Chrisma Bed and Breakfast

El lugar muy agradable, estuvimos en la habitación de arriba con un balconcito en el que siempre corría una brisa muy agradable. Sharon es muy buena anfitriona, siempre estaba disponible para lo que necesitáramos, siempre con una sonrisa, cada día un desayuno diferente y con disponibilidad de moto si necesitas alquilar. Tiene muchos gatitos, mi hija estaba encantada y le dejaba coger a los bebés con mucha paciencia. También jugaron juntas a juegos, una persona encantadora.

Wer hier übernachtet, muss sich bewusst sein, dass es sich um eine sehr einfache und rustikale Unterkunft handelt. Die Unterkunft lebt von der fantastischen Gastgeberin Sharon und ihren liebenswerten Tieren. Sharon und ihre Mutter tun alles menschenmögliche, um den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Dazu zählt auch das leckere Frühstück, welches immer mit Sharon zusammen eingenommen wird.

Als Sharon während der zweiten Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr vor Ort war, hat der Ort etwas seinen Charm verloren. Es war nicht mehr so sauber und auch nicht mehr so gut organisiert. Ausserdem wurde zu dieser Zeit nicht mehr ganz so liebevoll zu den Tieren geschaut.

Alles war super. Bett fantastisch, alles sehr sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, Sharon war super freundlich und bemüht. Auch ihre Mama, ihr Sohn und seine Frau sind so lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir durften mit ihrem Sohn eine Daytour machen. Sie war fantastisch. Sie hilft bei allem weiter und ist super auf alles vorbereitet. Die Lage ist voll in Ordnung. Auf den Kirchengesang wird man vorbereitet. Dafür kann Sharon nichts. Die Katzen und der Hund sind so süß <3

Wenn es noch Warmwasser aus der Leitung gäbe, wäre alles perfekt. Aber Sharon hat mir jeden Tag Wasser zum waschen aufgekocht.

Sharon es una anfitriona excepcional. Desde el primer momento hizo que nuestra estancia fuera cálida y acogedora. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, interesándose por nuestros planes, dándonos consejos y recomendándonos las mejores opciones para disfrutar de la zona. Los desayunos fueron exquisitos y, gracias a su cercanía y hospitalidad, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es una persona alegre, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Sin duda volveríamos una y mil veces, porque no podríamos haber estado mejor durante esos días. Sharon, desde Madrid te recordaremos siempre. ¡Gracias por todo!

It was a super nice place to stay and the breakfast was pretty delicious there!

It was very homely, clean and happy place to be. Room has big terrace with view and perfect for yoga. Breakfasts massive, varied and yummy. The best thing though is Sharon, so helpful, caring, full of tips and great advice. We booked 3 nights and stayed 5!!!

Sharon ist eine so grossartige Gastgeberin. Wow…. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft mit allem was man brauch. Und besonders herausragend waren die beiden Frauen Sharon und June, die wirklich alles geben damit man das BESTE Tomohon erlenis hat!

I had a lovely stay at Chrisma Bed and Breakfast. Though it was only one night, Sharon was really welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location is great for getting into town (it’s very central) and to Lokon.

Nothing! It’s worth noting that this is a homestay and you’ll share facilities with Sharon and her family.

Es una casa donde vive una familia y tiene un par de habitaciones para alquilar. Nosotros estuvimos en la habitación doble que está en un altillo de madera con su propio porche. El lugar es muy acogedor y Sharon es una anfitriona de excepcional! Lo recomiendo 100%

For the price the bathroom had very poor facilities ,the bed was very uncomfortable worn out bed on the floor

Nous avons tout apprécié mais il faut savoir que le confort est rudimentaire. Sharon nous fait chauffer de l'eau pour la douche car il n'y a pas d'eau chaude. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Einer der besten Homestays, in denen ich jemals war. Eine unglaublich humorvolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit einer süßen Familie, einer Hündin und mehreren Katzen. Ich habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt, Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Die Kirchenglocken am frühen morgen, haben mich überhaupt nicht gestört. Sharon und ihre Familie haben mir umfangreich geholfen die schönsten Orte der Umgebung zu finden. Vielen Dank, ich habe große Lust wiederzukommen!

Sharon vous accueille dans sa famille avec bonheur. Elle est une source d'information pour visiter la région. Un scooter est directement disponible à la liste cation'. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et l'atmosphère chez elle est des plus agréables. Je reviendrais volontier pour discuter autour d'un bon thé à la vanille autour de la table du patio.Merci

La litterie je pense sera changée bientôt donc les nuits seront encore plus confortables

L’accueil et la gentillesse de Sharon et sa famille a été très sympathique. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, chaque jour différents, et faits maison !! La chambre est agréable, les futons confortables. Location de scooter possible sur place.

La proximité de l’église occasionne un réveil matinal !

The family is amazing. After an afternoon trip I told Sharon I'd lost my phone. She dropped everything to drive me back and help me look for it in the dark. After an hour, our search was successful and she was as happy about it as I was.

I was forewarned about the early morning church proceedings, so it wasn't a shock.

Nous avons prolongé notre séjour ici !

• si vous avez un sommeil léger : prévoyez des boules quies pour les hauts parleurs de l’église voisine • les matelas de la chambre sont un peu fins mais ça le fait !

Eine sehr nette Unterkunft. Sie ist extrem preiswert und die sehr netten Menschen dort sind hilfsbereit und können gut englisch. Sharon hilft dabei Touren zu planen, Transport zu organisieren und auch sonstige Tipps und Tricks. Das Zimmer ist schlicht und für den Preis sehr angenehm.

We stayed 4 nights at Chrisma bed & breakfast and really enjoyed it. Sharon and her mother were super nice and helpful people and we got good tips what to do in Tomohon from them. The room was good size and clean and the location was really good. We got local Vegan breakfast every morning and it was sooo good! We think it was the best food we ate in Tomohon :) Can totally recommend to stay at Chrisma bed & breakfast!

We had no problem with this but if you are a light sleeper maybe take earplugs with you.

The room is comfortable. The breakfast is very good. There are several warungs and convenience stores within a 5 min walk. Best of all, Sharon is a great host...pleasant, happy, friendly and kind. She was very helpful when I had an emergency medical issue

It is close to Gereja Pniel, which pumps out a high volume religious spiel 6 days per week (Sundays are bells only) at 4:30 am. This can go on for 20-60 minutes. However, this type of practice is not uncommon in Tomohon, so wherever you stay, don't be surprised if you get an early morning wake up call!

Sharon est une hôtesse de qualité, professionnelle, attentionnée, accueillante et très sympa qui en plus parle très bien anglais. Elle est de très bon conseil et saura vous dire quoi faire à Tomohon. Ma chambre indépendante avec une grande terrasse était très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner locale. Possibilité de louer un scooter mais un peu cher. Bonne laundry toute proche Sharon vous chauffe de l'eau pour la douche si besoin.

Une salle de bain supplémentaire et réservée au invités serait bien. Elle est en projet... L'église, route proche, qui braille a 5h du matin Emplacement un peu excentré . Le lit est un matelat posé au sol ou plutôt 2 matelats ce qui n'est pas top, car on se retrouve coincé dans le trou entre les 2 et ils sont vraiment trop mous. Le prix du scooter

Sharon made us the local breakfast porridge and it was the most delicious breakfast we have had in our travels in Indonesia. Sharon’s son Wesley, guided us on an extensive day tour of the Tomohon and the wider area and his English is excellent. Our upstairs room had a deck with a peaceful view across green fields. It was a nice to hear the church bell ringing out in the morning. Excellent warangs and restaurants close by.

Sharon is incredibly kind and makes her best to make the guests feel at home. As well a big thank you to June, Wesley an Tiara. Definitely my favorite stay here!

Sie unterstützte uns beim Erkunden der Umgebung mit praktischen Tipps und organisierte den Transfer zum nächsten Homestay. Das Frühstück war mega lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Da es kein Bett, sondern eine Matratze zum Schlafen gibt, sollte diese dicker und fester sein.

Sharon and her family have created a very special stay in Tomohon!! We loved staying here. The view from our room was beautiful and every morning we tried a new local breakfast dish. I could say so many wonderful things about this Homestay but you must come experience it for yourself!

Cute little home with adorable kittens and a cute little dog. Nice area to eat either inside or out. Perfect bathroom and hot water when requested. Owner is lovely absolutely no complaints really went above and beyond to give an authentic breakfast also helped provide a scooter and ride back to Manado. Provides a perfect itinerary for a few days in the local area. Great location a short grab ride away from the main city and a short walk to the start of Mt. Lokon hike Felt like home 🏡

Very helpful staff, nice breakfast, everything was great.

The perfect Homestay in so many ways!! Tomohon has many things to do and the host is SO sweet and kind. She has a list with so many ideas of what to do (hot springs, volcano, etc) and was helpful in every way. The balcony has a beautiful view and great birdwatching. The place is very very clean and although the bathroom is shared it was never a problem, we even had hot water for a shower. We both got amazing massages right at the Homestay, with tea and treats after. There is a great cafe (sleiv) and stunning lunch spot (gardenia) within walking distance. There are ducks, kittens and a disabled dog. The host respects your privacy but is also up for chatting any time - highly recommend !

It is simple but all you need

I had a great time staying at this homestay! The place was cozy, clean, and felt like home. What really stood out was the owner—they were super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Very friendly, caring and welcoming family. Everybody was super helpful and they provided great tips on what to do in Tomohon. Everything was very clean. Wesley, the son of owner Sharon works as a guide and gave us an amazing tour.

Sharon will take good care of you. She is precious and really wants to make everything possible to make your stay good. Room is comfy and has everything you’d need. Shared bathroom with the family isn’t a problem. She proposes hot shower which is nice after a cold day. Breakfast was nice, either fruits and toasts or local food. She even made us traditional cookies to take with us on a hike, delicious ! You can even book a massage straight at the house!

Highly recommend. Came with 2 night reservation, stayed a week. Host is amazing, home is just north of tomohon, so a bit more quiet. Centrally located between or near volcanos & waterfalls to hike. Host also provided motorbike route options with ideal places to check out along the way. Information she provides is invaluable. Super cute pup that lives here too. Rooms: lamp, fan, desk, bed, one has private patio (where I stayed), shared bathroom. This was never an issue for any of us (guests or host)
