La ubicación es muy buena, tiene un jardín enorme y muy bien la atención.

La habitación un poco pequeña

Quan vaig arribar estaven fent un sopar d'inauguració d'una comunitat gastronòmica i vaig poder sopar allà ( pagant) menjars tipics amb productes locals. Va ser una gran experiència ho vam passar molt bé. Completament inesperat. Vaig poder deixar la maleta despres del check out i esperar en el sofà a la tarda/vespre fins la meva hora de marxar. El lloc és bonic amb jardins i vistes al volcà

Pensava que tenia bany privat i al arrivar vaig descobrir que era compartit, a vegades hi havia cua i la dutxa tenia molt poca presió i t'havies de dutxar amb el cubell. L'esmorzar habitualment sembla que està molt bé però els diumenges van a missa i és molt més restringit. Tot i així vaig conseguir un truita , pa i cafè. El llit i sobretot els coixins eren extremadament incòmodes ( sembla que altres habitacions estaven millor...). L'habitacio era molt petita i gens insonoritzada se sentien tots els detalls de les converses de la terrassa de la zona comú ( just darrera el meu cap) ja que només et separa una planxa de fusta. Aprop del carrer principal però lluny del centre. Necessites transport privat o grab. No em van ensenyar la propietat al arrivar ( ni mencionar on estaven les coses) així que vaig descobrir una terrassa amb vistes espectaculars al volcà i la posta de sol i un sofà on esperar una mica massa tard...

The view from the balcony was incredible- my partner and I preferred this view over any other viewpoint we saw in tomahon! The property was walkable to the main strip of shops/restaurants etc. Riko was lovely and eager to help with anything we needed!

Excellent accueil par le personnel, ainsi que par Rico et sa femme. Elle parle un excellent anglais alors que Rico compense ses limites par un enthousiasme et une joie de vivre qui font chaud au cœur! Les chambres sont basiques mais confortables et le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable.

L'accueil un peu froid comparé à d'autres hébergements (Tangkoko, Tondano). Le choix au petit déjeuner (soupe ou riz jaune ou toast avec confiture) La prestation est à la hauteur du prix, c'est moyen. Le bruit de la route, la musique des voisins, on ne peut pas dire que ce soit calme.

J'ai dormi dans la chambre sous l'escalier et une chambre à l'étage. Toutes deux avec salle de bains commune toujours très propre, avec de l'eau chaude. La vue sur le Lokon est magnifique. Rico et sa femme sont très accueillants. Lino le chien est très gentil. Les 2 employés sont très sympathiques également.

Bed was ingevallen in het midden dus dat lag niet lekker. Verdere voorzieningen waren niet geweldig of heel schoon.

Pratique car en centre ville, mais les chambres sont quand même très spartiates. Mieux vaut avoir un sac à viande car il n'y a pas de drap. La douche est difficile à régler. La communication n'est pas facile car la femme travaille toute la journée et le mari ne parle pas du tout anglais. Nous avons fait le tour passant par 9 points autour de Tomohon le premier jour pour repérer les lieux. C'était bien, mais quasi pas d'échange avec le mari qui nous a conduit, et c'était assez frustrant, surtout pour le prix, assez cher et qui annonçait un chauffeur et un guide . Je pense qu'on doit pouvoir trouver mieux en ville.

Die Lage des Homestay ist top und die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und sehr freundlich. Ich wurde mehrmals zum Abendessen eingeladen sie waren wirklich sehr hilfsbereit.

Es gibt Zimmer die sind wirklich super aber meins war kein Zimmer sondern eine Abstellkammer. Eigentlich kann man sowas nicht vermieten. Egal zu welchem Preis.

Large quiet room with private bathroom. Rico is the main guide boss of Tomahon so gave a lot of advice. Good location.

I did had a bit of the feeling sleeping in a bathroom, but overall it was a fine room.

Le bruit de la rue, la propreté douteuse, le petit déjeuner infecte…une mixture façon gloubiboulga On nous a pas attribué ce que l on avait réservé depuis plus de 6 mois.. tenancière antipathique… bref très très déçue malgré l éloges de commentaires ….

You get access to all the fruit trees which was great as we could pick our own coconuts every day. It is on a beautiful property close to lots of restaurants and the owner is very kind.

The room smells of damp and urine. The toilet and shower have no privacy from the bed and are quite unclean. There was no soap provided either and the water pressure in the sink was terrible. The sheets on the bed smelt very bad too. It also made me upset that their dog is chained up 24/7 not being able to walk or go to the toilet. I mentioned this to the staff Gabriel and asked for the dog to be let off the chain, only for Gabriel to catch the dog again 5 minutes later and take it to the back of the house (where guests can’t see) to be chained up again. :(

Personnel accueillant et disponible. La location de scooter se fait facilement et le scooter était en parfait état. On peut demander quoi que ce soit, transport, visites, transferts, etc.. J’ai toujours eu une réponse ou une personne à contacter. Pas de restauration le soir où j’ai demandé mais facile de trouver autour ou même par Grab. Les petits déjeuners étaient bons et copieux. La chambre était sommaire mais propre. La salle de bain partagée également. Le lieu est très agréable et le jardin magnifique avec la vue sur le Mont Lokon

Nous étions la chambre à côté de la cuisine et la salle de bain c’était bruyant. Le petit déjeuné laisse clairement à désirer, surtout quand on nous dit qu’il y a que du porridge alors que le propriétaire mange avec ses amis à côté de nous du pain…

A little loud early in the mornings. The budget room has no windows and absorbs all the heat from the sun.

Rico et sa femme ont été absolument adorables du début à la fin. L’accueil est chaleureux, on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Rico prend vraiment le temps de discuter, de partager ses conseils et de recommander plein d’endroits magnifiques à découvrir dans la région de Tomohon et autour — grâce à lui on a découvert plusieurs spots qu’on n’aurait probablement jamais trouvés seuls. Mention spéciale aussi pour son thé maison que nous avons eu la chance de goûter, un vrai moment de partage 😊 La guesthouse est agréable, l’ambiance est authentique et humaine, exactement ce qu’on recherche en voyage. Merci encore à Rico et sa femme pour leur gentillesse et leur hospitalité, on recommande à 100% !

Toutes les chambres ne se valent pas. La mienne n'avait pas de fenêtre et bien que le matelas mousse était très épais il était très déformé. La chambre était très petite et sans fenêtre. Expérience mitigé - faite attention à l chambre choisie.

Propriétaires très professionnels. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain commune toujours propre. Eau, thé, café à disposition. La vue sur le volcan est superbe! Testez le Manado porridge pour le petit déjeuner, je ne savais pas trop à quoi m’attendre mais c’était excellent

Rico is always happy to share local recommendations and help organize everything from day trips and transfers to authentic cookouts right in the garden. If you don’t mind more basic comfort, this is a memorable, backpacker-friendly place to explore Tomohon from.

Thank you to Riko and his family for these wonderful four days! We truly enjoyed staying there, the place was peaceful, welcoming, and full of warmth. Riko is passionate about sharing his knowledge, and his garden is filled with an incredible variety of plants and greenery. Very nice and cheap homestay, with beautiful garden. Owner Rico is a super nice guy, very helpful and honest. The room was clean and comfortable if you don't expect a 5 star hotel! You can rent a scooter directly at the Homestay for a good price, which will help you get around the city Tomohon. Rico will also provide you some places you can visit and is also willing to guide you around if you want to. Breakfast in the morning is also very good!

The shower can be a little challenging to get used to, but at the end it still works fine.

The location is excellent. It’s situated within the city, yet it still feels like living in nature. The host is friendly, communicative, and very helpful. The accommodation is worth the price.

The place is really nice, it has an AMAZING view, ever better than the one you have at the "panorama caffes". Room are nice and the owners are super helpful, ready to give any information you might need. you can rent scooters directly there with a full tank included

It can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper, mainly car noise from the street. With earplugs I had no issues though

It is located at the heart of Tomohon, easier to go to lots of tourism attraction. The place is easy to find, and if you bring your own car, they do have a parking spot. The price is okay, and for the price you actually get what you paid for. The price is already included breakfast. The place is also quiet as it is not located on the side of the main road, but inside an alley from a main road.

El sitio es espectaular, rodeado de naturaleza, tienen jardines de todo tipo de árboles frutales y plantas medicinales. La familia que lleva el homestay es muy atenta y amable. El desayuno auténtico del lugar, las habitaciones cómodas y acogedoras, el baño muy limpio y con agua caliente, vistas espectaculares... también puedes alquilar una moto en el lugar a buen precio. En definitiva un lugar que sin duda repetiríamos, lo recomiendo 100%

Établissement très bien placé pour visiter tomohon propre et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Rico et sa femme sont adorables et aident pour la suite de votre voyage. Quite quiet, though conveniently placed just off the main road. Pretty place with many nice plants, fish, ducks, a dog, cats, and birds. Wifi worked well. Easy to rent a scooter from Riko. He also gives advice on what to see around Tomohon. I like that he hires local students as well to give them employment.

The bed creaks but is comfortable, my window gave me a view on nature, it was great. The amenities all work perfectly and I had really good hot water. The food is good and there are 2 cats hanging around.

Super netter Gastgeber, der sich sehr ums Wohlbefinden kümmert und Transport/Bike/Touren organisiert. Keine Pancakes sondern lokale Küche zum Frühstück. Super schöner Garten, zentral gelegen aber ruhig abseits der Strasse. Heiße Dusche.

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen. Ging alleine, aber zu zweit vermutlich unbequem.

It was an amazing location, with fish ponds around it. The owner was super nice and helpful. He gave us a cooking lesson. We could also rent a scooter. It was also nice to meet the other people who stayed, as there are a few more rooms.

The bed and shower were a bit basic. It was good enough.

Perfect location, on a walking distance from restaurants, mainstreet and center. Tranquil spot with fishing pounds and Garung Lokon as a view. Homestay is made of wood in traditional style. If you don’t mind basic comfort, this is a warm and pleasant backpacker spot for a short stay. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast — Manado porridge — was delicious!

C'est un très bon homestay pour graviter autour de Tomohon. Situé dans le centre, vous ne vous sentirez pas du tout en ville avec la vue sur un jardin magnifique. Les espaces de vie sont tres agréables, le petit déjeuner est bon, le propriétaire propose de louer des scooters, vous êtes a proximité à pieds de quelques restaurants. Le ménage est fait chaque jour et la salle de bain a de l'eau chaude.

Le seul point négatif conséquent serait la qualité des matelas. Dans certaines chambres, les matelas sont catastrophiques et vous vous enfoncez directement. Si vous dormez en couple ou à 2 c'est encore pire...

Das HomesStay liegt sehr schön gelegen in mitten von Fischteichen, die Tag und Nacht vor sich hin plätschern mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Vulkan. Von der Gemeinschaftsterasse im ersten Stock aus, ein fantastischer Ausblick. Auch schön ist ein gemeinsamer Innenbereich. Das Klima in Tomohon ist etwas kühler und milder und eine gute Abwechslung. Rico und die Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich Wunderschön war morgens um 5:30 Uhr, das zarte aufwach singen zu hören.

Das Holzhaus ist sehr hellhörig Seid hellhörig bei den Inhalten des Willkommentrunks

Chambre et salle de bain partagée très propre, pièce commune avec balcon très agréable ainsi que le jardin et la vue sur le Lokon. Bien placé pour aller au marché ou partir en randonnée sur les volcans.

Odeurs d'égouts dans la chambre. Pas très facile de se nourrir aux alentours, seulement 2 restaurants correctes mais pas incroyable non plus, dans Tomohon de manière general. Peut-être choisir un homestay avec repas. Le gérant est serviable mais assez commerçant, il a failli me laisser payer la chambre 2 fois, et la vanille qu'il vend est assez chère.

The homestay is a tranquil enclave close to the interesting attraction Tomohon has to offer. Although there are four rooms, the hosts manage to create a familial atmosphere and are happy to help with tips and and just chat. Be sure to check out the garden, where they have fish and many vegetables!! It represents the local character of Tomohon, where the majority of people are farmers and provide food for a huge region.

The view

I stayed 7 nights here. It is a tranquil place, with the sound of flowing water, verdant surroundings and a view of Gunung Lokon. There is plenty of communal space, including a kitchen with all the basic utensils. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly.

I know that many people will love the mattress, but for me, it was too soft and lacked support.

W zasadzie obawiałem się robactwa z wody, ale nie było z tym problemów. Nie była potrzebna klimatyzacja. Ze wspólnego balkonu jest wspaniały widok. Była ciepła woda.

Przez dziury w ścianach było widać światło z pokoju obok, nie mówiąc już o gadających niemcach. Trzeba mieć tego świadomość.

Quand nous sommes arrivés chez Rico, j'étais malade. Son épouse nous a reçus avec une immense gentillesse et s'est, surtout, occupé de moi. Elle a passé 2 heures à me chercher une place à l'hôpital et qd cela a été fait, Rico nous a organisé le déplacement avec un chauffeur et un ami, Pedri d'une gentillesse extrême qui est resté avec nous tout le temps pour nous diriger et nous servir d'interprète. Nous dormions à l'étage. Le lit avait pour moi un petit défaut, à savoir qu'il était trop haut. Le lendemain sans aucun problème nous avons changé. Le site est magique avec la silhouette du Lokon en premier plan. Malheureusement il est fermé car des fumerolles s'en échappent. Je ne pourrai parler du petit-déjeuner car je n'étais pas en état de l'apprécier mais mon épouse semblait tout à fait se régaler. N'hésitez pas à demander la ballade en 9 sites à Rico et il vous emmènera vous faire découvrir sa région magnifique. Pour votre accueil et votre aide tellement précieuse qu'elle a contribué à sauver mon voyage, pour votre dévouement et votre gentillesse, Merci à toi Rico, Merci à toi, son épouse (pardon mais j'ai oublié ton prénom) sans oublier Merci à toi Pedri

Le propriétaire est très gentil et fait tout son possible pour que ses clients passent un bon séjour. Le tour de la ville et de ses trésors est super. Je le recommande. Le confort est simple et suffisant.

La rue est un peu bruyante mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles c'était ok pour moi
