The staff were so kind and friendly ensuring they did everything in their power to make the stay for you as best as possible. Their communication with you via WhatsApp was super quick and polite and accommodated all your requests.

Very clean and tidy.

Access into the pools were difficult and not very safe . Depth between steps were too deep and no ladders . Pictures on web page were not a true reflection of what was actually available. No play area , staff were nice but poor communication skills and inexperienced. Food was always well presented, but mostly cold occasionally warm. The infinity pool was the highlight, but access was also difficult to get into .

المكان نضيف ومرتب وفخم . الطاقم جدا ودودين ولطيفين. طلبت الغاء واسترداد مبلغ المتبقي من اليالي رفضو لكن نقلوني لمنتجع ثاني قريب يخص فيهم محترمين في التعامل ويعطونك حلول .

ترتيب الغرفه شوي غريب السرير في النص يمكن علشان استغلال المساحات . الجلسه الجانبيه صغيره ولا يمكن تاخد راحتك فيها . اكبر عيب في المنتجع الحمام خارجي ومكشوف ؟ لا يمكن تاخد راحتك وتحس بشعور غريب وانت تتروش في الخارج وبسبب الطبيعيه الي حولك النامس يقرص فيك وحشرات وضفادع وانت تقضي حاجتك .

La gentillesse du personnel. La villa est superbe. On s’y sent très bien. On est au calme. Le personnel n’est pas oppressant. Si vous voulez être un peu à l’écart du centre de Canggu c’est parfait. En 5 min le bike vous amène au centre. Vraiment super hôtel. Je reviendrai

The location and the design. The staff were very friendly.

We got the grand bedroom, but it was very busy as its the first villa. We couldnt sleep the night. We asked the hotel if we can change, they didnt mind, but they made us sign a paper that they arent returning back the amount as its considered a downgrade to our original booking. Then we had to leave a night earlier, and they also made us sign another paper that all charges apply. I didnt like this about them. Also, I didnt like that the bathroom was outside as there were a lot of mosquitoes around.

Thank you for an excellent stay in a convenient location. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very well designed and beautiful with work desks and a pool. It was great to be able to pre-order breakfast every day.

Too many mosquitos, cannot do anything in the Hotel Nor the pool, nothing from the hotel to protect the guests, we had to buy our own Protection from the Supermarket.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed

The rooftop pool and the villa pool both lack heating so were quite cold. The Wifi was also down for awhile during my stay. Breakfast timings were also restricted (need to plan in advance).

This is an amazing place to stay. All of the staff are lovely and ensure your stay is special. The suite is comfortable with the bonus of a private pool and breakfast delivered to your room each morning. The location was just a 5 minute walk from the beach and was peaceful but still accessible if you wanted to go to other parts of Canggu or beyond. I would stay again.

Die ganze Ausstattung: Wunderschöne und ruhige Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und Jacuzzi. Zimmer sehen sogar noch besser aus, als auf den Bildern.

Zu Fuss vom Zentrum am Abend etwas schwierig zu erreichen (da Flut) - jedoch mit Gojek kein Problem

Stayed in the suite room that was spacious, modern and the bed extremely comfortable. Also loved the quiet pool area and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

So so noisy it was monsoon and the hotel rattled all night very loud and made sleeping difficult. During the day it was relentless building work all around and in the actual hotel

This is a new property with a modern, well-thought-out design. It's a few minutes' walk to the beach and, while not in the busy part of Canggu, there are some close-by options for food and drinks. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a private pool. The layout is pleasant, with a pathway from the lobby and villas on both sides, which I imagine creates a lively atmosphere during busier periods. We visited in the off-season, so it was very quiet and uncrowded. The room itself was gorgeous, with excellent air conditioning. The outdoor bathroom and shower were unusual at first, but given the Bali temperatures, they turned out to be a very enjoyable feature. We opted for the included breakfast; while there were plenty of options, not many catered to our partly vegan preferences. Overall, breakfast was fine but not a standout. The private pool was great for cooling down, although a bit small for proper swimming. The staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Also, we had a gecko overnighting with us. Was very polite and quiet.

Cleanliness could be improved slightly, particularly for the private pool. The sliding door to the room was difficult to open, which became frustrating. The main rooftop pool was partially unavailable, and when it was open, there was ongoing construction nearby, which affected the experience. Also, the coconut drink I wanted for breakfast was never available and the wi-fi was functional, but not great.

Lovely staff, hospitality, rooftop pool with exceptional sunrise and sunset views, eco friendly ways of packaging things, creative decorations upon arrival, delicious breakfast and room service, personal pool to relax after a long day of sightseeing, all in all the best part of our Bali experience. Also, so close to echo beach and its collection of beachfront restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this place and their members who run the place giving a serene atmosphere for visitors.

There was some construction going on, but it wasn’t to disturbing

The rooftop pool was so nice and you could see the sunset over the sea. But the main thing that stood out was the staff they were all so friendly and helpful at all times and really made our stay the best it could have been.

Modern rooms, comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast. Staff were absolutely amazing.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ontvangst was hartelijik. De villa subliem. Mooie architectuur en inrichting. We hebben genoten van een goed bed, lekker ontbijt op bed, een fijn privé-zwembad en een jacuzzi met heel veel schuim :-)

Canggu ligt relatief ver van Denpasar en het verkeer is er extreem druk.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cangguu. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Highlight! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gibt einige Angebote, wie Massagen, die man vor Ort dazubuchen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La chambre et la salle de bain est comme sur les photos, le personnel est très aimable et agréable. Nous avons pu check in 1h plutôt.

- Les serviettes dans la salle de bain étaient toutes sales - Petit déjeuner pas très bon pour un hôtel 5 étoiles - Travaux dans la rue donc réveil très matinal

لايوجد خدمات قريبه من الفندق سيرا على الاقدام مثل متجر البقاله وغيرة لاكن فريق الفندق يخدمونك بكل ماتريد وبأرخص الاسعار الغرف محدوده . يجب عليك الحجز مسبقا لايوجد اي مشكلة في الفندق وعن نفسي سوف اعود اليه There are no services close to the hotel on foot such as grocery store and jealousy But the hotel team serves you with everything you want and at the cheapest prices Rooms are limited. You must pre-book There's no problem in the hotel, and I'll go back to it myself.

Sometimes a bit noisy due to thin walls

We arrived late in the evening, there was a 24 hour desk, the check in was so easy and friendly. The room is completely private, beautiful room. Every morning you get a lovely in room breakfast. The rooftop pool has sea views and was quiet as there aren’t many rooms at the hotel. It was so serene swimming by myself watching the sun set over the sea! The location is really good, just outside of the bustle of canggu but within minutes walking distance of speciality coffee, Pilates, shops, brunch and the beach But most of all the staff are what make this hotel! I have never been treated so well. They are all so kind and warm, attentive and endeavour to make your stay amazing.

There was a wild bird at night that was very loud but not at all the resorts fault

The location was perfect. We were close from everything in Canggu. The hotel staff were all super lovely and sweet, always tried to pamper us with everything we need. It took us 10 mins by foot to reach Echo beach or La Brisa. I will be coming back here for sure.

A gym would be nice to have but it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall nothing was bad.

Struttura accogliente ma ancora in costruzione; la piscina è piuttosto piccola; la piscina privata nella camera riceve la luce del sole al massimo per 1-2 ore al giorno e quindi è poco sfruttabile. Struttura molto pulita. La colazione è buona, ma devi ordinarla il giorno prima.

La posizione non è delle migliori, circondato da cantieri. La piscina privata è scarsamente sfruttabile e dovrebbero essere fornite sdraio con materassino.
