, 20261泊112€でこのロケーション（歴史的中心部にあり教皇宮殿から近い）と設備（シャワー・エアコンともに快適）、そして清潔さを考えると、とても満足度が高いと思います。 教皇宮殿へは徒歩10分弱で、朝の散歩にもぴったりでした。Avignonの歴史的地区をゆっくり歩くには非常に便利な立地です。今回の部屋にはシャワーだけでなくバスタブもあり、旅の疲れを癒すのにとても助かりました。
私自身は特に不満はありませんでした。ホテルのHPに記載されている内容を理解したうえで宿泊したため、想定外のことはありません。 ただし、次に泊まる方への参考として挙げるとすれば、Avignonの中央駅やバス停までは徒歩20分弱と少し距離があります。荷物が多い場合や到着・出発時には、移動手段をあらかじめ考えておくと安心です。

We had a classic double room, quite small and dated. Our daughter and husband had a deluxe room with was larger with a Juliet. Balacony. Rooms very clean but in need of an update. Brilliant location in central Avignon. Great for a short stay.

Dans une rue très calme et parfaitement situé pour revenir reprendre des forces au frais entre deux spectacles en cette période de canicule. Bâtiment avec beaucoup de charme et chambre fraichement rénovée. Literie très confortable et climatisation très silencieuse. Distributeur d'eau fraiche à disposition. Parking des Halles à 5 minutes à pied (accessible même pendant le festival, on y a laissé notre voiture pour toute la durée de notre séjour).
Il manquait des petites serviettes de bain dans la salle de bain, mais on nous les a procurées sans problème après les avoir demandées.

The bed was tough for me.

Room lighting is poor, trying for romantic feelings I just want to be able to see things. Web / Bookings site says it has satellite TV, and mini bar, No it does not false advertising.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Sehr freundlicher Empfang und ebensolche Betreuung beim Frühstück, das aus einem vielfältigen Buffet bestand. Sehr sauber, stellenweise ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ... Super ist die ganz zentrale Lage in der historischen Altstadt. Papstpalast und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußlläufig erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof ist es etwas mehr als 1km, also auch gut zu Fuß machbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Evtl. Könnte man im Bad einen Duschvorhang anbringen, das würde die Überschwemmungsgefahr etwas eingrenzen 😀

Credo che l hotel sia stato destrutturato a metà. Alcune zone tipo reception e un’ala dell hotel sono ben tenute, la nostra stanza purtroppo era abbastanza modesta, con carta da parati vecchia e arredi datati, anche se il bagno era finestrato e comodo. Ho visto altre camere dal corridoio ammodernate e molto belle. Peccato che la mia sia costata quanto quelle rimesse a nuovo
