Reviewed Dec 12, 2025I like the facilities and that the location is juat a walk away from the mall.
It would be better if there's a complimentary welcome gift. It doesn't have to be extravagant, a couple of bottled water would be nice.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025The house is comfortable and equipped with washing machine, cooking utensils, water dispenser, air conditioners, and wifi. Parking bay is also available.
The parking access card needs to be updated as announced by the management. There are several times where I couldn't use the card for entry and exit of the car park.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025The place was clean, in a great location, and communication with the host was smooth. The bed & pillow were comfortable. All the basic & needed amenities were provided—air conditioner, steam iron, iron board, water heater, water purifier. Most importantly, the toilet & bedding was clean.
Check-in & check-out was not smooth; the dryer didn’t seem to be working properly — it ran but didn’t actually dry the clothes, which was a bit inconvenient. The cushion pillow was smelly.

Not applicable - it just recommendation to add info G2 is connected to the mall open 10am and close 10am. This will help visitor to plan their mall visit either to use shortcut at G2 or use main entrance after 10pm.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025Fantastic and friendly communication from owners. Excellent location, attached to shopping mall for convenience. Parking provided. Clean and modern apartment. Nice views. Beautiful swimming pool which was huge and ample space for many families without any overcrowding feeling.
Personally we found the bed too hard for our liking, but otherwise we will still highly recommend this accommodation for couples or small families.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2025Location is great as it is located abive the the mall. Easy for food hunting. The unit provide 2 car park. The unit is clean, comforable and spacious for a family of 4-5 persons. The area is peaceful and privacy. Well equipped kitchen and with wash/dryer. Value for money and it is recommended for.shortcation. Near to KL East Park for those who are into nature.
A bit frustrated as the swimming Pool is closed for maintenance. Our kids were quite dissapointed. Nothing mentioned about the closure of pool during booking. If I had known that the pool will be closed during our stay, I would not have staying here. Recommended for others to check the pool status first before coming here. If pool is available during our stay, I would have rate 10 for this unit.

The dish soap left is too little. There is no tissue paper in the kitchen. Praying mats are of poor condition.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2025The location of the property with easy access to the shopping mall is excellent. There is ample parking and property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the inclusion of the washer-dryer was appreciated.
This would be out of the control of the property owner, but the pool in the apartment building has not been well maintained with detached tiles posing a safety risk.

The location is superb as it situated above shopping mall and it is direct accesible from the property. Overall I will come back here if the price is still reasonable 😉

The induction cooker at the facility wasn't working. Quite a number of house rules to adhere by the host. The bedsheets/pillow cases didn't seem it was recently replaced, possibly unit wasn't occupied for sometime.
