Noisy and often late-night ongoing construction in building across the street. Unit is a bit worn and could use a deep clean/refresh, broken but still usable fan. No microwave.

El precio muy alto para lo que ofrecían, no habían utensilios de cocina y si habían estaban en mal estado, prácticamente no se podía cocinar y había un olor no agradable.

Las televisiones de las habitaciones no tenían cable, pero al buscar existía una aplicación que permitía ver películas y series, sería bueno que cada televisor tuviese acceso al cable.

There is only A/C in the living room kitchen which was mostly fine for us as it was only hot in the late afternoon. The bathtub was slippery- just be careful. No shampoo provided.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025The location was great for what we had planned. I recommend the restaurants on Pje. Rosa Rodríguez nearby. The heater was a bit noisy but worked well. The shower was excellent, with easy and precise temperature control.
The amenities could be improved. The kettle, cups, and cutlery didn’t appear to be very clean. The bed was okay but too soft for me and my family. Additionally, the bed sheets and one of the towels didn’t seem clean.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2024Central location, but I'm not sure that the city centre is the best place to stay in Santiago. The place is simple but functional.
Forget the swimming pool. You have to register for a time slot in advance and pay for it. The water contains a colourant that made my wife's white bikini a blue one. And it's one meter deep. The view is the opposite building with a lot of broken windows. Quite ugly. I do not quite understand, why I had to confirm my already confirmed booking over WhatsApp. We asked for an early check-in because of our flight, but were denied it and had to pay for another day in order to have it for 3 extra hours.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2024Downtown location is great, walking distance to many attractions like the Presidential office. Many restaurants and groceries around, safe and walkable. Good amount of space for a family. It was a bit warm without aircon but the fan helped. Fair amount of traffic noise but it settled at night. Traffic was quite thick during the day. Saturday was much more quiet. Beds and rooms were comfortable enough. The kitchen was equipped with good sized fridge and a cooking hob, which we didn't use. Wifi was excellent. Paid the bill in person with credit card and remote, it was seamless and the agent was very nice. Communication with her has been superb, and she gave excellent advice not to use atm but use the exchange nearby (took a while to locate:)
The showers can use some updating and fans but more than adequate. Did not get to inspect the pool. I had to figure out which elevator bank immediately off the lobby, it took me a bit. My very basic Spanish didn't help me a lot there!:)
